Today my paytm wallet has been automatically deducted with rs 399 for recharging on 3 unknown jio numbers... It seems that paytm wallet is hacked by someone or paytm team itself doing this practice. And the customer care is replying to contact to reliance jio communication but how the amount can be deducted from my paytm app without any otp. It shows that there is the security issue with paytm. Kindly resolve it or else i will circulate it to the social media and will complaint to consumer court. Its a breech in your security.

    Hello,
    Yesterday i tried recharging my dth using the paytm app, but since now paytm only accepts otp instead of 3d pin i was unable to access the otp so i decided to cancel the transaction but after few mins, i received an sms from paytm regarding the succesful transaction for recharge. Later when i checked my passbook the transaction was done using the paytm postpaid.
    I never asked to activate the service.
    Unfortunately, we can't even contact paytm we only have an option to write them a message which they don't reply in a proper manner. Also, i'm attending the screenshots of that chat.

    For user
    If you are using paytm and don't know about paytm postpaid kindly read the terms and condition properly, it is similar to your credit card if you don't pay it within a weeks time after a monthly cycle they start charging you interests for the same.

        I purchased a few products from paytm mall, and 2 of the products were defective as result i made a return request and for one of the products within minuted i received a mail that my return has been rejected by the courier company of paytm mall as the quality check standards do not meet.
        First of all it is impossible for someone to come so fast and there was no-one who visited my place to pickup/check the products.

        Now, paytm mall's internal team has flagged my account for making wrong use of my account, and have to be stuck with the defective products and my money thus gutted.

        But as genuine customer if they can see my account order history i have shopped and used paytm a lot for all the services they provide, it is a very big flaw at their internal team's end to access frauds and genuine customers.

        Thus, i would like to have these defective products returned and my money back and would like to hit back at paytm for violating my right as a customer for not returning a defective product and demand compensation for the mental agony and harassment done to me.
        When I called to the customer care for completing KYC it was clearly mentioned that you will be not charged but KYC centres are looting the money it is really unfortunate please take action on these kind of people

          My electricity bill payment order ([protected]) on april 28, 2019 at 8:15pm was failed but amount was debited from my bank account of rs. 50. I haven't got refund yet almost 9 days over. Your customer care was not responding properly they just saying check it on 24x7 in the paytm app.
          Now the failed order was removed from my order list but i have screenshot of that order and i have bank transaction id.
          When will i get my refund?
          Bank saying it was paid they were giving transaction details (Medr/paytm/563233)

            Wrost service by paytm i have a merchant account on my number. On 1st may 2019 at 9:17 am someone pay me to my merchant account that is link with my paytm payment bank saving account but still not receive the payment today's date 07/05/2019. Every time i call to the customer care they say it will be in a day or 2. I call their customer care every day for my payment. When talk to merchant customer care they say we settled your payment its the issue of your bank if money is nkt credited. When talk to bank they say it's because of your merchant. On 6th may 2019 they say me that your paytm kyc is expire so do it and you receive the payment. But i done my kyc earlier so that i can't face this type of issue. But now the payment is in between not in my account. So please help someone if they have some kind of issue

              I have business account in paytm by number [protected]. I complaint for times that i'm not able to accept payments. They suggest me to do payment in half-half. Then i called them that my payment has been charged 1.99% + pst they said that will charge so i told to deactivate my account. They said will arrange call. Then i made transaction after a month they said then it will go to directly business account then i called them to hold payment and let me know if i told them to deactivate my account then why its not deactivated till now. They said will arrange call but no call received and they cut the charges for their own mistake.

              And then i called and tell everything they said we can't help you for this charges will cut.
              This is how they make us irritate from past many months and i'm mentally stressed because of this. I really want people to help me out for this you can call us at [protected].
              Received 2 missed calls just for a single bell and disconnect from there end from Paytm then received text that unable to reach you share your docs on given number. Im texting them but no response is there till now.

                Sir/ madam,
                I have ordered one lenovo thinkpad edge e470 (Notebook) @ rs. 48250 through paytm on[protected]. As per the company guidelines the warranty period is 1 yr from the date of purchase. Frm last week onwards the device is not working. I contacted the lenovo company for service and repair of notebook, but they told me that the device not under warranty period, it was expired on[protected]. I confirmed it with lenovo site, my device is already registered with lenovo on[protected] ie almost 5 months before i have purchased. Now i realized that this was a refurbished / repaired product which was sold @ actual cost, and they cheated me. I contacted paytm, but no response till now. Kindly look into the matter and take appropriate action. Thanking you

