My order no is [protected]. I returned a product in december but refund against that order wasn't given to me till now. I already complaint against this to paytm customer many times and also called them but they did not provide any solution till now. Every time they left a message "we are working on your query and thanks for your patience". And sometimes says your issue has been resolved without any solution. I am fully disappointed to these guys in paytm customer service. I already provided my bank statement to them but there response is zero.

    This is to inform you that on 17- feb-19 i purchased a voucher for shopping from shoppers stop by 12:19 pm and i was waiting there in shoppers stop for almost 1 and half hour and money was deducted from my account still it was pending from paytm side for payment confirmation. I made complaints in 24*7 paytm service almost 4-5 times but no response received.
    At the end i made payment from my card only and after coming home the confirmation from paytm is received that is around 2.00 pm.

    So what u want should i wait for there at shoppers stop for your payment confirmation and now what i will do with the voucher for rs. 5000 if i dont want to shop. My money is blocked in your voucher.

    I want my money refund.

      I am paytm user.in my 12 feb and 13 feb transaction i have purchased two products orderno. [protected] and one.
      I received panty of my baby without bloomers which was mentioned in the product. There is no provision of returning it and contact no are out of reach. Also goldback which was promised with the deal is not encashed till now.in my paytm account goldback options not activated by paytm so that my money can encashed.

      Please do the needful.

        I have received a wrong and damaged product. At the time of ordering there was no returns policy but i never thought that paytm would cheat me. Friends please don't order through paytm they are big time cheaters.

        Please friends don't trust paytm sellers.

        They are big time cheaters.

        Government should ban these websites which send wrong or damaged products.

        Never going to refer paytm to anyone else.

        I want my money back.

          I have ordered the item from the paytm mall and the delivery boy has sent me the delivery message that he will be coming but he had not come to my home for delivery and when i call him he said he went to outstation for attending marriage and very rudely he said go to the office and get the product... My concern is.. If he don't want to deliver my product so why he send me a message of delivering the item today. Now, this is very annoying that you call delivery boy but he didn't pick the call and while picking the call very rudely behavior... Now i am sending the information of the delivery boy below and i want strict action towards it.

            On 6th feb 2019 i made 2 purchases from a application named golf battle for which money was deducted from my account 4 times vide reference numbers:inb/[protected] amount rs.341.2, inb/[protected] amount rs.341.24, inb/[protected] amount rs.68, inb/[protected] amount rs.68. However i only got benefits worth rs.341.24 and rs.68 only. As for the double deduction bank asked me to wait for 7 working days to get back my refund post which they asked me to contact the merchant to revert the same amount to my account.
            Kindly look into the matter and refund me the additional amount deducted as soon as possible
            I found a paytm customer care number [protected]/[protected] in internet which i suppose to be a fraud number because he told me to download anydesk software and transfer 1 rupees to paytm wallet. By this software he can monitor my mobile and i don't think paytm will do so.
            They advertise voucher code for uber ride...I bought it ..turn out, its a invalid code..lost my money..customer care doesn't take responsibility

              On 9th feb i ordered nike odyssey react worth ₹8397.0, out of ₹1679.0 was refunded back in form of gold in paytm account.

              On 14th feb the shoes were delivered and after opening the box it was like different model of nike from what i ordered. Further the shoes which i receive are damaged and seems used one.

              I raise request on same day that is 14th feb stating wrong product receive but there was no response from paytm until 3 days that is 16th feb.

              On 17th feb i came to know from paytm application tracking my order that paytm have cancel return request. Without any notification and update how can paytm do so.

              After all i called paytm and talk with a representative, i asked them how could you guys cancel the return request without magnifying the issue, they said that we are forwarding your case to our authorise team, but they said we can’t give any time frame when the issue could get resolve.

              Also everyday i am calling for the update and everytime the representative raises new complaint with a different ticket. I am very disappoint with their service and seems like fooling customers. Ticket number are[protected],[protected].
              My appeal to paytm is to arrange recerse pickup and kindly refund my amount. This is paytm mistake sending wrong product which is even damaged and used.

              I request to respective person in complaint board to kindly support my issue as even you people could understand that this very well that i have been cheated by an well known comapny paytm. This is not the way they deal with respective and valuable customers who trusts and makes shopping from paytm.

              I would like to hear soon from you people.

                I started using paytm just 2 weeks back. I had initially 2000rs in it. But as the fund got exhausted i added 5000 to it. I find that the money is debited from my bank. After that i am unable to open the paytm account, i tried calling all their customer care number but of no use. No response from them. It is then i found in the websites that many are having the same kind of complain against paytm like me.

