I have order online phone through paytm but I have received defective product from paytm.i have returned applied within 3 days but paytm rejected without any mail and call.after when I call to customer care then they confirmed me that you provide job sheet to service center but I ask to them if I have pay complete my money to paytem and confirmed to on time for defective then why they are not providing any technical engineer though service centre and why they are not changing my phone this is showing completely fraudulent

    Sir I was payment of rupee 450 by debit card for application for on date 29 Jan 2019 but it fails and my payment was deducted from account but not show on application form.so I am again pay 450 rupee from debit card for application form this time it's okay. But money deducted from 29 January 2019 of rupee 450 is not refund from merchant site.
    I am complaining about that in our bank but they told that this money is credited on merchant site. So what I do sir?
    Please you refund 450 rupee in my account.

      After completing payment on IRCTC through your (paytm) payment gateway, my bank account is debited with Rs. 416.80, but paytm says transaction failed, and hence i didn't get by ticket booked.

      I tried mailing to [protected]@paytm.com but it replies 'Message not delivered
      There was a problem delivering your message to [protected]@paytm.com.'

      Thios is very annoying and I request an earliest resolution and refund for the same.

        I purchased a movie of 50 rs from google movies via internet banking through my sbi account. At midnight on 16 june...but movie didnt get downloaded in google play movies neither a purchase was shown...but 50 rs were credited from my bank account in the name of times of money..when i talked aboug this to sbi helpline no...i didnt got help as expexted...i have send messages to google play and everywhere..but no help yet..kindly help me

        No record of movie being rented is updated on google music..only the movie which i have rented months ago is shown...the movie which i rented was mujhse fraandship karoge

          i requested for Replace/Refund but Paytm reject my request
          I had tried to call on Paytm customer care but they are rejecting my call

            Hi,

            Our Jet Airways flight was cancelled and the same was communicated to Paytm on 18 April. Since then, every time that we have called Jet airways, they have clearly stated that Paytm hasn't filled the form correctly, and I should get in touch with their sales team. But, when I call paytm, they don't share an email where I could write them an email, all communication channels have auto replies, the executives don't provide any useful information. I have asked to see the disruption form, which they havn't provided yet. Is there an excel shared by Jet airways? some executives say yes, our pnr is on it, some say no, there is no such excel.

            Its been 2 months now. While Jet Airways is adamant on their reply, don't sway from it, and have provided proper email ids to communicate, paytm is hiding behind.

              I had wrongly booked bus ticket through Paytm dated on 02.05.2019, travel date on[protected] instead of[protected]. 2 tickets of
              Rs. 2415/-. Immediately I had tried to cancel the ticket through Paytm mobile App and it was not allow to cancel.
              Immediately I called Paytm Customer care Center towards cancellation and Paytm case no[protected] .

              Customer care centre had informed as with 48 hour ticket money will be refunded after deduction of 15% cancellation chages.

              Still today money was not refunded. Poor Customer care service and worst website.

              So many times I had informed to Customer care center and still they will not give proper answer.

              Request you to your good office take necessary action to paytm and refund my money with interest .

                Purchased uc cash via in-app purchase of pubg mobile on 14 jun at 1:42 pm via internet banking. Costing rs.79 for 60 uc credit of .

                My account has been debited for the same amount but no uc cash was credited to the game. It shows in my pnb account that the money went in times of money limited.
                Its a huge sum of money and i'm worried for the same.

                  My payment is deducted through Paytm
                  From my bank account. But i didn't make any transaction. And didn't get any message of deduct payment. Today was gone to bank. And see there money is deducted from my account. On 1-May-2019 time 18:19:27 transaction no. 18934984 and another payment made on same day time 19:35:53. . But i didn't recognize these transaction. Bank says that you make transaction but i didn't make any transaction. This is paytm fraud.

                    Booking id:[protected], I had booked a flight ticket from paytm and had to cancel my booking due to some circumstances and till now I haven't received my refund and when I call paytm they tell me to contact my bank (SBI)customer care and when I contact my bank they tell me to contact paytm and this has been going on for many days now. paytm is unable to give me transaction id for the refund which the bank demands all the time and when I ask paytm for the ID they say that there is no ID and have already refunded the money to my bank but I haven't received it yet and I have raised many complaints on the paytm app but after few minutes it shows that my problem has been solved even though when it is not.
                    And all the queries are shown as solved in the app and there is no open queries or problems in the app all are shown as solved no matter how many times I contact paytm all they say is your money is refunded .

                    It was my banks fault SBI . The superslow bank .just keep in mind that never book ticket from SBI account as they take the longest to refund. And the customer care is not helpful at all.

