I tried booking a ticket in irctc through paytm gateway by giving debit card details there.
It's been more than 10 days but i still didn't receive the amount.
Irctc says amount had been refunded but that is not reflected in my bank.

    I am not allowed to use the money from my paytm wallet because i have not submitted the kyc yet. This is fine but if someone deposits money into the wallet then paytm accepts it. This is not acceptable to me. If i am barred from using the money already in the wallet then how and why paytm allows crediting into the wallet. I talked to the customer care and he says this is the norm set by the paytm. I think this is an intentional norm set up by paytm to serve itself. This is also fine. But are they not cheating the public? I think so. Can it be rectified? What i mean by correction in this case is that even crediting the money into a person's wallet must not be allowed if he does not comply with paytm regulatory norms like kyc not updated etc.. Request the government authorities to look into this and take action.in addition to this there is one more request. I tried to with draw money from the paytm wallet as i have decided not to utilize paytm services anymore. This also is not allowed. When enquired with the customer care they are again giving the same answer that it is the norm of paytm. I want to understand what kind of norm is it which prohibits a person from withdrawing his own money from his own paytmm wallet. I feel these are flaws set up by paytm to serve its own ends but at the same time cheating the public. Can you please help me to get back my own money from the paytm wallet. Thank you.

      I had received payment from customer and paytm charged me without pre notification
      And the company said that i had received unfair transaction and that's why i was charged for the same but there was no mail or pre notification for the same.
      We have very limited profit and now we are turning in loss due to unexpected behaviour of paytm

        Paytm not refuding my money

        On 12 th april i had transferred 3000 rupees from my Paytm bank account to my Bank of Baroda account through upi.But Money is still not credited to my account till yet.
        Upi id of transaction is[protected].

        I had talked to Customer care of bank of baroda they said we have reversed your money back to your paytm payments bank.but paytm is not refunding my money.i had call recorded of bank of baroda customer care as a proof

        Resolve my issue immediately.

          I tried to pay my act broadband bill using paytm app but the amount got deducted from my credit card and its added to paytm as gift voucher.The amount didn't went to act broadband bill
          Please reverse the amount which is came as paytm voucher immediately
          Please rectify these mistakes in future...

            But when i try to apply it, it's not working.

              I recharge jio amount -399, date-17/02/2019, time -5:29pm by Paytm upi my Payment deducted in our account but recharge not succeed I campalant Paytm my payment issue but paytm not help.

                Paytm electronic voucher for domino's pizza for 500 rupees bought on 27feb. Have made a order for 100 rupees with the 500 rupees voucher and utilized 100 bucks out of 500 rupees. Next time when tried to use voucher, voucher does not work anywhere. The instructions does not states that a voucher can be used only once. When contacted paytm customer care, they were saying refer to instructions whereas nothing present in instructions. Please help in resolving the evoucher problem. Please refer to attached screenshots.

                Sir, I paid Rs. 945.00 for 2(two) Railway Retiring room at Bilaspur bearing PNR No [protected] and Train No 12860 for the date of 15/04/2019. from my ICICI Bank. But not yet they received. How can I refund it.

                    My name is Rahul Rajawat i use [protected] as my registered paytm no. and the booking id is [protected] .
                    I booked a flight ticket by Jet Airways which got cancelled by the airlines now since 25th march i am complaining for my refund but the paytm just gives me 5-7 days time and does nothing and this has been happening since 21 days till today and i am getting no satisfactory reason for the delay.
                    Kindly guide what should I do in order to get my refund i.e. roughly 14K.
                    I have unsubscribed getwoo but still they are deducting rs 600 from paytm without my knowledge.it has happened twice.please refund 1200 as soon as possible

                    You can not address the complaint on money matters to whom it may concern.

                    1. The e-ticket is not seen / not attached. The notification of the cancellation is not attached.

                    Nobody has a duty to reply to anonymous or to an unidentified compalint.

                    If the author needs the compensation and does not know the rules, the author has 2 options

                    1. To forget about unidentified refund, or

                    2. To hire the professional aiming to bring the legal case in the dictrict court.

                    The professioanal, whom you are due to pay, must explain the expected amount.
                    Expected expences start from rs 4100 + expectation: judgement + reward.

If not done by you, forward this sms from mobile number registered with sbi to [protected] to block your inb credentials.

                        its 3 weeks completed.

                        In brief, such type of cases can be resolved via the adjudication of the court only in India.
                        As all replies of air carriers are uselss for pasengers in 99, 9% requests.

                        The legal assistance before the authority of India can cost you from Rs 4000, upon all circumstances of the case. pluss government charges from rupees 2000.

