This is to inform you that i have bought sunglasses for 1836 on 24th november 2018 from lenkskart website using paytm wallet. I have returned the product within a week and they have also processed my refund around the end of november 2018. But the refund does not credit in my paytm wallet.

I was following-up with lenskart only till mid of the december 2018 but i came to know that refund is issued...

My father use my account for business there was a customer who just call and put a order but he told them the transaction qas mot happening then he called me and tell me he is having a merchant account so change the registered no and fir usne registered no pr khudka no likhva dea phela mera pass ek opt ayya mena voh daala fir usne apne no dalvya voh dalne pr uske pass ek ayya opt voh dalte hi log out hogya itte me voh bola ki me password...

See On OLX platform, there is a gang of frauds which is active from long time.

They Are posting advertisement of Scooty, Bikes, Cars, Mobiles & other expensive commodity.

They pretends to be an indian...

My paytm number is [protected] i ordered powerbank of ambrane p1222 wich is not charging phisical problem or i request to return it paytm saying for self return paytm did not tell me on time to order this products discription about this big fraud paytm...

I purchased lakme salon voucher on paytm of 1999 of 3. The voucher code when i tried to apply in lakme salon jp nagar 3rd phase bangalore. It is showing not valid code even though validity is there. I tried to contact paytm but there was no response from them. Received a auto messages.
Tried calling paytm customer care. No option was there for voucher purchase.
Paytm is fraud selling such voucher in name of cashback... br...

I am not interested for the insurance said above in the subject. Kindly cancel the "home burglary insurance" of rs. 2 lac of 1 year for rs. 199 which added by default, it is ticked in check box automatically. I also request you to refund ₹ 199 into my bank account or paytm wallet....

Today, on 23/02/2019 at evening, while submitting electric bill through wbsedcl official website, an amount of rs 2557.36 /- on pos [protected] at paytm txn# 560065. Has been debited but then it said payment failed.

I have contacted my sbi branch official and he said to file a complaint to paytm too. So here i'm writing this to you.
Please refund the amount

My order no is [protected]. I returned a product in december but refund against that order wasn't given to me till now. I already complaint against this to paytm customer many times and also called them but they did not provide any solution till now. Every time they left a message "we are working on your query and thanks for your patience". And sometimes says your issue has been resolved without any solution. I am fully disappointed to these...

This is to inform you that on 17- feb-19 i purchased a voucher for shopping from shoppers stop by 12:19 pm and i was waiting there in shoppers stop for almost 1 and half hour and money was deducted from my account still it was pending from paytm side for payment confirmation. I made complaints in 24*7 paytm service almost 4-5 times but no response received.

I have received a wrong and damaged product. At the time of ordering there was no returns policy but i never thought that paytm would cheat me. Friends please don't order through paytm they are big time cheaters.

I have ordered the item from the paytm mall and the delivery boy has sent me the delivery message that he will be coming but he had not come to my home for delivery and when i call him he said he went to outstation for attending marriage and very rudely he said go to the office and get the product... My concern is.. If he don't want to deliver my product so why he send me a message of delivering the item today. Now, this is very annoying...

On 6th feb 2019 i made 2 purchases from a application named golf battle for which money was deducted from my account 4 times vide reference numbers:inb/[protected] amount rs.341.2, inb/[protected] amount rs.341.24, inb/[protected] amount rs.68, inb/[protected] amount rs.68. On 9th feb i ordered nike odyssey react worth ₹8397.0, out of ₹1679.0 was refunded back in form of gold in paytm account.

On 14th feb the shoes were delivered and after opening the box it was like different model of nike from what i ordered. Further the shoes which i receive are damaged and seems used one.

I raise request on same day that is 14th feb stating wrong product receive but there was no response...

I started using paytm just 2 weeks back. I had initially 2000rs in it. But as the fund got exhausted i added 5000 to it. I find that the money is debited from my bank. After that i am unable to open the paytm account, i tried calling all their customer care number but of no use. No response from them.
