I booked tickets of spicejet from jabalpur to Hyderabad and back (29 Mar for onward and 02 Apr for return)two travellers named Harindra Tripathi and Parul Tripathi, through net banking of axis bank.money couldn't be remitted to spice jet but to you.As per bank transaction id.Kindly refund Rs 13414/

    Fraud and bad service - paytm and paytm fastag

    after wasted much time for getting the refund value through Paytm, i have decided to quit or leaving the paytm app for their fraud deal and frustrated service.

    Concern related to my fastag (Barcode:[protected]

    many times i have sent the query for receiving my refund value on this such mail ([protected]@paytm.com, fastag.[protected]@paytm.com), but till now i have not received my own value. even they told me that your refund value period was over, now you can't get your refund value.

    From november 2018 to till now but there was no response for refunding.

    1ST CASE- was of RS.500 (fig 1)
    2ND CASE- was TWICELY DEDUCTED TOLL TAX AT BAN TOLL RS.120 (fig 2)

    my last words is "don't use fraud paytm app, Never and ever avail services from paytm".

    Lastly, in business trust matters not money.

    SAY NO TO PAYTM SERVICES

      I have transferred Rs.7550 to paytm wallet but due to KYC not updated my cash has locked in wallet I tried to update my KYC in vaious KYC Service points in my area i.e. Baramati pincode no. 413102 Maharashtra But all your Service Agents are telling me that PAYTM has problem & its Fake company So Please refund my cash immediately. There is no any feedback message from PAYTM regarding KYC updating.
      Also I have done Paytm First (JOIN FIRST) by mistake its Order No.[protected] Dt.18-Mar-19 & Rs.750 has been deducted from Paytm wallet & I received cash back of Rs.100 its invoice is not showing But now I dont want JOINT FIRST & want my remaining cash back immediately.

        I noticed a a paytm Noida transaction for a sum of Rs.599/- on 17 Feb 2019, on my credit card statement. The first time I used paytm linking my card was on 16th March 2019. So being the case and with no OTP received from Paytm nor my bank on Feb 17th on my mobile number, how would Paytm authorize the transaction? I had sent a complaint to [protected]@paytm.com(Reference no.[protected] with part of the credit card number as requested by them, since there is no transaction id in my paytm account. It's been more than 40 hours now and despite repeated requests for an update there seems to be no response from their end. It shouldn't be hard for them to trace info as to where the card was used. I even emailed them an authorization code provided my phone banking support agent and still not response from PAYTM. I will need an updated ASAP please

          Sir today i deposited 19000 rupees in my Aunt's account and I transfered it to my paytm payments bank account I sent 5000 to one person and my mobile is out of charge I kept it for charge and wentout and I came back and trying to do the transaction it's showing no balance so I checked paytm money is not Der sir I am messaging the customer helpline portal but I am unable to get any kind of reply from that people soo plzz take a serious action on this complaint and plzz do make to get my money back sir

              Tata sky distributors commit very good things before buying new conection and they dont complete there single commitment.
              And tata sky customer care is very hopeless peoples, they never answers our questions if they receive our call mistakely. Tata sky customer care peoples ask question to us instead of answers.

              I will strongly not recommend peoples to buy tata sky connection.

                This is anish Karmakar from Roorkee. I have cancelled a ticket on 9th March, 2019 pnr [protected] . The cancellation id is showing Cancellation/Refund ID: [protected], and Bank Name: PAYTM M. Yet I didn't receive any money in my account (Neither my sbi account nor my paytm wallet).The refund amount is Rs 3570. Please look into the matter.

                  Yesterday i have received below message from vkpaytmb.in this regard i advise that i don't know who is this person. Please help me to let me know why such type of message sent to me and what is the reliability of such type of messages. Is there any chances of fraud. How can i lodge complaint against such type of act.

