Good afternoon,
On june1st 2019, I got a call from shine hiring regarding registration for job openings.Through netbanking 23000/- was debited from my account and credited to Paytm mobile solutions.
After one hour i know that, it was a fraud call, I complained to bank against refund of my money.Now bank team is asking for merchant confirmation mail regarding refund of money.

I have booked ticket on irctc using paytm from SBI bank a/c and the amount debited
Rs.2430 but irctc website showing payment pending from bank end. I checked my bank statement and it confirmed that the money has been debited. Irctc anyway unable to say any status. Kindly confirm as neither i am able to get the status of the booking nor the refund....

While booking movie tickets, cancellation protection is auto selected and charges 49rs per ticket. If we (customers) are not very cautious and proceed to payment then we will loose 49rs per ticket. I recently lost 117 for 3 tickets booked. This is pure cheating from paytm.

I've registered under paytm business as bc for doing customer kyc. Due to which i've done kyc's of many customers through the app. But within few days the app is not working and by login it displays the message that "you are not authorised to use this app".
