Hello everyone,

My name is ranjit kumar sharma and i have a paytm account with the number +91 [protected] and email [protected]@yahoo.in

Overall experience: i took more than 1 hours to speak to 4 paytm customer care agents and the issue was still not addressed, instead the last paytm agent abruptly disconnected the call.

I would like to share the feedback in reference to the conversation i had yesterday with paytm customer service guys, that was worst and pathetic customer service example set up by the paytm customer service agents. I feel that the paytm customer care agents are quite bossy in their approach and wants their customer customer to listen to what they are saying, as they feel they have all the information available with them and they are always right.

I would like to bring this to you notice that i had initiated the call with the paytm customer care yesterday (15/02/2019) at around 11:04 am ist, my queries was not answered and they hung up the call on me for 2 times, i also made a 3rd attempt to call the customer care and surprisingly it looked that they are not willing to help or listen to my issues properly.

I remember the name of one on the customer care agent (Naman) after asking him several times for his full name, he kept denying that he is not authorised to provide his full name (Even more surprising while in india), why would an agent not provide his full name if he or she is giving out correct information? He kept repeating the same thing which he wanted to say instead o[censored]nderstanding my issues.

He informed me that after my kyc was verified, i was eligible for rs 200 cash back on my wallet and the offer expired on 31 dec 2018, i asked him several times that when was my kyc verified? He was not able to answer and kept repeating that i will not get this offer as the offer has expired (Kept repeating again and again) i would like to inform you that i was never informed about this offer after my kyc was completed, neither i was informed through text messages or email or any mode of communication and i was not benifitted by this offer. My 2nd query was related to the payment of bajaj finserv loan emi for the amount of rs 3221.00 and this payment was done on 13 feb 2019, while i made this payment it showed me that i will receive a cashback for this transaction within 24 hrs, but the cashback was never received, naman said that this issue is related to paytm wallet so he cannot help me on this and will have to transfer the call to paytm wallet department and transferred the call, i was transferred to a lady and even she cannot speak well and had not clue that was the call transferred, after and once again i asked her that when was my paytm account verified with kyc? She said that that this is related kyc department and not to the paytm wallet or bank, hence she needs to transfer the call to kyc team, once again my call was transferred, this time it was a guy to whom was talking to informed me that my kyc was verified in the month of october 15 2018, but i would not be getting the benefit of rs 200 paytm wallet balance as the offer has expired of 1st jan 2019, (Different people and different peice of information) he was so ademant and rude on the call the he frustrated me like hell and compelled me to use abusives, i told him several times that if he does not have information, please transfer the call to someone else who can answer and address my queries, but he kept repeating the same term"offer has expired" and i would to be able to avail the benefit of rs 200 on paytm wallet (He was rude at his top level) i asked his full name, he denied providing his full name and kept me asking if he has asnwered all my queries and was trying to force to say "yes" to it.

After requesting him several times to transfer the call to a supervisor or a manager, he also denied to provide his name that everytime i asked, he tranferred the call to a lady without letting me know that where is he transferring the call, the lady again started with the same blunder and was like stammering when i asked the same issue about the paytm kyc balance of rs 200 and a cash back of the transaction i did for paying the bajaj finserv emi for the amount of rs 3221.00.

I would like you to reveiw this call and provide me with a relevant solution to it and also question everyone who spoke to me yesterday as why they were unable to answer and understand my issue, not only this, i would also like you to take a strict action against them as a lesson to them, so that they or anyone else does not repeat the same mistake in future.

Attached is the screenshot of the transaction i did and call that i made to paytm customer care for you to understand that how does it feels as customer when you are calling up the helpline and not getting solutions for your issues, its a real bad patch on such customer service agents and has highlighted a fake and fraudalent news of availing cash back offers as being floated on news and text messages, its also making a very bad impression for paytm.

    The screenshots are self explanatory and the company is following fraudulent policies by following such fraudulent offers to gather personal bank details of customers - please check the company from following such mail practices-no rs.50 cashback wasever credited and my previous complaint today was by mistake clicked as resolved whereas it is not. I raised a ticket but paytm doesn’t reply - the successful upi account was created but still paytm is cheating and it seems it will become big by cheating. The order has today vanished from my order history whereas earlier it was showing

      I bought anik ghee from big bazaar and got a coupon to get rs.50 assured paytm cashback by scratching the card by scanning the qr code after entering the scratch card no. Ag paytm.com/anik
      I followed all instructions and got the order as successful as per image attached
      However no credit was made by paytm till date and the order has now vanished from the site after getting our bhim upi details linked with their account which can’t be deleted now.
      Is this not cheating? Please stop the company from following such malpractices and when i raised a ticket they are simply not replying at all

      No steps taken by company at all-instead they have removed the successfully completed order from my order history -Paytm and mobikwik are such companies which gather personal information and don’t bother to provide the benefits.I have sent the screenshot of the order showing on the day the order was placed but though they promised on 8-2-19 that Rs.50 would be credited to my paytm UPI linked bank account but nothing as been credited till today

      It seems by mistake the complaint was clicked as resolved but in fact the company has passed no resolution nor credited anything -a fraud company only following such practices to gather our personal data which cannot be deleted from their site once linked as per their policy.Pkease help me mark the complaint as unresolved

        Fraud and bad service - paytm fastag

        5th times, again i am submitting my complaint because i have not get my solution for refund...

