I had made a payment of 3945/- Rs for the HDB Finance loan yesterday and has been debit payment from the account but the loan has not been deposited And showed that transaction failed. Please solve my problem.

I had asked for a return and refund for an item purchased and it has been more than a month but still its not yet taken back and i haven't got any cash back from paytm i had contacted customer care for more than 3 time's but no response from them....

I booked 4 movie tickets on paytm for movie sindhubaadh (Tamil) show dated 23/06/19 which was supposed to be released on 21/06/19.

Hi, i have order the product (Ampereus vegetable fruit net bag) on 25.05.19 through patym app. Till now i haven't received the product. I have contacted 3 times to the patym customer service. They are said like product has already delivered to me and receiver signed copy also forwarded to me. But i haven't signed and did not receive the product also.

I have placed an order on paytm and paid rupees 400 online... But unfortunately on delivery date i was not available... After i get connected to paytm it is showing order has been delivered... They attached a signature also... But that was not mine even i was not at home that day... Kindly check my issue and solve this please... I want my money back from paytm... I have booked jet airways flight (Booking id: [protected]) via paytm from delhi to chennai. Ticket cost around 4121rs. After that jet airways company was on temporary suspension but we were unware that and i didn't get any info about that from paytm also, i called the paytm service center after the embarrassment happened in airport but their response was really bad. I booked on 10th april for 30th april. And i didn't get my refund yet and...

Was paid on line through mpmkvvcl website via your services ie paytm mobile solutions pvt, but it was not paid to the company. My mobile no is [protected]. I have made the payment through paytm to tsspdcl (Electricity board) on 28:06:2019. It shows msg from paytm that amt (14747) paid to tsspdcl as gift voucher. Why this happend. And i still did not receive the successful paid msg. Pls solve this problem immediately.

Paytm is deducting money from paytm merchant account customers . When my customer is sending money paytm is deducting money from that before settlement to my bank account . I am making loss because of this. I received Rs. 7000 in paytm business account but when they transferred the amount to my bank it was Rs 6835 so Rs. 165 was loss but when I created the account they promised not a single rupee will get deducted . Please stop using paytm...

I have done a transaction for recharge of Rs. 349 on airtel (upi:- [protected]@hdfcbank). It was shown by the paytm that the transaction was successful but after that no recharge was initiated by the airtel. Then after that I contacted the airtel customer care then straightway said that no payment was done from the paytm end . So I request you to look at this matter and do the same for the refund of my money....

I have made a transaction on 13th june 2019 using my credit card of amount rs. 10, 907 for lic premium, the transaction got failed and money got deducted from my card. I have not received a refund yet.

Then when i try to contact support in paytm app the transaction i not showing in my orders.

They are offered me to apply bijlibill250 and bijlibill150 each maximum 5 times allowed in shopping in paytm mall 'i used bijlibill250 five times and bijlibill150 two times' after every item shipped they want to share each promocode differently to me with validity of one month.. But, they sent only one promocode bijlibill250 and bijlibill150 another 4+1 code till not shared and contacted many time they're try to misleading and misguiding...

I had transferred money to wrong number [protected] on dated 17 June 2019 of Rs. 5000/-. On same day I raise request on Paytm to Stop it from his account & return.

I have a complaint against paytm business. They linked my pan card and are now not delinking it. According to rbi guidelines kyc details can be linked and can also be delinked. When contacting them they give rough behaviour and don't help. They say pan is now linked. If a person with whom pan card is there receives death then also i think they will not remove it. If it not goes i will complaint national consumer court....
