I have made a payment to paytem mobile solution vide transaction no.[protected] dated 22.04.2019 for rs.1999/- being purchase a camera but now i am unable to track my order. Please provide the contact details of the payee and status of order. The order was placed on amazonisshop7.co.in. I have try a lot to lodge the complaint at customer care number but no one responded.

    I ordered a killer casual shoes from paytm and i received the wrong product.. At the time of placing the order the shoes were more in number.. Now its out of stock.. They r saying they don't have any solution.. Only thing they ll be able to do is refund the amount... If theres no assurance regardint the product we r ordering then why use this app... Ur service was the poorest compared to ur other competents.. Disappointed thoroughly... One more thing is when we buy a product u guys take its full price and give some amount as cash back.. For example let the product price be 799 and the casback amount is 160... Becoz i received a wrong product i m returning it.. At that time u ll only refund the 639rs and when it comes to ur cash back amount of 160 when we trying to transfer it back to our bank account u guys deduct 5 to 6 rs as transaction fee.. That is if we r buying a product for 799rs and returning the product, u only refund 793rs.. U r actually taking some amount everytime.. I m gonna file a complaint in consumer court regarding this... Thank u for ur service.

    Need KYC for Transactions but PAYTM KYC agents are not lifting calls. I complained about this issue paytm care via twitter on APR 17, 2019. But they are unable to respond. Without KYC they are not allowed to send money to any one. If they don't respond make it online approval. I called 4 kyc agents in hyderabad. No one is responded the call.

      I have ordered a mobile phone (redmi note 6 pro) of which parsal delivered on 10th April in which I have received a Nokia's dead phone then I have requested the return of product but on 12 th April request has been cancelled then I have complained in paytm mall then paytm executives says me to do wait pls our team is investigating with regarding your order pls wait to coming resolution on 22 Nd April paytm investigator team give me a mail in which mentioned that the product was delivered was correct๐Ÿ˜ข๐Ÿ˜ข๐Ÿ˜ข๐Ÿ˜ข but I am not agree with this

        On april 16 arounf 7.30 pm, i received 2 sms from bookmyshow. I had balance of rs.3825 on my paytm wallet and all of it was used up in these 2 transactions.
        I immediately contacted paytm and their support has been very poor on this.
        I asked them to give me details of the transactions as those were not authenticated and my data privacy was breached.
        On this, they replied by saying..

        We would like to inform you that we could share such details with police only, once they approach us with their official mail id. So request you to please ask the police to drop the mail to us at "[protected]@paytm.com"

        Need your help with the above. Any additional you may require for doing the requisite, please let me know.

          I ordered a screen guard for my phone xiaomi 6 pro refering the given photo of the product displayed on the shopping window. The product turned out to be something really different from what was shown and there's no way to return/exchange or even launch a complain against it. Though the amount was small, it leads to inconvenience and lack of faith in online shopping.

              I purchased jewellery and jeweller offer to pay through paytm wallet with extra payment of rs.1800.in exchange paytm offer me three coupons. From last 10 days i am trying to use those coupons however with no valid reasons paytm mall is not validating my transaction. I have reported this error about 5 times to paytm mall however paytm mall is not providing solution and i am unable to cash those coupon. I have purchased coupon with extra money paid and the terms and condition mention at time of purchase and now is different. Even following new t&c i am unable to use the coupon.
              Coupon: purchase from paytm mall of rs. 3000 and paytm will give me cashback of rs.1500.

                I have booked tickets from bangalore to coimbatore in sps travels with paytm. The ticket was cancelled without any proper reason and they released the same bus with higher prices. This is taking advantage of the election time. I have booked this to go and vote. This should be take care of immediately so that private operators don't take advantages like this and harming the booked customers.

                      I got a paid subscription for getwoo on 11-march-2019 for one month.

                      I did not renew them, however, rs.990 were deducted from account on 17-apr-2019 without my consent. I had given no instructions or authorisation whatsoever to renew the account.

                      Renewal of service has happened without any consent and moreover money has been debited from my account without giving any authorization.

                      This is a fraud and needs to be dealt strictly.

                      This amount needs to be refunded back to my paytm account.

                              I booked a jet airways flight on paytm on 7th march, 2019. The flight was cancelled and a notification and call was made by jet airways on 18th march, 2019. Post the confirmation i contacted paytm on 22nd march, 2019 for the refund and was assured that the refund will be processed within next 48 hours. I tried contacting paytm through multiple message queries but still did not receive a response. Today on 17th april, 2019 when i called paytm they have given an indefinite timeline for the refund issue and have stated that they can't commit to a timeline for the same. This is clear case of paytm harresing their customers and not providing a resolution for the complaints. Please help do the needful.

                              Such complaint can not be process legally by anyone, as no attached documents, herein:-

                              1. No name of the passengre / customer,

                              2. No address, no contact information

                              3. No payment document

                              4. No text of the primary 1st complaint

                              5. " help do the needful" are indefinite terms, so useless.

                              In general view, if you have not got the refund or the requested compensation in 10 days days fololwing the notivce of the cancelattion or following the passenger legally binding complaint, the passenger has 2 choices:

                              1. To forget about any refund or the compensation in order to save the nerve system
                              or
                              2. To collect at least[protected] ruppes (anually) for the payment of the legal services of the lawyer or of the legal professional and the government fees.

                              The legal professional can explain, what the customer is entitled to in a particular situation, based on all documents in his possesion.

                              The legal professional can submit the legally binding complaint to the correct authority or to the distrcit court of the state, where the passenger is residing, in order to get judgemnt (award) in the favor of the passenger.

                                      I am not allowed to use the money from my paytm wallet because i have not submitted the kyc yet. This is fine but if someone deposits money into the wallet then paytm accepts it. This is not acceptable to me. If i am barred from using the money already in the wallet then how and why paytm allows crediting into the wallet. I talked to the customer care and he says this is the norm set by the paytm. I think this is an intentional norm set up by paytm to serve itself. This is also fine. But are they not cheating the public? I think so. Can it be rectified? What i mean by correction in this case is that even crediting the money into a person's wallet must not be allowed if he does not comply with paytm regulatory norms like kyc not updated etc.. Request the government authorities to look into this and take action.in addition to this there is one more request. I tried to with draw money from the paytm wallet as i have decided not to utilize paytm services anymore. This also is not allowed. When enquired with the customer care they are again giving the same answer that it is the norm of paytm. I want to understand what kind of norm is it which prohibits a person from withdrawing his own money from his own paytmm wallet. I feel these are flaws set up by paytm to serve its own ends but at the same time cheating the public. Can you please help me to get back my own money from the paytm wallet. Thank you.
