Dear team,
In previous day evening, I transact total amount 2332.00 via paytm for uber. Unfortunately the amount deducted and no transaction ID generated via paytm. Whenever I contacted to paytm customer service, they deny for these things. Kindly check and reconfirm the debit amount, credit amount, and when I receive the amount, also who will be responsible for those type of problems.

      My order no [protected]. I have ordered iphone 7 plus on 2nd of november 2018 from paytm and complain the phone manufacturing error when my phone under replacement policy when my phone was not working properly so i had replacement request for this when under replacement policy but they rejected even my product was under replacement policy. I send various messages and called their customer care but they didn't responded even they didn't receive the call many time. It's been almost 8 month i was continue contacting them but they had paid no attention and now my phone is not working properly. It's show apple logo
      Please help i have proof as they rejected under policy.

      They reply that u have the out of replacement policy but sir
      My product is not out of policy because I complained when I brought this phone
      By the paytm people reject my request
      This is not my fault

        Hi this is rohan 3000 rs has been deducted to getwoo subscription without my consent paid for subscription renewal getwoo for service id #7617054 transaction id [protected]-04-29 02:47:34 pm. Please fix this one how can they deduct amount from my wallet without my permission.
        I have unsubscribed from it but still they are deducting amount from my paytm wallet without any information. At any cost please fix it.

        I couldn't contact seller as I don't have any details about seller.

                I have ordered 2 Pairs Sparx Sandals on 17th April, 2019.One of size UK 8 and another o[censored]K 10 but Paytm has delivered me only 1 Pair of Sandals.And the delivered Sandal is duplicate as there was no size on that Sandal, So it was difficult for me to identify which sandal they have delivered to me as it was duplicate one. I have requested for the return and refund. The Courier person has asked me to return 2 pairs but I was not able to provide 2 pairs as only 1 pair was delivered to me.So I have told him that you know that you have delivered only 1 box of this size then how can I return 2 products. At last he has taken back that single pair and Paytm has refunded me only for 1 pair. Then I have complained about it to their customer care but still they have not responded me properly just only they have given me a reference no which is[protected]

                  I attended a phone call from workshine website saying that they have tie ups with mncs for job recruitment. They told to register in their work shine portal for rs 10. Firstly, otp for rs 10 came and the transaction declined. They told to retry with different otps on registered mobile. I tried multiple times with different otps from my mobile. I got a debit of rs 62000 fro 4 different transactions (Ie, rs19000, rs19000, rs19000, rs5000). I lost a money of rs 62000. Any one kindly give suggestion for the refund of all unauthorised transaction.

                      There was no linking/self-authorization to getwoo dating app with my paytm account. Even then, getwoo did the renewal of my subscription on 26st april 2019 without asking for my authorization, due to which i lost 300 rupees from my wallet

                      Please discontinue my subscription as i can't do it from paytm account because i can't see myself subscribed. And getwoo is also not responding to my concerns.

                      Initiate refund asap.

                        From last 72 hrs chasing paytm people just because i am not able to apply the promo code flynew. They people kept me on hold for 53 minutes and than disconnected the call without resolution without informing. Flight prices got increased. I have shared the screenshot all the relevant information. From past 48 hrs they are saying to resolve the issue in 48hrs.
                        I had an in app purchase of rupees 79/- from the game PUBG.. The amount being deducted from my account to the times of money, is not reflected in the app.

                        Please do the refund as early
                        The amount being deducted is shown in the account summary screenshot. please do the needful.

                          I booked a ticket at 8.55pm for avengers Endgame using my wallet balance but the transaction is pending it says wait half an hour but it's been more than 1 hour now. I could have booked on book my show or anywhere else using paytm gateway. I used paytm to book the ticket but they're not replying to my complaint also
                          What are the steps to be followed to get the ticket booked or money refunded. I'm a college student without too many funds and can't afford to book elsewhere while I wait for this to be resolved.
                          I need to see how they defeat thanos, come on!
                          The money was not refunded to our account on cancilation rail ticket the pnr number is [protected] please solve our problem.

                            I transfer 1000rupee form my paytm payment bank account to another paytm payment bank account .This time money is deducted from my bank account but not credited another paytm payment bank account. Then I contact paytm customer care number but they tell me wait 10working days but money is not credited in my account . I can't understand that I find my money . My trajection no[protected].

                              I have made a payment for participation in a Job fair to be held in JLN Stadium on 26/04/1997 conducted by company called Empzilla .                                   On april 22, i tried booking tatkal tickets on irctc. I tried 4-5 times for payment via paytm gateway but all failed but i was charged for couple of times. Below are the details:

                                    Myself being a small tutor recently created a paytm merchant account. Asked my students transferred to my paytm account. They did transfer on dtd[protected]. Also got a confirmation that the money will be credited into my bank with 1 working day. Waited till[protected], hoping that money will be credited to bank account. Not credited, frustrated called them, but no response. They themselves aren't aware whats wrong. Not even able to initiate the refund. So irritating. If yu block the amount like that, how could i even survive?
                                    The worst service ever and call themselves as most sincere.

                                      The mobile solutions is charging internet handling fees. As part of digital india the transaction fees should be waived off. However, charging appx 37 rupees towards internet handling fees is not acceptable. Necessary action may be taken on the solution provide towards reducing the handling charges. The provider should not charge convenience charges which is against the digitisation move