                      I have ordered an induction stove with order no.[protected] on 8th of june 2019 and paytm mall promised me to deliver on 13.06.2019 and on 11.06.2019 onwards updating the status as delivery attempted with out receiving any communication from them.
                      I have ordered the item because of their promise of delivery on 13.06.2019, i do following up with delivery executive ( mobile number provided at delivery status) and received irresponsible reply and taken up the issue with paytm mall help desk but nothing has happen and they informed me on 13.06.2019 a reply to my inquiry the expected delivery will be on 14.06.2019 or 15.06.2019.
                      The item for which the product was ordered if not service the purpose what is the need of ordering or why paytm mall to make false promises. I gone through mental agony with the delivery channel.

                        On 5th June, I tried for account KYC, which didn't happened. Next day I filed complaint to paytm about same. However, before 1 month only I did KYC and within 2 months time paytm have had asked for KYC upgrade. Within 1 year it is not suppose to ask. How paytm asking to do kyc. Also, since 20 days my name is reflecting as "Javed Khan" which is off course not my name.
                        However, paytm says, my pancard, aadhar card is linked with other phone number again which doesn't belongs me.
                        Above all, today(13/6/19) I received text msg stating, some one wrongly credited Rs.10000 in my paytm wallet and this amount would be deducted from my wallet. Whats wrong with you paytm team. Why you claim such false stuff? Why I am saying this because I have paytm last 3 months statement which clearly shows Rs.10k never ever credited.
                        Paytm's so called customer care have deleted my ticket without even resolving the issue. Because, I have clearly mentioned If Paytm fails to resolve this issue I am going to escalate this to IC3 (Internet Crime complaint center).

                          I have ordered earphones on paytm on 6 june.My order no. is [protected].It show that product will be delivered by 12 june. I have the courier company through which my parcel is coming . They told me that paytm has cancel your order without permission. i fear that my privacy is at risk. How can they operate my account.I have call paytm comapny regarding confirmation of my order that has been cancelled.They told me that from our side order has not been cancelled. After some time there senior executive call me and he tell me that order will be delivered today.After call had beeen cut i check paytm account it show that my order has been cancelled.How can my order be cancelled if i have not do it. I fear that paytm is leakage of my data .Please take action against Paytm for my order

                            On june1st 2019, I got a call from shine hiring regarding registration for job openings.Through netbanking 23000/- was debited from my account and credited to Paytm mobile solutions.
                            After one hour i know that, it was a fraud call, I complained to bank against refund of my money.Now bank team is asking for merchant confirmation mail regarding refund of money.

                            Please look into this matter and send a mail regarding refund of my money.

                              Dear Sir/Madam,

                              I wanted to transfer 29500 to one of my friend on urgent basis so added money from my bank account(HDFC) and while transferring it says system has detected bot and unable to transfer later its not allowed to login to my account from App(where i can login on web brower and paytm dont allow to transfer money on web browser) while logging to application require otp which is not sent by paytm(I am able to send and receive otp on my number so no issues with my mobile network). I have called multiple times to paytm and every time i call paytm suppport i am charged with mobile network(no toll free number) but no solution provided.

                              Raised a complaint on paytm care on twitter but no response from them. This is not first time but paytm support is really worst and we struck with out own money on their banks for days and days and we have to beg them to get our money back.

                                I have made a payment via upi a sum of 4007rs and the transaction was shown as a successful one but after that the beneficiary had complained that the amount was not received in the bank acoount and i have complained to both of them i.e., the paytm payments bank and the beneficiary bank account but there is no sort of response from them and in have sent my account statement to paytm to prove that no amount have been credited on the transaction receiving date i.e., on 6th of june 2019 and my upi reference id is[protected]. so, i request you to please take an action regarding this issue.

                                  I have ordered for fitness band from paytm mall on 4/06/2019. The product was supposed to be delivered on 6th June, which is very delayed compared to Amazon and Flipkart. On 6th evening got a msg stating that product is out for delivery. But there was no attempt from anyone. Tried calling on delivery boys number he told me that the product will be delivered on 7th June and when I tried calling him he started avoiding my call I gave him a warning that product should be delivered on 9th June otherwise I will file a complaint against him but still the product is not delivered on time. The delivery boy attitude is very bad and paytm executive is also not giving any response.
                                  There are so many similar complaints against paytm but still, the condition is same.

                                    Paytm is blocked my paytm bank account and also paytm wallet for permanantly and not give the proper reply to me and not give the formality paper and blocked my account permanantly and not give proper reply for my email and my 4000rs are blocked in my paytm saving bank account and he not give me a withdrwal of my account please accept my complaint and give penalty for paytm and activate my paytm saving account .

                                      This is with respect to my reference number[protected]-1977303 purchased a jeans from jabong through my paytm debit card for rupees 1460 and I have returned the particular commodity and I have'nt received the refund yet . It has been more then 2 months and T have called customer care and all the representative multiple times for the purpose and I was not provided with any kind of solution and my money is stuck till now.Please look into the matter
