My name is ranjit kumar sharma and i have a paytm account with the number +91 [protected] and email [protected]@yahoo.in
Overall experience: i took more than 1 hours to speak to 4 paytm customer care agents and the issue was still not addressed, instead the last paytm agent abruptly disconnected the call.
I would like to share the feedback in reference to the conversation i had yesterday with paytm customer service guys, that was worst and pathetic customer service example set up by the paytm customer service agents. I feel that the paytm customer care agents are quite bossy in their approach and wants their customer customer to listen to what they are saying, as they feel they have all the information available with them and they are always right.
I would like to bring this to you notice that i had initiated the call with the paytm customer care yesterday (15/02/2019) at around 11:04 am ist, my queries was not answered and they hung up the call on me for 2 times, i also made a 3rd attempt to call the customer care and surprisingly it looked that they are not willing to help or listen to my issues properly.
I remember the name of one on the customer care agent (Naman) after asking him several times for his full name, he kept denying that he is not authorised to provide his full name (Even more surprising while in india), why would an agent not provide his full name if he or she is giving out correct information? He kept repeating the same thing which he wanted to say instead o[censored]nderstanding my issues.
He informed me that after my kyc was verified, i was eligible for rs 200 cash back on my wallet and the offer expired on 31 dec 2018, i asked him several times that when was my kyc verified? He was not able to answer and kept repeating that i will not get this offer as the offer has expired (Kept repeating again and again) i would like to inform you that i was never informed about this offer after my kyc was completed, neither i was informed through text messages or email or any mode of communication and i was not benifitted by this offer. My 2nd query was related to the payment of bajaj finserv loan emi for the amount of rs 3221.00 and this payment was done on 13 feb 2019, while i made this payment it showed me that i will receive a cashback for this transaction within 24 hrs, but the cashback was never received, naman said that this issue is related to paytm wallet so he cannot help me on this and will have to transfer the call to paytm wallet department and transferred the call, i was transferred to a lady and even she cannot speak well and had not clue that was the call transferred, after and once again i asked her that when was my paytm account verified with kyc? She said that that this is related kyc department and not to the paytm wallet or bank, hence she needs to transfer the call to kyc team, once again my call was transferred, this time it was a guy to whom was talking to informed me that my kyc was verified in the month of october 15 2018, but i would not be getting the benefit of rs 200 paytm wallet balance as the offer has expired of 1st jan 2019, (Different people and different peice of information) he was so ademant and rude on the call the he frustrated me like hell and compelled me to use abusives, i told him several times that if he does not have information, please transfer the call to someone else who can answer and address my queries, but he kept repeating the same term"offer has expired" and i would to be able to avail the benefit of rs 200 on paytm wallet (He was rude at his top level) i asked his full name, he denied providing his full name and kept me asking if he has asnwered all my queries and was trying to force to say "yes" to it.
After requesting him several times to transfer the call to a supervisor or a manager, he also denied to provide his name that everytime i asked, he tranferred the call to a lady without letting me know that where is he transferring the call, the lady again started with the same blunder and was like stammering when i asked the same issue about the paytm kyc balance of rs 200 and a cash back of the transaction i did for paying the bajaj finserv emi for the amount of rs 3221.00.
I would like you to reveiw this call and provide me with a relevant solution to it and also question everyone who spoke to me yesterday as why they were unable to answer and understand my issue, not only this, i would also like you to take a strict action against them as a lesson to them, so that they or anyone else does not repeat the same mistake in future.
Attached is the screenshot of the transaction i did and call that i made to paytm customer care for you to understand that how does it feels as customer when you are calling up the helpline and not getting solutions for your issues, its a real bad patch on such customer service agents and has highlighted a fake and fraudalent news of availing cash back offers as being floated on news and text messages, its also making a very bad impression for paytm.

It's showing cashback received but my wallet didn't get updated with the cashback value. Paytm is getting its trp lower than before due to their unsatisfactory performance and lower cashback than before.