                        So, be ready to collect and to produce each related document:-

                        1. Primary e-ticket or PNR + INVOICE (see name of the document);

                        2. Full copy of the notification on cancellation or
                        your explanation regarding circumstances of your knowledge on cancellation / delay in 1-2 sentences;

                        3. Copy of your own complaint following the notification of cancellation, delay, if you had submitted it; it must produce date, your pnr, full name.

                        5. Copy of reply of air carrier / travel agent, if they issued in 10 days max.

                        All documents have to be in PDF or in the best resolution quality.

                        Following your complaint, the respnder has a duty to analyse it,
                        reverse back to you with the details of the offer in 7-10 days,
                        if your documents are sufficent to conclude on the eligibility of the compensation and, if you had requested the compensation from the offender.

                          Paytm account linked with my mobile number is [protected]. I was updating personal details in my paytm and suddenly logged out. Tried logging in again but every time it was showing invalid otp. Tried login using email id. it shows that email id is not registered. Tried calling using IVR, not able to talk to the customer care agent. When entering otp in IVR again it says invalid otp. Not able to open any of the paytm app. Not received any solution yet even after tweeting to them. Worst service. How an active account suddenly disappeared? If any fraud will happen to my account paytm will be responsible for that.

                            I had done a merchant voucher purchase on 1st April using paytm upi, merchant did not approve purchase but money got deducted but it was immediately refunded or credited back to my personal account, but a re-debit was done and paytm took my money again which was worth 3000/- . I have sent screenshots to them as proof, but they don’t care to refund or respond or acknowledge that fact. It’s been 12 days since they have my money. I want to register a legal case against them and sue them for this. I have attached proof of screenshot where money was first credited and then debited

                              I have done spice Jet booking through Paytm mobile solutions on 14th April 2019 and the amount of booking was deducted from the account and was paid to Paytm mobile solutions.

                              But neither any booking confirmation received nor the amount was refunded.

                              No PNR generated in Spice Jet booking and all the customer care nos for Paytm Mobile Solution were incommunicable.

                              This Paytm mobile solutions should be slammed and prosecuted for such fradulance.

                              Also investigation should be carried out against Spice Jet since why the PNR could not be generated though the amount was deducted.

                              You presented the set of the indeffinite words - probably, the screenshots of your mobile phone set. - a spam or ads of unknown operator, has nothing comon with the order.

                              There is no any identification of (1)the passenger (2) receipt (3) paid amount, currency (4) reason of the refund (5) own complaint of the customer

                              Option 1.
                              You can hire the professional for agreed fee, in order to get a refund / compensation .
                              If you hire the professional, you will require to do work also - to presnet the copies of the documents or to explain the other conditions

                              2. Option 2. you can forget about the posisble payment and refund / compensation.

                                I purchase a ebook via google play and the money was deducted from my bank, but i did not get the purchase i paid for and i didn't even receive the receipt. But the amount is debited from my account and not yet refunded. Kindly look into this matter and resolve issue and please make sure that the amount is refunded. I've attached the proof regarding the payment.

                                  I have done an online transaction on paytm to buy school books from a stationary store Sureka Book house on 2nd April but book store was not in capacity to deliver within the day so I have to cancell the transaction and bought books from there only but off-line. Since then I am asking for refund from both ends but not yet I have been given solution.Both the parties (Sureka store, and Paytm) are putting blame on each other and I am in mid feeling helpless. My all efforts of calling to paytm helpline number is going in vain .Please help me in this regard as such behaviour from such a reputable company is unacceptable.

                                    I subscribed to Paytm first plan under the offer of INR 100 cash back. However, i did not get the cashback. When i wrote down to Paytm team, they gave me reckless reply of me being not KYC verified customer. However, i was kyc verified customer at the time of subscribing. Find attached snapshots. The Paytm team speaks rudely and disrespectfully. I am worried about customers after payments bank licence granted to people like Vijay Shekhar Sharma.

                                      It's been over 2 months of my kyc problem.

                                      I completed my kyc with agent around 2 months back but my kyc wasn't done and bank account didn't open either.

                                      Later contacting them they said they'll delete my account and make it a full kyc account through previous given details at the time of kyc and told me not to create a account again until told by a paytm employee.

                                      They deleted my paytm account. And it's been 15 days i haven't recieved a call from paytm to reopen my account and now when i created the account it shows all my documents are already in use like pan card, aadhar, or passport all of them are already in use and now i cannot even activate my wallet nor do any kyc process
                                      Absolutely pathetic paytm.

                                        I have placed the order on 31st march, 2019. I have purchased this on application of coupon code of cashback of 1250/-. And after few days it got delayed due to some aspects. I have spoke to the customer care of the paytm. They have said me to wait for few days. And i have waited as they said but today they have cancelled it. And i spoke to them they are saying sorry to me.
                                        Please, my hearty request to all indians, non-indians to not to purchase from it.
