I have done spice Jet booking through Paytm mobile solutions on 14th April 2019 and the amount of booking was deducted from the account and was paid to Paytm mobile solutions.

But neither any booking confirmation received nor the amount was refunded.

No PNR generated in Spice Jet booking and all the customer care nos for Paytm Mobile Solution were incommunicable.

I did my kyc nearly 2 years ago. On 10th april, 2019 i tried to add money to my wallet which i have been using for over 2 years and i could not.
