THEY DELIVERED ME Philips 1000 SERIES WHICH WAS CRAP AND CHEAP FOR 945 RS

regarding this, I have contacted the customer care and they are telling me to send photos of the product which I received. I have sent the same to them and after which I tried to call them they are not attending my calls at all

I WANT MY CASH REFUND OR A REPLACEMENT OF ORIGINAL PRODUCT.

    Respected sir / madam,

    I have an account with paytmmall as a customer and want to raise a complaint about the paytm mall order delivered with 5 days delay (Gati courier) and the product is damaged.

    Paytm mall product order id :[protected], photographs taken and sent to paytm mall for return and they approved for return, since 10 days no courier partner given call for pickup or came to collect the product,

    Paytm mall taking a very long time for this issue to resolve, customer support team is not making hard efforts to resolve the problems.

    My order from paytm mall is delivered in damaged state. I have feedback from my last conversation with customer below.

    I have raised six (6 -8) complaints to paytm mall customer service after i received the damaged delivered item, 10 (Ten) days i waited and no courier pickup has taken place by paytm mall,

    Customer executives or the escalation team specialist (Team leader or supervisor) raising the tickets for issues but they are not resolving the issue since 10 days.

    I've added a screenshots with this email where it shows the product was delivered and return pickup with confused status everyday by paytmmall.

    The tickets raised by executives and team leaders since 10 days are below:

    [protected]sanya-4th july 2019 (1st time raised this reference number and kept status in their systems "closed" in less than 30 minutes)

    [protected] anvidha-5th july 2019 (1st time raised this reference number for delhivery courier pick up)

    [protected] rashmi - 6th july 2019 -10 am called (2nd time forwarded the issue on same reference number)

    [protected] vinod (Executive) - 6th july 2019 -10am called,

    [protected] himanshu (Team leader) - 6th july 2019

    [protected] _seema (Executive) -7th july 2019 (3rd time forwarded the issue on same reference number)

    [protected] shadab (Team leader)- 7th july 2019

    7) 8th july 2019 sanya (Executive forwaded to team leader (Chandrajit) - he disconnectedd the call and not resolved the issue)

    I'm very much unhappy the type of service paytm mall providing at delivery stage (5 days delays by gati courier) and return pickup (10 days delays) and rude behavior of team leaders when asking to solve the complaint.

    I want to convey this message or complaint to nodal officer and consumer forum.

    I would definitely like to take a legal advice on this and come after you if my case is not resolved with a good will.

      Sir i paid 750 rs for paytm first card this is around one month now they not even giving an option for applying both.. They are said they give 100 as give cashback out of this 750.. I didn't get it with in two days.. Then i raised a complaint in paytm. Then only i got my cash back they are saying it's only for limited people how about those who have paid, they only saying excuses... Please make an immediate action and please make my money valuable

        Dear sir

        Am paid all dues in paytm postpaid and not using it further transactions and finaly i closed it by requesting psytm custmer care throug message option. I paid all dues in 5th may 2019. But still its not updated in cibil report. I apllied for home loan and i paid some amount there and i need 20lakh home loan for my home purchase. But due to this paytm post paid its showing overdue in cibil of 3766/-. Due to this my home loan rejected. Am from middile class family i cant adjust 20lakh in few days. I will loose my alredy paid amouny to seller its five lakh. I have to lose to this paytm post worst service.. If we not pay 3766/- to they put in cibil but after clearing all dues and i waiting from 60days sti they not updating. Who will punish this wrong reporting and lazysness to paytm postpaid and icici companys. Am requesting every day for atleast my statement from paytm post paid but no one sending statement. And this paytm postpaid not having direct contact number to contact them onle message option. But they dont give correct answer what we asked. They sending thier own mesage which not belong to my query. Almost paytmpost paid service is worst dont use it. However please help me sir. We are middle class people we cant revenge an companys but they can play game my lifes. Still two months is over i paid all dues but not reported to cibil. Please take action on paytm postpaid and icici bank. Am. Attaching my due paid images and cibil overdue and cibil reported dates screen shots. Icici and paytm post paid both are one but not providing solution for a common man

              I ordered apple magsafe2 adapter but paytm delivered apple magsafe1 adapter same brand but different product... I call ur team also but no use ur agents are telling.. Ur acconut has been flaged so unable process ur return request ur team said... But frist of all i cant understand what the flaged... See once my account their is no somany return requests also... Only one that is not working so i return it so i raised the complaint in consumer helpline my token number is 1391435 please check my complaint and i want proper resolution not solved means i fill the consumer forum and sumbit it...

