On 13/5/2019 at 10.37 a. M. An amt of rs 800/- was debited twice by my bank but only one any was credited by you. I have send my pass book but the amt was not yet credited. Plz look into the matter.in this respect please note my previous problem was resolved by your good office in 2/2017. Paytm is not able to increase my credit balance. Your interference will be very helpful for me.

        Paytm has completely disabled my account saying that my kyc has expired, although i got my kyc done at oneof its kyc centre. They rejected the kyc without any reason and said would send an executive at my place to get it completed asap. No one ever bothered to even call me, leave apart visiting me. I have been calling them daily to get status updates but there is no response from their end. Its been 7 days that i am unable to use my account and all the money in my account is stuck.
        Pathetic experience. Once my account is activated, i will simply withdraw my money and never use their services again.

          I have inputted a wrong vc no. I. E. ([protected]) and paid rupees 250 trough paytm and instead i had to recharge my tv with vc no. ([protected])
          Please help in refunding my amount of 250 rupees on paytm no. [protected] (Neelu gambhir) or porting the balance to my dish set.
          The correct vc no. For my dishtv is - [protected]. I will be highly obliged with your assistance.

            My account deducted by rs.300 from paytm through get woo app, i did not subscribed get woo any time, it is fraud. Paytm did not refund or did not reply positively. Get woo did not gave notification also, this fraud shown in consumer portal very commonly regarding paytm and getwoo. How can i delete my bank cards from paytm, there is no options to delete cards

              I ordered 1 item on 9-may-2019. But the status of my order was updated to "shipped" on 12-may-2019.
              After inquiring them they made lame excuses. Also amount have been deducted from my account. When i called customer care then they never replied to me. Also on 15-may-2019 morning i called to custmor care. But day i didnt received call from the courier boy.

                I made a payment on udemy for 800 rupees through payment gateway of times of money limited. The amount deducted from bank at 13 may 20:30 hours but udemy denies the payment please help for a refund from times of money limited as soon as possible. I have written on their website about this but not heard anything from them udemy also checked the payment and they deny they've received it. I made a google play store purchase using internet banking of sbi
                My paytm wallet was deducted rs 300 and payment was made to getwoo which i didn't authorize or otp approve. Date: 7 may 2019

                  I booked 2 return tickets for delhi-singapore and the ticket was cancelled by jet airways as they shut down their complete operations. My flight was scheduled on 13th of april and the ticket got cancelled on 11th of april. It's been more then 1 month that i am waiting for my refund. My booking id is [protected], i booked flight on 10th january, 2019. Every time i call paytm, they just ask me to wait with no conclusive answers for when i will get my refund back.

                  This is fraud! I wanted to add money in Patym wallet but it got stuck in gift voucher and I am unable to transfer money to a friend. It was whole Rs.2000, please do something about it or else I can complain in consumer court. Please look into this matter and I want that money back in my wallet.

                    I was ordering the above product from Amazon when some how your company managed to extract $77.96 AU dollars( 3985.00 Indian Rupee) from my credit card with no explanation to the transaction.
                    The transaction was on the 26th November 2018.
                    Seeing this is a fraudulent transaction I would expect full recovery of said amount.
                    I expect full explanation by return email and hopefully acknowledge when this amount can be returned.
                    If necessary a follow up will be with the fraud squad, initiated with in one week of this Email.

                      This is Tushar Joshi. I'd placed order on payTM at 06/05/2019. They'd promised me as order will deliver by 08/05/2019. It's 14/05/2019. That's
                      passed 8 days. Still they didn't delivered my order to me. If I call to customer care they are saying we'll resolve your issue but they are not providing any time for that. It's a damn thing by them. They are talking like we're not responsible for your product. If they are not responsible then who will responsible. Until delivering customer product they've to take responsibility of it.We are unable to reach that blue-dart through calls & we're unable to go there due to I don't in which branch office this delivery struck. If I want to cancel the order then also no believe on them that gonna refund my money to me. Then how can I get resolution for this? To whom I've to contact? Everyday I've to contact them & every day they say the same as you've to wait & we're forwarded your concern to our concern team. They says as they can't make me in "cc" for their mails and further action what they are taking. Then how we confirm that there is some work happening or not?

                        My paytm balance is deducted without informing me by getwoo app even after uninstalling the getwoo app
                        This is the 3rd time i lost my money of total rs.900
                        First time i only payed with paytm that too i clearly mentioned only for one time deduction but later on they deducting every month without informing me. I didnt experienced this kind of problem with any other apps
                        Take action against getwoo

                          Getwoo debit rs. 990 from my paytm passbook on 9th may 2019. I didn't authorize or give permission to give payment to getwoo on 9th. Paytm didn't asked to pay and it was auto deducted at night were i was sleep.. Even getwoo didn't send received payment confirmation.
                          Its cyber chrime by paytm and getwoo..
                          I was not asked for otp or click button to pay getwoo.. It's auto deducted

                              I recently ordered a iPad 128gb wifi 6th Generation from Paytm but I got the 5th Generation. Now they rejected my return saying that they have checked and they delivered the same product that I had ordered. I ordered it for Rs. 34, 702 and the price is almost the same on other websites.

                                I had complaint here for Paytm for deducting amount without notice and try to manipulate me by giving rubbish excuses but no action has been taken. Received a single ring missed call so they sending me a text that send us your documents and all but afterwards no response has been taken from them. This is really disgusting behave. I already told to deactivate my account no action has been taken. I told to let me know how to register for Paytm for fee submission no action has been taken. I told I'm unable to receive payment no action has been taken and provide me rubbish solution of doing half half payment and deduct charges in a second. They just deduct amount for deduction they are always available but for solution they do not have any knowledge.

                                    It's been more than a month that i'm struggling to get done full kyc for paytm. I tried multiple time with my passport and every time, it said failed. Although i bring these to paytm's notice for several times, no resolution till date. Even i requested them to close my a/c permanently (As kyc is not happening), no response to that request as well. I have around rs 500/- in paytm a/c and it seems been eaten by them.

                                    Not only that, while getting done the kyc in paytm authorized kyn point, they charged rs 50/- for that, although paytm claims it's free of cost. Anyone just walk-in to any kyc point, will realize that fact.

                                    Here i'm seeking help to close my paytm a/c and refund the a/c balance to link bank a/c, with immediate effect.

                                        My uncle is having a paytm account no. [protected].
                                        Someone has withdrawn rs. 1050 from his account on 27 th april and the money has gone to the account[protected].

                                        Complaint[protected] has been registered with paytm but they are saying that nothing can be done. Looks like that it is internal fraud done by paytm?

                                        What can be done to get the money back.
