I paid my electricity bill through paytm wallet. The amount debited from my wallet was rs 829.68 but receipt generated was only for rs 820.00. I don't know where this differential amount of rs. 9.68 gone.

    Paytm do not care on the product ordered and delivered by partners to cusomer.
    I received wrong product 2 times.
    Order no [protected] i have order hp laptop bag and the product i received virtual reality glasses in place of hp bag. Invoice is for hp but the item packed is virtual reality glasses. Paytm is a platform on which they are cheating customers and making money through frauds

          I booked bus ticket from chennai to theni on feb 9, 2019 on srs travels using by paytm. Paytm site automatically took gender is female, but i didnt noticed that and bi-mistakenly i selected seat near ladies seat. I didnt noticed this useless paytm matrix.

          On feb 9, 2019 i catch the srs bus and went to up to perungalathur toll gate and conductor not checked properly about this issue while boarding. After reach the perungalathur toll gate he noticed and he said get down here without any prober discussion, but i requested conductor please change the seat or drop any main bus stop. But he is behaving like adamant not hearing my voice properly. He dropped near perungalthur toll gate without considering my voice. I am not able to get any buses there. Conductor behave like rowdy and he is not ready to here customer voice. Also conductor ask paytm and we are not responsible for anything.

          I lost my bus fare 650 and got mental depression because of the useless guy (Conductor). This is not right way to deal with any passenger and srs travels giving training to bus conductor.

          I have summited complaints against srs travels to paytm. But they didn't take any proper action against that person or get feedback from srs.

          Paytm behave like dumb and i called no of time to ask about this complaint, but they are telling "we gave rs130 paytm cash that's it" please use that and that is our action like that.
          Paytm and srs travels playing with customer safety.

            Hello,
            There are several problems with paytm.
            1. The paytm app logs you out after every 2-3 weeks unnecessarily.
            2. The fingerprint unlock then does not work with paytm app.
            3. There is no other option apart from making a call to support to reset the password.
            4. The customer support is hard to find.
            5. The options in 24x7 support tab has all hard-coded answers and no more information or way to contact paytm.
            6. There should be e-mail contact provided by paytm also some ticketing tool can be helpful.

            In my case i am on international trip and can not make call from indian number to paytm support. It's been a month i am trying to reset my password and nothing did help.
            Could you please check and fix these issues.

              I can many times call your customercare service but not pick any call & not solved my problem my account is also block. I can mail on cybercell but reply from cybercell they have no fetch my account. Date -4th march 2019, time-05:09 pm rs 5000 debit from my paytm wallet.. Paytm to paytm transfer., paytm has full right to block the account & verify my case & refund my rs 5000. Paytm all customer have kyc mandatory for wallet transaction, paytm has bad security system in regarding wallet, customer care 24*7 service too much bad because till now no response & no call from paytm. My number block & cant call the customercare of paytm.

                Sir, yesterday on 4th march, i ordered for a rental of movie "sui dhaaga" against a rental charge of rs.40/-. The same has been deducted from my savings bank account but i have not been provided the ordered item.

                  I booked a bus from paytm (Pnr[protected]
                  ) for 27th feb 3.10 am departure time from delhi to karnal. But at 1.55 am i received a message from bus operator that bus will depart at 2.30 am. I was totally shocked because i was not able to board the bus before its departure time. I immediately called bus operator & he replied that they do'not have any bus with the departure timing of 3.10 am. After this conversation i called at paytm customer care & they replied bus operator is not picking up the call, you may arrange any other option at your own & we will pay for that.
                  With the assurance of paytm executive, i booked a taxi for which i paid 1800/-
                  This complaint was logged on 27 feb around 2.00am & since then paytm had asked me some screenshots of message received from bus operator. And i shared the same immediately. But on 4 march my issue ended up with the resolution that bus operator denied for refund.
                  I am astonished to see the resolution that i booked it through paytm. I shared the screenshot. How could you reply me like this. If you are at operator side, why did you ask for screenshot. Because of your assurance i booked a taxi for which i paid 1800.