                  Paytm has blocked my account they told me you have recived a wrong payment in your wallet and they mailed me for some documents and return money screenshot
                  I shared all the document but my wallet remaining block as 2 monts above when i called paytm with registerd number its not connected and when i call with other number they told me please call registerd number otherwise we cant help you
                  Plzz help me regarding to unblock my wallet in this wallet is 12999 rs also blocked i need money
                  Plz help me and resolve my prblm asap

                      One guy rahul kumar from paytm with phone no. [protected] called and asked that to give account details to remit the amount to my paytm and he is using his phone no. And email id for that purpose now my account got block ed please help me. He was changing my complete documents of paytm. Now my paytm got blocked and i really don't know why people are behind me. For all the frauds increasing in our country whats the reason, iam really getting afraid. Now his phone is switched off. Also he was hacking my bank account. I think this all related with my previous online complaint of cheating.

                        There was no linking/self-authorization to getwoo dating app with my paytm account. Even then, getwoo did the renewal of my subscription on may 4th without asking for my authorization, due to which i lost 300 rupees from my paytm a/c.

                        Please discontinue my subscription as i can't do it from paytm account because i can't see myself subscribed. And getwoo is also not responding to my concerns.

                        I also request you to kindly don't do any payment in future without my permission.

                          I placed an order from MacDonald's through MacDonald's app and the payment was done through paytm. The order was cancelled by the restaurant because of roadwork, but no refund was initiated. When I contacted MacDonald's they said I'd have to contact paytm to initiate the refund, despite there being no fault on my side in this matter. After requesting help from paytm they asked me to provide proof for the cancellation of the order.

                          They didnt even take a look at the screenshot I attached in the first place (the one sent over by MacDonald's executive as the proof of cancellation). Even after sending the mssg for a second time, they responded saying that they would get in touch with MacDonald's executives and then initiate the refund ..

                          However when I logged back into paytm, then chat history was completely erased leaving me with no proof of conversation with the paytm executives and no updates regarding the status of my refund.

                          Neither MacDonald's executives are responding now, nor the paytm ones...

                          I find it unfair that people deduct money from your account and then cancel the order... This has happened to me multiple times and feels like some sort of scam now..

                          I talked to the customer care executive again.
                          Still receiving the default response.

                          MacDonald's says to contact paytm guys and paytm guys say it's not their problem and to contact the merchant.

                          Who do I contact now to get my money back.
                          This back and forth is getting too much especially when companies as reputed as these can't take the value of their customers money seriously. 😠

                          Clearly the executives are still not paying attention to the screenshots attached alongside the complaint as they keep giving the same automated response.

                          Having sent the necessary details to them, they fail to take action ever after promising to do so .

                          ( The proof for which I do not have since the previous chat I had is conveniently missing from paytm)

                              Recently i proceeded a transaction through paytm for mobile recharge. But it was not successful as i don't know the due of it. My money of rs. 145 was deduced from my account inspite of failure in my transaction. And i was notified that money will be refunded within 7 days. So i waited until that. But now it is about to reach end of 2nd week from the date of transaction. Still money was not refunded. I request you to take steps to resolve this and make a way to refund my money.

Order wasn't received to me but on the website shows order was delivered to another person (Place delivered in delhi) the same matter was complained to paytm customer care but they are told your delivery to me but i can't got the order from paytm mall. I was complained again to customer care but they are not responded. Please take necessary action against to paytm.

Today at 2;42 when i check my paytm account i saw that 1500 rupees from my paytm postpaid account and 50 rupees from my paytm wallet has been debited.. This shows my that from total play 5 sports it has been debited. But i have not did anything... I am so worried about the amount. I think my account has been hacked...                                     Recently i had booked bus tickets on paytm but it got cancelled by operator and paytm claimed that it would refund the amount to the bank asap it is now over a week but still didn't get the refund if this is way you are handling paytm users then i would switch to redbus to book tickets

                                      I had placed an order the product on 26th april and shipment date was on 30th april but shipment has not been done yet. Now they are showing status that due to huge rush shipment could not be done and trying to refund my money. I trusted them. Pay them in advance. I waited for 1 week. This is type of mental harrasment from paytm. They took the money in advance, wasted my time by letting me wait and could not deliver my product on time. Please take strict action against paytm who are fooling people online.

                                        I booked flight in name of mrs. Archana ghai on 1.5.2019 from chennai to chandigarh. Flight was booked from irctc site. The payment of rs. 8573 was made throgh net banking from pnb vide ref no.[protected] the payment has been deducted but further processing is yet to take plsace. Probabily the payment has not been transferred to concerned. Pl do the needful as payment was processed thrpugh paytm mobile solutiond
                                        Amount worth Rs.6855 was debited from my State Bank Of India and Canara Bank debit cards. Also getting problems in recieving OTP
