Sir/madam,
I have paid the electricity bill with order number [protected] on date 29/06/2019 time 04:07pm

I am not interested for the insurance said above in the subject. Kindly cancel the "home burglary insurance" of rs. 1 lac of rs. 199 which added by default, it is ticked in check box automatically. I also request you to refund ₹ 199 into my bank account or paytm wallet.
After 3 days my account got blocked by merchant and my account 8 thousand rupees 24x7 no clear information and pay tm customer care call not my mobile no .please my unblock My pytem ID is [protected]@gmail.com & mobile no [[protected]]

      I have booked jet airways flight (Booking id: [protected]) via paytm from delhi to chennai. Ticket cost around 4121rs. After that jet airways company was on temporary suspension but we were unware that and i didn't get any info about that from paytm also, i called the paytm service center after the embarrassment happened in airport but their response was really bad. I booked on 10th april for 30th april. And i didn't get my refund yet and paytm service is not at all responding. Jet airways is telling you have get the money from paytm only as you have booked via that.

              Paytm is deducting money from paytm merchant account customers . When my customer is sending money paytm is deducting money from that before settlement to my bank account . I am making loss because of this. I received Rs. 7000 in paytm business account but when they transferred the amount to my bank it was Rs 6835 so Rs. 165 was loss but when I created the account they promised not a single rupee will get deducted . Please stop using paytm as no clear rules are mentioned they cheat people like this. My paytm num is - [protected].

                I have done a transaction for recharge of Rs. 349 on airtel (upi:- [protected]@hdfcbank). It was shown by the paytm that the transaction was successful but after that no recharge was initiated by the airtel. Then after that I contacted the airtel customer care then straightway said that no payment was done from the paytm end . So I request you to look at this matter and do the same for the refund of my money.

                  I have made a transaction on 13th june 2019 using my credit card of amount rs. 10, 907 for lic premium, the transaction got failed and money got deducted from my card. I have not received a refund yet.

                  Then when i try to contact support in paytm app the transaction i not showing in my orders.

                    They are offered me to apply bijlibill250 and bijlibill150 each maximum 5 times allowed in shopping in paytm mall 'i used bijlibill250 five times and bijlibill150 two times' after every item shipped they want to share each promocode differently to me with validity of one month.. But, they sent only one promocode bijlibill250 and bijlibill150 another 4+1 code till not shared and contacted many time they're try to misleading and misguiding me for cheating purpos.. I'm suffered to get resolve my issue from there customers care team.. I want another 4+1 promocode which they offered me to applied otherwise they can take back sent all items from me..

                      Paytm is doing formality only to solved the same whose reference No.:[protected].

                        I have a complaint against paytm business. They linked my pan card and are now not delinking it. According to rbi guidelines kyc details can be linked and can also be delinked. When contacting them they give rough behaviour and don't help. They say pan is now linked. If a person with whom pan card is there receives death then also i think they will not remove it. If it not goes i will complaint national consumer court.

                          I have requested paytm to revert the amount sent wrongly to [protected].
                          And after it was sent i sent message with full details to that number to revert me back money and it was not picked and request made through paytm app to send money which was declined. I am completely helpless as i transferred amount from paytm through upi, not from direct by bank.. No chance of stopping transaction from bank. But later i know that they are fraud, so i want my money back. Paytm needs to be active and get my money back from that person. No person has right to use the amount which was placed in his account wrongfully. It's illegal.
                          Paytm need to respond and got t my money back.
                          I am disappointed as i got no reply yet. It's an issue to be dealt early.

                            My transaction is approved by Bhim app during Booking my train ticket. I tried booking the train ticket through IRCTC app. I used paytm merchandise and selected UPI mode and finally selected transaction BHIM after that I came back to BHIM app. Further i approved the transaction. I says transaction approved but says failed in IRCTC app. I accidentally pressed back button during transaction. Dont know how to raise complaint based on this transaction.
                            I buy a product from paytm mall.. that was not good so i returned that, but its become over 9 days ..i have not received the refund. paytm no. [protected]
                            so you can suggest me what to do.

                              refund not received for failed recharge transaction

                              I tried to recharge for a number through paytm on 21st june 2019 . The transaction was cancelled and money was deducted from my bank account.
                              Its not been refunded back to my bank account.
                              Rs.89 is to be refunded to my account.

                              On 1 st june, saturday at 1.30 pm i got a call on my mobile phone. Within 2 minutes there was a debit from my account of amount rs 50000 and the amount was deposited in some fraud paytm wallet. On calling the cyber cell of paytm, they said they cannot provide me the basic credentials of the person and they cannot do anything about it.
                              Paytm took one week to get in touch with me.
                              They did not have information regarding the fraud wallet and closed my case without giving me a solution.
                              Today my hard earned 50000 has gone tomorrow it will be someone else.
                              In certain genuine cases when such fraudulent cases take place the paytm shall immediately take responsibility and refund the money.

                                      I had booked spicejet flight tickets from paytm. The flight got cancelled and airline refunded the amount to paytm on 2nd may. The paytm refunded the amount on 4th june, 2019 after deducting the convenience fee but yet the amount is not reflecting in my bank account. I contacted the bank and they are saying they have not received any refund of amount 3642 rupees from paytm on 4th june at time 4 :05 am.

                                      Paytm shared the rrn number and asking me to contact the bank. The bank is asking me to take it to paytm.

                                      I am raising the complain again and again since 4th june 2019 and its been more than 20 days without any resolution.

                                      Horrible experience with paytm!!!