                  Hi i'm dr. Sangram dabholkar i am registered with paytm since long time now with number [protected]. Recently i made a transaction via paytm for irctc (Railway) booking, and it was done successfully. Now i had to cancel some booking so i did cancel two bookings and the amount was said to be refund to my paytm account with transaction id [protected] refund amount rs. 1130
                  And transaction id [protected]
                  Refund amount rs.1760 (According to irtc).
                  Kindly take note of it and refund my money to my paytm wallet balance or bank account asap.
                  I have ordered a fastrack men watch instead of tha i received a old titan women watch. I have registered a complaint on paytm complaint no.[protected]. But no action has been taken till now.

                    I wanted to inform you that i had paid the bill of my gtpl brodband on 15.02.19 at 15:24 pm for rs. 4865.24/- from my hdfc bank credit card.

                    It got deducted from my credit card account but it didnt got credited to gtpl brodband accont.

                    On asked from hdfc call centre they informed that the money (4865.24/-) has been debited here and it must be lying with paytm as it has not been transferred gtpl brodband bill payment account.

                    My transaction id is paytmapp1118554.

                      My pnb account is linked with paytm wallet, two fradulent transactions of 19999 each are made from my pnb account which was linked with paytm wallet, two Otp come from paytm site which was not triggered by me and even I not proceed any process by which otp can get generated.
                      On same day I approached to paytm but till now my problem remain unattended and unresolved, . I am suffering, struggling and chasing from more than 3 months, please resolve my problem and please return my hard earned money back.

                        2. Reminder mail dated 30 Jan 2019 to PayTm.
                        Sir/Madam,
                        The company PayTm has not responded till date. The old mobile no 99xxxxxx57 [username] has been delinked from the account but new number 77xxxxxx66 [new User Name] has not been updated. As such I cannot Log in. The balance in the account is Rs 1169/-.
                        The company is not responding at all.

                            There was no linking/self-authorization to getwoo dating app with my paytm account. Even then, getwoo did the renewal of my subscription on jan 22 without asking for my authorization, due to which i lost 900 rupees from my paytm a/c.

                            Please discontinue my subscription as i can't do it from paytm account because i can't see myself subscribed. And getwoo is also not responding to my concerns.

On personal communication from seller he has accepted the issue and told me that we in process of return pickup of your mobile. But paytm has not given still any response.                                   Hello everyone,

                                  My name is ranjit kumar sharma and i have a paytm account with the number +91 [protected] and email [protected]@yahoo.in

                                  Overall experience: i took more than 1 hours to speak to 4 paytm customer care agents and the issue was still not addressed, instead the last paytm agent abruptly disconnected the call.

                                  I would like to share the feedback in reference to the conversation i had yesterday with paytm customer service guys, that was worst and pathetic customer service example set up by the paytm customer service agents. I feel that the paytm customer care agents are quite bossy in their approach and wants their customer customer to listen to what they are saying, as they feel they have all the information available with them and they are always right.

                                  I would like to bring this to you notice that i had initiated the call with the paytm customer care yesterday (15/02/2019) at around 11:04 am ist, my queries was not answered and they hung up the call on me for 2 times, i also made a 3rd attempt to call the customer care and surprisingly it looked that they are not willing to help or listen to my issues properly.

                                  I remember the name of one on the customer care agent (Naman) after asking him several times for his full name, he kept denying that he is not authorised to provide his full name (Even more surprising while in india), why would an agent not provide his full name if he or she is giving out correct information? He kept repeating the same thing which he wanted to say instead o[censored]nderstanding my issues.

                                  He informed me that after my kyc was verified, i was eligible for rs 200 cash back on my wallet and the offer expired on 31 dec 2018, i asked him several times that when was my kyc verified? He was not able to answer and kept repeating that i will not get this offer as the offer has expired (Kept repeating again and again) i would like to inform you that i was never informed about this offer after my kyc was completed, neither i was informed through text messages or email or any mode of communication and i was not benifitted by this offer. My 2nd query was related to the payment of bajaj finserv loan emi for the amount of rs 3221.00 and this payment was done on 13 feb 2019, while i made this payment it showed me that i will receive a cashback for this transaction within 24 hrs, but the cashback was never received, naman said that this issue is related to paytm wallet so he cannot help me on this and will have to transfer the call to paytm wallet department and transferred the call, i was transferred to a lady and even she cannot speak well and had not clue that was the call transferred, after and once again i asked her that when was my paytm account verified with kyc? She said that that this is related kyc department and not to the paytm wallet or bank, hence she needs to transfer the call to kyc team, once again my call was transferred, this time it was a guy to whom was talking to informed me that my kyc was verified in the month of october 15 2018, but i would not be getting the benefit of rs 200 paytm wallet balance as the offer has expired of 1st jan 2019, (Different people and different peice of information) he was so ademant and rude on the call the he frustrated me like hell and compelled me to use abusives, i told him several times that if he does not have information, please transfer the call to someone else who can answer and address my queries, but he kept repeating the same term"offer has expired" and i would to be able to avail the benefit of rs 200 on paytm wallet (He was rude at his top level) i asked his full name, he denied providing his full name and kept me asking if he has asnwered all my queries and was trying to force to say "yes" to it.

