Paytm has done a recharge on a wrong number even though I provided a correct number but they somehow(don't know how) done the recharge on my registered paytm number.
I want my refund against this wrongly done recharge.
If paytm wishes to cancel that recharge on my registered paytm number they can do that also but at the end I want to have my money (Rs 399) back as soon as possible....

I was ordered water sprayer from paytm and when i take delivery item found damaged and i was requested for returning item and replace the item but paytm reject my request.
Waht i will do with damaged product.
They are not refund my money and not collect damaged product.
Please look into the matter and do the needful.

I have booked a ticket from irctc using paytm wallet, after that i have cancelled the ticket.
I have received a mail from irctc stating the money will be refunded with reference to refund against pnr number [protected] /irctc transaction id [protected], an amount of rs. 515.0, however i still not received any money.
Please help me with this.

I have booked air ticket in jet airways through paytm application. The ticket had been cancelled by airlines for operational reason. We approached for refund. Airlines mailed us to contact paytm for refund. We talked to them regarding this. It has been 15 days now. Still i didn't get even single reply from paytm. Kindly do needful. Enclosed proofs below.

I recharge my phone through paytm
Amount was deducted successfully but recharge not done
I made a complaint to paytm regarding this issue but they didn't solve my problem
Neither they refund my money nor they recharge my phone
Very disappointing response
Irresponsible behaviour of paytm employees
They just kill your time, put your call on hold...

There was no linking a d self authorization of getwoo dating app with my paytm app.
Even then getwoo did the subscription on 5th april 2019 without my asking for my authorization due to which i lost 500 rupees from my pytm wallet.
Please cancel my subscrption as soon as possible as getwoo is not responding to my concerns.

Initiate refund as soon as possible.

Please note that on paytm i have first recharged vodafone prepaid mobile with rs 399. Amount was deducted from my account (Net banking), but i did not get a confirmation that the recharge has been done and the status was showing "unsuccessful". I waited for few minutes. Then i tried again doing same recharge of rs. 399 and the payment was successful.