                  "akram mohammed hanif shaikh has requested money from you on your paytm app. Rs.5000.00 will be debited from your account when you approve at http://m.p-y.tm/UPIpas"

                      From past two and half months i'm getting fraud emails and calls as a reply from the paytm customer care and paytm care that we refunded the amount of rupees 4349 against the cancellation of your flight by ai 814 from pune to chandigarh to your bank account. All of you whoever is reading the detail just think once firstly about the time duration. I trust the seal of trust on behalf of there assurance, from past two and half months they are saying we contacted your bank account but what's the result!!? Sbi customer care always responded that the details about your account are same as you are looking in your internet banking account. Whenever i called them the final answer from the paytm customer care is plzz contact your customer care. I'm so much exhausted.

                        I have an balance in my wallet which shows of ₹1135.00 but not able to do any transaction and while doing the transaction this shows the low balance, also not able to add money into the wallet.
                        From few days i am facing these type of problem.

                          Today 16/03/2019) i have paid my electricity bill via paytm. While paying 199 rs extra deducted from account in home burglary insurance. Which is don't want. Even i don't know it was deducted. Please ask to return my money back as i don't want to avail this kind of insurance to me. I am using paytm since a long time. But first time i am facing issue. Please resolve this issue and let me know if you have any query.

                            Paytm in connivance with zee 5 have cheated by refusing to give 50% cashback on purchase of zee5 subscription where in i paid rs 999 but 50% cash back refused.
                            Enclosed is terms & conditions of offer. Paytm is indulging in cheating under various pretexts.
                            When the terms & conditions specify cashback on one transaction, paytm is insisting for 3 transactions which is highly unfair. Their cashback option never displayed one transaction offer.
                            It is simply not understood why one should claim cashback which should have been given as per terms & conditions.
                            This paytm is cheater & need to be penalised with compensation to customer.
                            Paytm is also not publicizing their email where one can register a complaint

                              On the 8th march 2019, I tried to buy a bike worth 58k on paytm by using my father's SBI debit card but that transaction failed but 50k was suddenly debited from the account and that amount was neither transferred to paytm or showroom nor did that amount got reflected in my father's acccount.
                              When I contacted Paytm as well as SBI, both of them raised their hands and blamed each other.
                              The paytm customer service executive asked me to contact SBI saying that they didn't receive the amount and later when I called SBI customer service executive she rudely denied to refund saying that paytm is third party wallet and hence she cannot refund the amount and told me call paytm once again and this cycle has been going on continuously...
                              I hope this tussle ends soon and I will get my money...

                                I had applied for a sip of ₹2000. However due to insufficient balance the amount could not be cut. Hdfc on the other hand did not even inform that there are penalties for such incomplete payments. also paytm money did not bother to inform me about such things prior!
                                ach debit return charges 590Rs is deducted 7 times in my account.
                                and total 4130 Rs is deducted from my account.

                                This is highly disappointing!!

                                    I have added a sum of rupees 2229 using my Axis bank upi saved in Paytm application and my account was debited.
                                    For sometime it was showing pending and after 15 minutes it was marked as failed.
                                    I called the customer care of Paytm and they were unable to help me and instead asked me to contact Axis bank customer care.
                                    I called Axis bank for the same and they reverted me again towards Paytm Customer Care.
                                    I am now helpless regarding the same.
                                    I need the amount back in my account ASAP as I have to pay someone on an urgent basis.

                                      I have recharged my delhi metro card no. 8322977 on 7th march 2019 for rs. 200/- through pay tm, and contacted the nearest metro station at dashrath puri but my card doesn't got read so they refused to recharge my card for rs. 200/- and asked me to claim refund from pay tm. You are accordingly requested to refund the amount of rs. 200/- to me as soon as possible. Thanks.

                                        I have registered my marchant number with paytm for my shop transactions, but the paytm salesperson provide me wrong barcode sticker, which is i used for my transactions with customers. One of my customer indicates me about this wrong barcode stickers.

                                        I want to register this complaint under sec-420. Cause i have some proof, that they did it intentionally.
