Our Jet Airways flight was cancelled and the same was communicated to Paytm on 18 April. Since then, every time that we have called Jet airways, they have clearly stated that Paytm hasn't filled the form correctly, and I should get in touch with their sales team. But, when I call paytm, they don't share an email where I could write them an email, all communication channels have auto replies, the executives don't provide any useful information. I have asked to see the disruption form, which they havn't provided yet. Is there an excel shared by Jet airways? some executives say yes, our pnr is on it, some say no, there is no such excel.
Its been 2 months now. While Jet Airways is adamant on their reply, don't sway from it, and have provided proper email ids to communicate, paytm is hiding behind.
