My paytm account suddenly got blocked and when i tried contacting them no proper response it's been 4-5days i filed a complaint but no response i filed 2nd complaint but no response i tried calling them it kept saying due to technical difficulties we couldn't solve your problem and then i filed 3rd complain with proper images and still they haven't reached out to me please do something

    I did my kyc nearly 2 years ago. On 10th april, 2019 i tried to add money to my wallet which i have been using for over 2 years and i could not. But, the amount was added to paytm gift voucher instead. Just a couple of minutes ago i was able to add an amount to pay electricity bill from my pattm wallet but later i could not. Upon calling them i was informed that it is because minimum kyc has to be done. So, here is my confusion:
    1. Just a couple of minutes prior to the incident and for an entire two years i was able to transact and add money to my paytm wallet but suddenly they realized that minimum kyc was not done.
    2. I was able to add to paytm gift voucher but not to the wallet even though my status was minimum kyc! Should the same rules not apply as both are money transfer.
    3. Upon checking on my phone in my profile/account it is given that the kyc will expire in 24 august 2019. So, why this fuss?

    When i called the helpline i was told that they have a special helpline for kyc. They transferred the call wherein i was told that i need to do min. Kyc and that earlier kyc has expired. Even my regular bank under rbi never says my kyc has expired.??? My mutual fund just asks me to update kyc but don't stop my payment facility and they have multiple agencies to comply with.

    The operator/assistance at paytm call center kept repeating that i need to do minimum kyc without understanding my point. Thereafter she transferred to her superior (I am assuming that) who also kept repeating the same thing. They seem to be ill equipped to handle queries at all levels.

    I went to the kyc center as suggested by them and tried to do kyc and there was an error saying the kyc is already done. That message was sent to them by the agent. Is someone else using my kyc??? I wonder. Also, when i checked with the helpline (Human assisted) they asked me when i did the kyc. I told them they should have a record. They did not. Is it too much to expect?

    I have repeatedly tried calling them and now the number goes to voice assisted call... That is absolutely no help. Also, i sent a message on chat on 10th april, 2019 but no response. I thought they should be very concerned and show urgency in resolving this issue. After all it is about money and transactions and security.

    Btw, the amount transferred is not showing in the pattm voucher when i go to redeem the amount!

    I seriously feel there is some fraudulent activity afoot. Else, why would they not want to resolve my issue properly. First they need to address the issue correctly and then resolve it.

    I would request the following;

    1. Transfer of rs. 4000 added by mistake to paytm gift voucher through my credit card to be credited back to my credit card

    2. I should be enable to close my paytm wallet.

    Can you also help me in how i can report this matter to the rbi?

      There was no linking/self-authorization to getwoo dating app with my paytm account. Even then, getwoo did the renewal of my subscription on april 11 without asking for my authorization, due to which i lost 300 rupees from my paytm a/c.

      Please discontinue my subscription as i can't do it from paytm account because i can't see myself subscribed. And getwoo is also not responding to my concerns.

      Initiate refund asap.

        Dear team,
        I was booked a ticket (Pnr no: 202971) from vijayawada to tirupati on 07/04/2019, for the journey on 10/04/2019 through paytm. I received a call from the operator in the morning at 11.00 am and he said we are cancelled the service. Then i was immediately informed to paytm team people alternate service.. They said we will arrange with in 1 hour, again i tried after 1.08 pm for alternate service.. But they said we will arrange a ticket in varun bus.. Finally they we can not provide any alternate ticket for you.. Paytm people wasted my time, money, mobile bill including given mental tourcher to me. Nani sai krishna travels and paytm people create a problem tome.. I was stayed on footpath hole night due to there is no alternate and mosquitoes biting me... I was failed to mark the vote today (This is my primary activity as a responsibility person) and i missed and emergency work in tirupati.. So, that please take an action against on them and i need compensation from them.

                Hi team,

                Have purchased air conditioners and payment for that have been made through paytm app inorder to get inr 3000 cashback vouchers. So once transaction got completed have received the vouchers but while using that vouchers code in apply promo code section it shows invalid coupons. Hence, contacted paytm customer care and have explained every thing but he explained that he is not at all able to find any record for my purchase, so he requested me for screen shot and same was provided but still their customer care is rolling me that provided the error screen shot and all. Have asked them to go through the mail chain everything is present but so bad they are not bothered to go through the mail chain.

                Request your intervention, please.

                Also this vouchers has validity of 30 days, if issue not resolved by that time whole cashback will be wasted.

                Moreover, attaching the order id snap shot fyr...

                Thanks for taking my complain ahead to paytm but still they do not care of their customers and every time they shows new polices for using the vouchers. We recommend not to trust this app in future for any transaction or want to use then ask for tnc first.

                Hi Consumer Complaint Team,

                Yet to receive any call or update from Paytm on mail. They are still chating with me on their app. And now I have cleared them I have escalated this case to Consumer complaint team. So they shared me TnC sheet in which they started giving me conditions however on Paytm app nothing was mentioned to apply coupon. Also referring to their conditions also I am not able to redeem my coupons. Seriously it is waste of money and effort to do any transaction through Paytm app! Seriouly and honestly frustrate with this kind of support from Paytm team. Request you to get this highlighted to higher management of Paytm team.