                                  After requesting him several times to transfer the call to a supervisor or a manager, he also denied to provide his name that everytime i asked, he tranferred the call to a lady without letting me know that where is he transferring the call, the lady again started with the same blunder and was like stammering when i asked the same issue about the paytm kyc balance of rs 200 and a cash back of the transaction i did for paying the bajaj finserv emi for the amount of rs 3221.00.

                                  I would like you to reveiw this call and provide me with a relevant solution to it and also question everyone who spoke to me yesterday as why they were unable to answer and understand my issue, not only this, i would also like you to take a strict action against them as a lesson to them, so that they or anyone else does not repeat the same mistake in future.

                                  Attached is the screenshot of the transaction i did and call that i made to paytm customer care for you to understand that how does it feels as customer when you are calling up the helpline and not getting solutions for your issues, its a real bad patch on such customer service agents and has highlighted a fake and fraudalent news of availing cash back offers as being floated on news and text messages, its also making a very bad impression for paytm.

                                    The screenshots are self explanatory and the company is following fraudulent policies by following such fraudulent offers to gather personal bank details of customers - please check the company from following such mail practices-no rs.50 cashback wasever credited and my previous complaint today was by mistake clicked as resolved whereas it is not. I raised a ticket but paytm doesn’t reply - the successful upi account was created but still paytm is cheating and it seems it will become big by cheating. The order has today vanished from my order history whereas earlier it was showing

                                      I bought anik ghee from big bazaar and got a coupon to get rs.50 assured paytm cashback by scratching the card by scanning the qr code after entering the scratch card no. Ag paytm.com/anik
                                      I followed all instructions and got the order as successful as per image attached
                                      However no credit was made by paytm till date and the order has now vanished from the site after getting our bhim upi details linked with their account which can’t be deleted now.
                                      Is this not cheating? Please stop the company from following such malpractices and when i raised a ticket they are simply not replying at all

                                      No steps taken by company at all-instead they have removed the successfully completed order from my order history -Paytm and mobikwik are such companies which gather personal information and don’t bother to provide the benefits.I have sent the screenshot of the order showing on the day the order was placed but though they promised on 8-2-19 that Rs.50 would be credited to my paytm UPI linked bank account but nothing as been credited till today

                                      It seems by mistake the complaint was clicked as resolved but in fact the company has passed no resolution nor credited anything -a fraud company only following such practices to gather our personal data which cannot be deleted from their site once linked as per their policy.Pkease help me mark the complaint as unresolved

                                        Fraud and bad service - paytm fastag

                                        5th times, again i am submitting my complaint because i have not get my solution for refund...

                                        I have wasted my much time for getting my own refund. There should be a court case on these fraud service.

                                        Really much frustrated service of paytm fastag

                                        Concern related to my fastag (Barcode:[protected].
                                        I have raised the issue regarding the poor service for fastag. I have closed the fastag due to poor and worst service in toll tax.

                                        I have also sent the copy of registration copy, actual toll tax bill, twice deducted slip through paytm fastag of my car. Also i have sent my bank statement for it……but no resolve point is there ……..

                                        I have all exact proof with date to show their (Paytm) fraud service.

                                        They did not refund my values. Even i have sent many mails and calls for requesting the refund but there reply was "dear customer, we are currently working on it with our team to resolve your issue. We will get back to you with the resolution"

                                        8 times i have mailed them and 6 times i have called them to resolve my solution, from november 2018 to till now but there is no response. Even they have told on last conversation that your refund time is over we can’t do that.

                                        Now let me know i have raised the issue from very first of the day. Now, they are telling to me for not refunding the value.

                                        Issue was:
                                        1st problem, was paytm did not refund my 500rs fastag activation cash. Image is attached (Fig 1).
                                        (I have sent the bank statement for it)

                                        2nd problem, i have paid twice toll tax (Rs120) tag at ban toll (Jammu), i have already sent the images to paytm app ticket. But there was no response (See fig 2 and fig 3).

                                        3rd, paytm did not refund for fastag reserved to my paytm wallet at the time of purchasing.
