I have made transaction of 1364 for sRide app through Axis bank .
Money is deducted from Axis bank account but not credited to sRide app

this happened to me earlier as well.

I tried to call multiple times to multiple numbers, no number is correct.
I am unable to contact any of the customer care people.
is this what paytm is doing to their customers?

I got a deal(order no.-[protected]) from paytm which advertised of getting 100% cashback on lenskart gold membership voucher and displayed a link to buy the same .Then i purchased lenskart gold voucher(order no -[protected]) from the given link for Rs 500 .But i didn't receive 100 percent cashback as advertised in deal .Also to redeem the bought voucher i have to buy atleast two specs from lenskart which isn't mentioned in deal. This makes it a discount voucher not a membership voucher as advertised. Also on multiple queries for past three days I am getting the terms copy pasted as a message and sms to call a number([protected]) that doesn't exists.The deal is wrongly advertised and with confusing terms which essentially result in getting a deal for cashback which doesn't work, buying a voucher which is a discount voucher not a membership voucher applying which results in less discount than you can get without buying the voucher (using lkcash and rush promocode in lenskart).

Again i paid for the udemy course. Payment has succesfully completed. Money has deducted from my bank account but didnt get the course. The udemy app said they didnt get my payment of course.. I have my transaction id also. My bank account shows payment gateway is times of money ltd. Please refund my money. I again face this problem. Please return my money

This is a complain regarding the 100 cash back swiggy 4 orders in a month

after i place three orders when today i.e, on 27 feb 2019 when i about to place last order they smartly remove teh order details and showing me two orders far from 100 rupees cash back
i like to fill a complain against them and also number of times i have paid electricity bill and i believe i was one of LUCKY200 winner but they have not send me the cash back for 200 rupees PLEASE TAKE STRICTLY ACTION AGAINST THIS FRAUD PAYTM.

Paytm has block my account from which i cannot order any item from paytm mall. When i place any order from paytm mall so paytm shows that 'you have so many returns of items and our system block your account'. If which product i placed and the order delivered you but the exactly order is not the same as shown in the picture or some times brand was not match so costumer obviously reture that product. Plz unblock my account from which i can order items from paytm mall.

I was sent money to wrong person and i want to refund my money and also want one. Thing please fridge him account because he is doing fraud on the behalf of india army. So pls refund my money i stopped my work and sent them a mail to cancel it as i will be in same condition of others and i don't want to work anymore for such fraud people. To all those who met with this problem no need to panic.. Since they have made fake agreement. I think i have made my point clear. I bought a gift voucher of 2000 rupees and in this voucher i get 2010 cashback in 24 hours but i am not get cashback. I complained many time but he always say.

I order a fit band watch from paytm and it was delivered in month of november and i found that the watch was not a fit band it was an ordinary watch so i wants my money refund so i was delivered a massage to paytm that return option of watch. But still paytm was not refund my money and so many times i call on paytm shopping no. But they does not receive my call.

Dear sir/madam,

This is to inform you that i have bought sunglasses for 1836 on 24th november 2018 from lenkskart website using paytm wallet. I have returned the product within a week and they have also processed my refund around the end of november 2018. But the refund does not credit in my paytm wallet.

I was following-up with lenskart only till mid of the december 2018 but i came to know that refund is issued from lenskart but due to the problem with paytm it was not credited.

From december 2018 i started a follow-up with paytm team and they have also agreed that the problem is indeed with them only. As per customer support executive, my refund transaction was failed because of some technical problem and they are going to follow-up with the merchant to re-initiate refund.

I was listening to the same story from all the customer support executive from december 2018 to till date but the amount is not credited.

It was my mistake that i have not noted down my first generated ticket number as i was trusting paytm that they are going to resolve my problem without any major hiccups of follow-up like i had done with lenskart but my trust went in vain.

Luckily i have noted down the ticket number which i have raised on 4th february 2019. Ticket #[protected], (Jan 28 2019, ticket #[protected]

I request your help in this regard to get my refund and paytm please follow some ethics, a refund is not issued from 3 months. Shame on you.

See On OLX platform, there is a gang of frauds which is active from long time.

They Are posting advertisement of Scooty, Bikes, Cars, Mobiles & other expensive commodity.

They pretends to be an indian army/navy/bsf/cisf/airport kind of peoples to whom everybody trust.

They used to say like once you call him taking his contact from Olx,

(Communication Example) Hello Jai Hind, Jai bharat, Sir mai indian army agra cant se hu, mera transfer immediate effect se jhansi ho gya hai, aur muje parson nikalna hai, isiliye mai ye scooty bech rha hu itne kam daam me, kyuki yaha koi nhi dega itne paise me.
To agar aap intrested hai to mai abhi army courier k through ye apko delivery karwa deta hu, kal morning tak apke pas pahuch jayegi)

Ispe aam admi inke upar vishwas kar leta hai, Fir ye bolte h Courier charges karna hoga initially apko say Rs 10000 then baki apko jab delivery ho jaye tab de dena.

Ye uspe Indian army ki koi fake slip b share karte h details wgerh likh ke.

Next day, Fake Delivery person (Army/navy official) call karta hai, ki ham 25-30 Mins me apke pas pahuchne wale hai, par hamare pas army postal office se mail nhii aya abhi tak, to aap bacha hua payment kar dijiye jaldi se taki hame mail aa jaye aur ham delivery kar paye.

Ispe ye log baki paise bhi loot lete hai.

