I have registered my marchant number with paytm for my shop transactions, but the paytm salesperson provide me wrong barcode sticker, which is i used for my transactions with customers. One of my customer indicates me about this wrong barcode stickers.

I want to register this complaint under sec-420. Cause i have some proof, that they did it intentionally.

    Today around 12 pm i transferred 4000 through paytm upi from punjab national bank to kotak mahindra bank and transaction shows sucessful but amount not credit to reciever bank (I. E. Kotak bank)
    Upi refrence no.[protected]
    Please kindly request to resolved this issued as soon as possible.
    I am very worried about this it's my first time experience...

    Purchased uc cash via in-app purchase of pubg mobile on 04/03/2019 at via internet banking for the amount of 779 rupees.

    My bank account has been debited for the same amount but item was credited to the game. It shows in my federal bank account that the beneficiary is times of money ltd.

    Please refund the money as soon as possible.
    I send money to my another bank account i send five times but it fails and does not reflect to that account?

        There are many fraud users exist in paytm and offering some products and earning money without delivery of the product. They are using their paytm account number for transactions in different social media. When we given complaint to the paytm, they are not acting immediately. It seems there is a good understanding between paytm and fraud users. Take care o[censored]sing paytm.

          Paytm reference ticket no.:[protected]

          Two transactions of rs 2350 were made from citibank on 16 nov 2018 to paytm wallet. (Credit card statement shared as proof with paytm in feb 2019)

          The first transaction citibank ref id [protected] and paytm ref id 651633 is still not added to my wallet. {only the second one (215735) is seen in the wallet. (Both of these confirmed by paytm wallet team)}

          I had earlier raised a dispute with citibank and they confirmed that both amount’s were successfully sent to paytm (Citibank response and confirmation mail shared with paytm)

          All proof details for above were shared via mail and app vide multiple mails and apps and paytm confirmed receipt of proofs.

          The last ticket reference no.:[protected] of 08 mar 2019 on this is was created mr sabir from paytm 24x7 help and re-confirmed by chiranjit, vijay and their lead mr tarun on 08 mar 2019.

          Paytm keeps closing the ticket without resolving. Even this one seems closed and customer care is not helpful

          I booked half yearly season train ticket in UTS using paytm on 10th March 2019 with an amount of Rs. 1960. The money got deducted but ticket not booked. Refund my amount.

            On the date of 7-3-2019 Rs.239/- deducted to my sbi account and in detail that name is shows “ by debit card SBIPG[protected] shop_paytm_PayTM” Mumabi

            But the thing is I don’t that transaction then why money cut in to the my account without my permission i want my money back otherwise wise i will file case to ciber crime to SBI

                I tried to book the flight ticket with paytm [from bangalore to jaipur and return journey] but the transaction failed on 8th march 2019. It has been 4 days and i have still not gotten the money credited to my account.
                I tried reaching out to customer executives from paytm but they told me that refund has been initiated from their side and i should contact bank regarding the issue

                    I ordered laptop battery from Paytm shopping website on 21-feb-2019, its expected delivery was 3rd March-2019, but still not delivered after raising a complaint with Paytm customer care executive and has not resolved the issue. The cost of the battery i already paid is 2350 INR. The Paytm has shipped it with Ecom express with AWB[protected]. I want either my money refund or want the product as soon as possible. and i want to know the status of my order.

                    Still waiting for refund. I ready cancelled the order and the item has been confirmed and received by the seller/origin, but payment is still not refunded back to my source debit account.

                      Hello sir, my name is mudasir. Yesterday morning, i open my paytm application. After oppening suddenly a flash link open tthere and suddenly the link open i'e is (Paytm first) and suddenly i had lost my 750 rupees. I shocked how is this possible. The paytm is doing fraud with me and looted 750 rupees. And when i call to the customer care and also message them. They told me you got member ship in firstpay. I dony need this application and please i want my money redund as soon as.

                          The money was deducted from my bank while making flight booking. My booking id is [protected] and transaction id is [protected]. Please look into this and refund the money asap. This is not fair on your part. The customer care person says talk to irctc people. They can't do anything without irctc transaction id which i don't have.

                          I have paid ₹8356 for this ticket booking. It is not a small amount for a middle class person and especially a student.

                            I have requested paytm to revert the amount sent wrongly to account [protected]
                            And after it was sent i called to that number to revert me back money and it was not picked and request made through paytm app to send money. I am completely helpless as i transferred amount from paytm wallet not from bank.. No chance of stopping transaction from bank. Paytm needs to be active and get my money back from that person. No person has right to use the amount which was placed in his account wrongfully. It's illegal.
                            Paytm need to respond and got t my money back.
                            I am disappointed as i got no reply yet. It's an issue to be dealt early.

                              Same problem happened with me last night. I have purchased 660 uc worth about 799 rupees get debited from my account but i did not received any uc in my game. I have the transaction details which is showing that respective money went to inb times of money. As it is huge amount of cash i need refund or please send me the uc in my game account. Under this text i am giving you the screenshots of my deduction hopefully will rid off my problem as soon as possible.

                                  Dear Team, I have an paytm account with my mobile, By accidentally, Rs.4500 .00 Rupees transferred from Paytm wallet to Google Play Account.

                                  I am not able to track where is my money, Not able to Contact Paytm customer care, all numbers are changed or wrong.

                                  I need to know where is my amount. only having the invoice from paytm with transaction ID, there is no any other data.I haven't received any mails or notification from google play. But amount was debited in my account.

                                      I have ordered a dell laptop model 3578 on 26th of february but the product which i received on 28th feb was exactly not the same as shown in the image. So i requested a replace to get the desired product but again i received the same product with a new packaging, this time i requested for the return but they rejected the returning of the product and now they are not responding to my request rather saying that the required specs was not mentioned but the product that was shown to me in the image contains the required specs needed to me. Now i don't want that product which is not fully desirable to me so please ask the company to approve the return request and refund my amount as soon as possible.

                                        Sir i am srinibas pati. I order a shoes from paytm on 01/03/2019. Then after 1 hour i also cancelled this order. I paid rs 30 rupees from my paytm wallet and 600 from my canara bank debit card which account no is[protected]. My wallet balance is refund by paytm but account balance is not refund. When i call to paytm customer care he told me that my account balance is refund by him and then i call to canara bank customer care says me paytm mall is not refund my balance to my account. Plz solve this matter sir.