                    I purchased a 20000 rupees worth of product from paytm and was promised to receives paytm voucher coupons worth 3000 rupees. I have two concerns:

                    1) according to the deal i was supposed to get 12 vouchers however, i received only 6. And now customer care of patym is not helping me in getting the remaining 6 vouchers.

                    2) while purchasing the deal, i checked the terms and conditions thoroughly and i didn't find any terms and conditions regarding the minimum order value. I tried using those vouchers but the application showed my that the voucher codes are invalid. I contacted paytm customer care and raised a complaint and after raising a complaint on paytm they are informing me about the minimum order value (Which is 600 rupees) that too, without any valid proof. How come suddenly they come up with minimum order value terms and conditions? I believe that this is cheating as paytm is hiding t&c. I was asked to share the screenshots of terms and conditions attached to the vouchers and i did provide them 6 screenshots where the term and condition regarding minimum order value is not mentioned.

                    I have talked to 2 different floor managers in paytm and both accepted that the mistake is from paytm end. They both promised me to contact me within 24hours but both failed in that and now they have resolved my case saying that "we hope that we helped you".

                    I want them to resolve this issue by providing me all the 12 vouchers with no minimum order value.

                      I book ticket on paytm and they give mi such bad booking. There tieup patner mahakali travel are too fraud they provide me a very bad quality of service and misbheave with mi at 12:33 am mid night. I complaining againt mahakali travel and tell paytm don't do again other pepole.

                        Purchased uc cash via in-app purchase of pubg mobile on 04 march 2019 at 3:58pm via internet banking. Costing rs.724 for uc credit of 660.

                        My account has been debited for the same amount but no uc cash was credited to the game. It shows in my sbi account that the money went in times of money limited.
                        Its a huge sum of money and i'm worried for the same.

                            I made a payment through paytm to videocon d2h service on february 28 2019 from indian overseas bank account. Unfortunately my account haven't get recharged. According to the costumer care of d2h that they haven't get any payment.

                            I have given them the payment mode details, and even the transaction reference number as well. But, still their feedback is that haven't received and the amount from my account has been already transferred.

                                  I made a payment of rs. 428 through debit card in paytm to electricity department on dated:- 26th feb 2019. But it failed. I have lodged a complaint against my refund to paytm. Same day they replied me that we refunded your amount & its time taken by your bank to hand over this money in your account/ card along with a reference number and sbi customer care number. When i i have talk to bank executives they were asking me for utr number to check the payment status. Still i cannot get my money in my account. I again & again request to paytm for utr number and they again & again send me reference numbers. But bank is not accept it. 5 days passes away but still they have no respond.

                                  PAYTM is giving me different different reference number but bank is not accept it. They asking for only UTR number which one is not provide me by PAYTM. They always close my complain. Not listen me properly. I am very harrased. If payment is failed and refund by PAYTM. So why paytm not giving me UTR number instead of Reference numbers. Kindly resolve my issue as soon as possible.

                                  If reference number is sufficient so why bank is not refund my money. Why are they asking for UTR number. PAYTM PAYTON is fraud or bank is not interested my money back to my card/account. This is not fare both of PAYTM and SBI. Proper transaction is not doing by PAYTM and SBI also.

                                  SBI and Paytm are joking with me. They are playing with my money. Govt should close this type of digital transactions. Which digital procedures are different from bank. If refund procedures is initiated by using o[censored]TR numbers. So paytm also give UTR numbers to their customers instead of reference numbers.

                                  Paytm customer call me today morning and they said to me about a reference number (74766519057908498979339) which was not a reference number that was a UTR number but after that when I again call to Sbi they underestimate me and said to me that we have no such information like that. You call me again PAYTM customer carr executives. Please help me which one is fraud. SBI or PAYTM ?

                                      I held a Fastag account with Fastag but I cancelled the tag as I was being overcharged. however, after cancellation I have not received the deposit amount and I have been following up for more than a year now. Fastag fails to respond and refund the money. It is not about money but it is about right ethics.

                                        On 26 February 2019 I payed VIT entrance fees.Money got deducted from my bank account yet transaction was unsuccessful.It has been 72 hours and still not money back.I was said it will be back in 48 hours[ 2 working days ].More ever my paytm passbook doesn't even shows this transaction in my list of transactions.Please take strict action regarding my payment.
