Hi team,

1-this is usha gupta. I ordered one product from paytm on 4th march 2019. The product cost is 15, 989.69, same day i called to paytm customer care and requested for order cancelling due to some emergency outstation travel, he informed that i am unable to cancel product from my end you can reject your product at your door step. I agreed for that i did same.

2-on 7th march i got call from blue dart agent for parcel delivery, i said im currently not available in city please return the product to seller. He agreed for that. So i'm waiting refund amount usually it took one week to refund amount. I verified the status after one week in paytm i felt really shocked after seeing that status as product delivered.


3-i denied the product and how they delivered the product to someone else and that to i haven't received any update messages from paytm as well.

4-then i reached to paytm customer support for further assistance about order details i got weird answer from paytm agent that already the product has delivered to you and and already three days completed for product delivery date, so we cant help of this issue and they send me one digital signature mail which is not related to me (Attached in complaint) and they given my product to some another person (Parsanna kumar). Please see the attachment for your reference.

4-as paytm customer care not giving any support also so i contacted with blue dart and i got to know that the product is return to to shipper. Please find the attached screenshot and mail.

5. I again reached to shipper (Kiaan marketing) with the help of blue dart agent, one representative from kiaan marketing said that we have received product and already we sent a confirmation mail to paytm on march 20. Still money refund process not happen.
Again i reached to paytm about this order status they are saying again same words product delivered to you we cant help you on this order.

In this situation to whoom i have to reach product already reached to seller (Kiaan marketing)
I haven't expected this type of worst response from paytm. They are simply escaping from this issue, their simple words we cant help. Please look in to this issue do needful.

On23rd of march i have already 530 something uc's
I bought more uc (Unknown cash) for getting royal pass in pubg game. From the game it takes me to the platform of google play store i did payment over there. Of rs 400 for 320 uc's.
I received text from bank which is given bellow

Thank you for using state bank internet banking. Reference no. For transaction of rs. 400.0 from a/c ending 8205 to times of money limited on 23-mar-19 at 15:37 is igafsbype8. If not done by you, forward this sms from mobile number registered with sbi to [protected] to block your inb credentials. You may also call[protected]. Download yono @ www.yonosbi.com

Payment has been cut from my account but i haven't recieved any uc's over the game

I added rs1500 on airtel via phonepe upi linked to paytm payments bank. Money deducted& show pending on phonepe. After 4 days it shows transaction successful but airtel wallet is not loaded. The customer executibe are playing games with me not listening me not helping me for chargeback. Bloody fraud paytm. Airtel care doesnot receives call. Phnpe care says refund initiated & reverse in 3-5 days. But 10-12 days passed. No refund. Paytm care tells contact phnpe. Phnpe care tells contact paytm bank. Fraud cheaters.

Hi team,

These a an unauthorized transaction done by getwoo on my a. C with is a fraud. I had never subscribed for any transaction but still rs 990 has been debited from my paytm a/c. I would request you to please take a strict action and blacklist this app. And help me in getting my money refunded.

If issue is not resolved i will be left with no option to take this matter to the consumer court.

Attached is the proof of the transaction.

I paid ₹3000 to my paytm bank account firstly the transaction was successful but a little later i received a text that the seller has cancelled it and the amount is refunded to my bank but it still hasn't returned to my bank account. Please refund it fast as i need to make a payment to someone asap. I tried to contact your customer care also but noone replies there or receive my calls. Please help me

I bought uc in pubg mobile but didnt receive them in game. The purchase was for 600 uc and costed me 799 rs . money was deducted from my account.. For some reason my google play didnt record the purchase.. I am attaching an image of mini statement from sbi yono mobile app confirming of money geting deducted and being transferred to this . it would be great if i can get a refund or if my purchase can be compleated by adding the uc in game that i purchased.

Dear sir/ madam,
i ordered a laptop on 19th of february(order id-[protected]), it was delivered me on 23rd of february, it was a wrong product they have sent. I requested for refund the amount on 24th of february, to accept the return of my purchase they took 11 days to accept the return request. But the reverse courier facility was not available at my location so i self couriered the product to the sender, it was reached to the sender on 12th of march(tracking id - d[protected]. Now they are stating that courier is not yet received, and i called the customer care executive not showing much importance towards it and not sharing any information regarding this. I have shared all the required document with them. It's been more than 15 days still no response from the paytm mall.
Please do the needful as soon as possible

Paytm movie taking convenience fee for each ticket. When I asked Paytm care they are saying it is tax but in my bill GST already added.

I have booked 2 tickets for around 600 rs and 80 rs around convenience fee.

Can't understand what is this. I read news related to BookMyShow issue that internet charges then can tak since it is already added in tickets value. But looks like Paytm also doing same with name of convenience fee.

Please see photos :
1. Amount deducted on feb 20th.
2. Wrote to paytm they told they have successfully transferred to cc avenue and to write back to them if merchant confirms.
3. Wrote to amway /cc avenue they told it was refunded back into paytm wallet on feb 21 email attached
4. Paytm statement not reflecting any amount refunded. I have sent them merchant snapshot, again wrote today & it;'s ticket no :[protected] on paytm.

None help both saying they have done and i have not received from any side my amount back.

Hi iam muneer i ordered food thru paytm on 21st march 2019 @ 8.41pm from mehfil restaurant hyderabad. Amount of rs 272 got deducted instantly but my order was not confirmed i tried to reach paytm customer care n zomato customer care but both customer care was showing continuesly busy. Later my order got confirmed at 10.41pm after 2hours. Zomato delivery boy cald me to deliver d food i told him not to deliver it, as it was too late. Again @11.15pm i got notification in paytm food is delivered successful.. Where as i never received any food and i clearly told not to deliver.. Here i want paytm, zomato, and zomato delivery buy to be legally penalized.. For frauding customers.. For reference order number [protected] pls track dz order number u will get information

Today morning i tried to buy 600 uc @779 inr. When i done payment it's show me purchased failed. So i tried 2nd time. But this time also shown me purchased failed. But when i checked my sbi account 779 inr was detected 2 times? And i don't get any pubg cash. Please find the attachment for your kind reference.
Please check it from your end and resolve this problem so that i can get my money back.

I was issued a refund of inr 992 on 4th-jan-2019 with reference number[protected] from stalkbuylove for order id[protected]. But i never received this refund. I contacted stalkbuylove first, but they confirmed that they have issued the refund and provided this reference number as proof, and hence asked me to reach out to you. Attaching the snapshot of email and paytm transaction summary.

Paytm mall cheated with me...i had ordered shoes from paytm mall on[protected]order no- [protected]) paid rs-7349..but they sent me wrong brand & cheaper shoes...i requested for return on delivered date[protected]..but they rejected my return..i called to paytm care regarding this issue many many times( multiple complaint numbers[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],[...⇄ they are not avail & no anyone understanding my problem & they giving me only arguments...finally i have lost my money.now i am filling case in consumer forum.