Then again Delivery officials(fake) calls you ki apko iske upar ye security fees immediate deposit karni hogi jo refundable hai lets say 15000 Rs nahi to shipment cease ho jayegi,
ISpe aap uss fake seller pe call karte hai to wo bolega, ki scooty ya other product apke itne close hai sir, aap trust rakhiye hame kisi ka ek paisa nhi chaiye, aap jaldi deposit karwao ye protocol hai army walo ka.

Iss trah se ye logg naa jaane kitne hi logo ke sath dhokha kar chuke hai, un logo ko lakho rupees ka chunna laga chuke h.

My paytm number is [protected] i ordered powerbank of ambrane p1222 wich is not charging phisical problem or i request to return it paytm saying for self return paytm did not tell me on time to order this products discription about this big fraud paytm

I purchased lakme salon voucher on paytm of 1999 of 3. The voucher code when i tried to apply in lakme salon jp nagar 3rd phase bangalore. It is showing not valid code even though validity is there. I tried to contact paytm but there was no response from them. Received a auto messages.
Tried calling paytm customer care. No option was there for voucher purchase.
Paytm is fraud selling such voucher in name of cashback...

Today, on 23/02/2019 at evening, while submitting electric bill through wbsedcl official website, an amount of rs 2557.36 /- on pos [protected] at paytm txn# 560065. Has been debited but then it said payment failed.

I have contacted my sbi branch official and he said to file a complaint to paytm too. So here i'm writing this to you.

Hello! Today i am going to expose paytm i ordered a mi charger from paytm thier they have mentioned that it was 100 % original charger. After getting it after one month o[censored]se i was not working. Thus i contacted paytm to replace it as it was in warranty in nov 2018. They gave me the contact no of the seller devine deals, i contacted them he told to me to send the details on what's app i did it. But many days they did not do reply. Then i again contacted them he said to me that i can take replacement from authorized mi service center. So i went in authorised mi service center in varanasi. But there they told me that it was not original charger it was a duplicate charger they i called to seller that they are telling that it is not original then he told me that they are telling lie then i asked now how should i take replacement. He told me that he will tell me but he did not reply. Then i contacted again then he said that you send that product to me. I will replace it and will send to you. I said ok 2 months have passed till that day then i couriered it to seller. And it has reached to him on 10th of january but he did not reply anything i waited for some days again called them now they were telling i will tell you today tomorrow but they were not doing anything now 1 more month have passed and i got frustrated then i called and told them that if you don't want to replace tell me directly but don't waste my time then with in a second he sent me a photo of mother board type of thing of any charger and told me that it is burnt from inside so we can not give replacement then i told him first of all that the photo he had sent to me it was not of my charger send thing is that if charger stopped working in warranty then it should be replaced if it has not any kind of physical damage of burnt from outside you can ask this in any service center of india they never open charger to check inside they just plugged it to the socket and check weather it is working or not and give replacement.
Then i contacted to paytm to focus on this fraud i told him that first of all seller is selling fake products as the 100 % original. And paytm mall type big online companies are not able to stop this one the paytm representative told me that they can write anything we can't do anything on that all the details is mentioned by the seller. It mean we can also trade drugs on paytm with name of any powder they will give platfrom to these they don't have proper policy to stop this. And he was taking my complaint they i complain online in paytm then another paytm representative contacted me i narrated all story to him. He told me that don't worry he will help me to get justice. I sent all the information, tracking no., snaps of my charger as it was not broken that snaps of packing, tracking details of speed post everything but they were not able to tell seller to give replacement as he was telling lie to them as well that he got burnt and broken charger but i have all the required information all conversations between paytm and seller. And also i have all the necessary photos which i took from my mobile of everything because as seller was not showing its interest then i had understood that definitely he will make some excuse in future now i am complaining here. And i will also go in consumer court and as i have youtube channel i will expose them on my youtube channel very soon. Because it is about right and wrong. It is about truth. It is about fraud.

The paytym bank might be having the person of this account holder who is totally a fraud to be looked into seriously and take action against him immediately.

The person who ever created using false documents to open a bank account with his mobile number with amazon in name to cheat people by calling them up saying that amazon is giving offers today, i[censored] buy rs5, 000/- shopping today u will receive one gift from 5gifts o[censored]r choice. All u need is you have to just pay the amount to this account number and we will add the shopping which u did and we will dispatch your order along with ur one of free gift and later the person calls up and says u have to pay the gst amount of the product u had chosen to take as a gift and all u need to do is transfer rs11, 999/- to the same paytym account to which u already transfered the amount of rs5, 000/-, but here the actual cheating part of his story is, this rs11, 999/- u will receive back to your account with in 10minutes of time once the gst form is filled.

The person who called me up from the registered mobile number saying amazon is +91 [protected] as named himself as nitin kumar singh.

My transaction done to a fraud paytym account holder in the name of amazon from my personal bank sbi savings account transaction number is: imps[protected].

As paytym is a banking sector in india now, how come they are giving accounts to customers on false documents on such a big company names and allowing them cheat the citizens of india by making false offers. I already registered a cybercrime complaint too in this regard and also wished to raise a complaint in consumer complaints board too in the same regard.

I hope after seeing the attachments to this complaint, the paytym will look personally into this matter and this matter seriously and transfer bank my amount of rs5, 000/- from they end as the person who is holding a account in paytym is a totally fraud.

I kindly request consumer complaint board employee also to look into this matter and please kindly do needful in this regard.

Hoping for my problem to get resolved and a lot of people not to get cheated anymore by such kinda account holders here onwards..