                Also will be attaching error snap shot for error which is faced by me, while following their "TnC".

                  Paytm has launched a new service called 'paytm first', which is an annual subscription service where the cost is 650 inr annually. While browsing through the app, 'paytm first', was never advertised or endorsed as an annual subscription service. I thought its just another offer that's been given by paytm and paid the amount of 750 inr. I thought this 750 inr, which i am paying is going to my wallet, which i can use later.

                  But out of 750 inr that i paid, only 100 inr came to my wallet and the remaining 650 inr went in as an annual subscription fee for the 'paytm first', service.

                  This mistake could have been avoided had paytm clearly mentioned 'paytm first', as a subscription service that costs 650 inr annually.

                  It is purely misleading on the part of paytm, that they very irresponsibly and maybe intentionally promoted the 'paytm first', service, without mentioning anywhere that it was a subscription service that costs 650 inr annually.

                  Nowhere was it mentioned as a subscription service. This is clearly misleading for people who use paytm regularly who get deceived that this is yet another offer given by paytm and are misled into paying the amount without them knowing that what they are getting into is a subscription service that costs 650 inr annually.

                  In spite of repeated attempts to contact the customer care through phone, there is no option to directly talk to a customer service representative (Human) and all we could do is send a message through the app to the customer care.

                  In spite of informing the customer care through message that i got enrolled into paytm first, without knowing it as subscription service, and asking them to refund the money back, they are point blank refusing to refund the money back, despite the fact that its the mistake on part of paytm that it failed to mention anywhere that 'paytm first' is a an annual subscription service and had i known it to be a subscription service, i would have never enrolled into it.

                  I request you to please do the needful and help in recovering the 650 inr that i got deceived by paytm and kindly refund the money back into my bank account, paytm wallet or any other suitable means deemed right for you.

                    Paytm has done a recharge on a wrong number even though I provided a correct number but they somehow(don't know how) done the recharge on my registered paytm number.
                    I want my refund against this wrongly done recharge.
                    If paytm wishes to cancel that recharge on my registered paytm number they can do that also but at the end I want to have my money (Rs 399) back as soon as possible.

                      I was ordered water sprayer from paytm and when i take delivery item found damaged and i was requested for returning item and replace the item but paytm reject my request.
                      Waht i will do with damaged product.
                      They are not refund my money and not collect damaged product.
                      Please look into the matter and do the needful.

                          I have purchased an inapp item on 2nd of april2019. My sum amount of rupess 800 got deducted from my bank account whereas i didnot receive any items that i purchased. I tried to complain about my problem in all the websites i could find but none of them provided a respond to my loss. Its been five days now still i havent got any refunds nor the items i had purchased. The transactions took place as soon as i made the purchase but the money was transferred to the company known as the times of money limited whose headquaters lies in mumbai. I have had never came across such problems before while making an inapp purchase.
                          I have waited for so long now so i am growing impatient to this problem.

                          Please, kindly i would ask you to look into the matter and refund my money back to my account.

                            I have booked a bus ticket of my wife from ahmedabad to kota for 6th april my ticket i'd is [protected]. It is a private bus traveller jai shreenath ji.
                            During the whole journey the driver and bus conductor illegally made many passengers sit and disturb all the other passengers who buy tickets legally.
                            This made the journey vulnerable and when i complained about it in. Paytm and the bus operator they didn't gave me satisfactory answer.
                            So i demand a full refund in this case so that paytm and the bus operator will understand the importance of permanent customers.
                            I hope my complaint will be entertained and a strict action will be made

                              I ordered product from paytm mall with order id [protected]. I order this on 16th march and received on 21th march. This was fake product. Company/brand of product was very cheap. So i requested the return. First of all no one was listening to me. Finally my return request was accepted. It is now alsmost 20 days no one came to pick up the product. 3 times i got the message that product is out for delivery but no one is coming here and updating the status that delivery attempted. I am continuously following up for 20 days. They are really harrassing me. I want to file the complaint of delivery fake product and harrassment.

                                I have booked air tickets for my father in law mr mrinal kanti duttaroy, a round trip from guwahati to kolkata and back for 16/04/19 and 23/04/19 today at about 8 pm through spicejet website. I have done so many times in the past. But today, after i have paid for the tickets through axis bank netbanking, via paytm mobile solution getway, i wasn't sent back to spicejet website and my ticket was not booked because after waiting 2 hours no message came nor any mail landed on my email box. I have checked my netbanking statement with axis bank. It confirmed that money indeed has been paid through paytm mobile solutions.
                                Therefore, i lodge my complain to you to find out why my ticket isn't issued?
                                I haven't been reverted to spicejet website, so i don't have any pnr number or id number.
                                Please let me know.

                                    I made a complaint to paytm regarding this issue but they didn't solve my problem
                                    Neither they refund my money nor they recharge my phone
                                    Very disappointing response
                                    Irresponsible behaviour of paytm employees
                                    They just kill your time, put your call on hold

                                      Please cancel my subscrption as soon as possible as getwoo is not responding to my concerns.