              Today I received a message that getwoo app has renewed subscription worth ₹600 and I lost my paytm balance. Please help me get my 600 back. This is absolute blasphemy
              My account was blocked one week ago and has a good amount of money in the wallet, there is no customer care ( person) for such a big company, please help

                  When i checked my wallet paytm history, i found, since 20th may'19 lot of failed auto transactions of rs 990/- from getwoo on my account. But on 30th jun'19- i had added balance of rs. 1500/- in wallet and after 10 mins of that inr 990 has been auto deducted unauthorized from my paytm wallet.

                  Deduction reason shown as "getwoo" renewal. Where i have never subscribed to this service in my history.

                  I contacted paytm cutomer care many times and asked on reason for this unauthorized transaction. They simply told it is third party from getwoo and we need get resolve with them.

                  My submission or complaint against paytm is why third party unauthorized transaction are being allowed. It is completely insecure system of paytm and we need refund of this.

                  Also, this service to be unsubscribed on immediate basis.

                    My paytm wallet was deducted rs 300 and payment was made to getwoo which i didn't authorize or otp approve. Date: july 05 30 2019
                    This is auto renewal subcription and this started on 11 dec 2018 since then every month they are charging rs 300 even the vendor/app getwoo isn't even an authorized merchant on paytm.

                    I have created a complaint on paytm as well as mailed getwoo but no response yet.

                    Kindly help me with a refund and cancel any such subscriptions

                      I did internet train booking on dated 2 jul 2019 which any how failed but not able to get the refund . I have complained to paytm they are saying that they have refunded to bank.And bank will follow its timeline to reflect the refund amount. Please see into the matter and reply mee soon

                        I had an account with paytm and i moved to usa in 2017. Phone number on my paytm account is no longer with me and i have written several emails to paytm asking me to either update an alter number to my account or simply send the otp to my email id since i no longer have my old indian phone number.

                        They initally asked for bank statement and alternate phone number to update thier records, which i gave them multiple times however they have stopped responding and my money approx 20000 is stuck with the paytm account. My complain reference no.:[protected].

                        I cannot access my money and they are no responding inspite of several emails that i wrote to them asking for an update.

                          Our flight Jet airways 9W812 (05 people)was booked from BLR to DEL on 28APR19 and same was canceled by Jet airways on 18MAR19. we are continuously following up matter with My paytm and our booking ID is [protected] amount to INR 23745(Message from Paytm is attached). Kindly note it is more than 04 months and till date we have not received our refund amount. Though we have received the message from Airways :-

                                  I booked 4 movie tickets on paytm for movie sindhubaadh (Tamil) show dated 23/06/19 which was supposed to be released on 21/06/19.
                                  Unfortunately the movie was not released on the week and postponed without any date. Here below is the proof of delayed release,

                                  I have all rights to get my money of rs.780 back without any hassle.
                                  Money deductions going on without my knowledge since 6months i need to unsubscribe immediately
                                  Two failed Electric bill recharge money was not refund yet. Always say that... Process
                                  Please help me

                                    I have Loose my Rs 5377 in 12 Unknown Transactions. of which i didnt Get any notification of Single Transaction.

                                    I had received some 5447 Amount Refund from one of the Merchant on 13th June & After that 12 Continuous recharges are done using my Paytm Account. I have never shared my Paytm wallet details to Anyone nor i have share any otp still amount got deducted.

                                      Hi, i have order the product (Ampereus vegetable fruit net bag) on 25.05.19 through patym app. Till now i haven't received the product. I have contacted 3 times to the patym customer service. They are said like product has already delivered to me and receiver signed copy also forwarded to me. But i haven't signed and did not receive the product also.

                                        I have placed an order on paytm and paid rupees 400 online... But unfortunately on delivery date i was not available... After i get connected to paytm it is showing order has been delivered... They attached a signature also... But that was not mine even i was not at home that day... Kindly check my issue and solve this please... I want my money back from paytm... If it does not work i have to make case on consumer forum... Please solve this...
                                        Didn't use woo application with the subscription but got auto subscribed in the PayTm app as soon as PayTm wallet updated. It didn't even show that subscription in the woo app. Take a required action so that it won't happen in the future.