        I have wasted my much time for getting my own refund. There should be a court case on these fraud service.

        Really much frustrated service of paytm fastag

        Concern related to my fastag (Barcode:[protected].
        I have raised the issue regarding the poor service for fastag. I have closed the fastag due to poor and worst service in toll tax.

        I have also sent the copy of registration copy, actual toll tax bill, twice deducted slip through paytm fastag of my car. Also i have sent my bank statement for it……but no resolve point is there ……..

        I have all exact proof with date to show their (Paytm) fraud service.

        They did not refund my values. Even i have sent many mails and calls for requesting the refund but there reply was "dear customer, we are currently working on it with our team to resolve your issue. We will get back to you with the resolution"

        8 times i have mailed them and 6 times i have called them to resolve my solution, from november 2018 to till now but there is no response. Even they have told on last conversation that your refund time is over we can’t do that.

        Now let me know i have raised the issue from very first of the day. Now, they are telling to me for not refunding the value.

        Issue was:
        1st problem, was paytm did not refund my 500rs fastag activation cash. Image is attached (Fig 1).
        (I have sent the bank statement for it)

        2nd problem, i have paid twice toll tax (Rs120) tag at ban toll (Jammu), i have already sent the images to paytm app ticket. But there was no response (See fig 2 and fig 3).

        3rd, paytm did not refund for fastag reserved to my paytm wallet at the time of purchasing.

            I booked ticket using paytm application but they allotted me wrong service. When i went for cancellation of my ticket, application was not supporting it. I called paytm helpline regarding this and register my complaint. They assured me to resolve my issue and to respond back with in 48 hrs but still they didn't resolve it and now i'm not able to contact them.

                  I had activated just my paytm wallet today dtd 14/02/2019, while in this process I was asked for one of the document details to activate the same and I had provided my PAN number. Further I received amount Rs 5000.00 from my friend which I suppose to pay back to my another one of my friend and while sending that amount from my wallet to my friends wallet it is asking for KYC process. I am ready to complete the KYC process, however I am from Goa and in that KYC process there is no outlet listed for Goa state. I called to help line to check on the same but they asked to me to travel any near by state as per the available list to complete the KYC. How can you suggest anyone to travel to any other state or city only for paytm KYC purpose. This is not feasible for me. further they are suggesting me to do the shopping and use it for any other purpose expect for wallet to wallet or wallet to bank transfer. Why should I do unnecessary spending when it is not required for me. You can not ask someone spend there money like that any other purpose. Then I tried to make use of this fund for my credit card payment at-least but there is also it is not allowing to do the transaction using my wallet amount. I am not happy with this kind of service provided by paytm. you have blocked my money which I borrowed from my friend for urgent payback with your unnecessary process which is not available for my state and not even intimated anywhere well in advance. Request you to resolve this complaint by tomorrow with some alternative way to complete the KYC process and let me make use of this amount for which I borrowed it from my friend.

                    I have had an issue while making a payment and unable to make any choice while doing any transaction. Screen for which we select payment methods doesn't come any money gets directly deducted from my paytm wallet. It happens also when i have deselected fast forward. All my last 5 transactions were made automatically from paytm wallet. I am facing this issue after i updated paytm app with the postpaid feature.

The scheduled delivery date was 10th feb 2019, but paytm customer care is in deep sleep. This delay in delivery is a common complain at paytm, they are least bothered about customer. This is a hopeless complaint in india, they do not have any customer care.

But the payment page of jee didn't reflect any successful payment. Where did my money go then?

                            I am an ex-air warrior and retired from iaf on october 2008 after completing 20 years of combat service to my motherland. On 04/02/2019 i was directed to pay rs 499/- from paytm account for purchasing a camera from amazon under big billon sale. Later i came to know that it is a fake website and informed them about it. But they informed that it's not possible as the amount has been successfully credited to customer account. You are requested to freeze the account immediately and refund the amount asap.

                                  Paytm is embezzling the cash backs of customers by not acknowledging the transaction done by them.
                                  I usually shops with grofers and paytm promptly advertise about cash backs at the payment stage.

                                  When a payment is done, it is accounted automatically by paytm and when second payment is done cash back is credited to the customers account.

                                  To embezzle the cash backs paytm has devised a novel way of not acknowledging the transactions and even deny the material on record.

                                  I am enclosing the screen shots of transactions to confirm their modus operandi & will lie to inform all the persons dealing with paytm.

                                  1) be very cautious when they offer a cash backs after a number of transactions, because in this way they cheat the customers by not recording the transactions and getting full benefits for transactions done by the customer.

                                  2) they are fully aware that if they embezzle 200/- 400/- rs per customer no one will followup for payment and even if someone follows up they will not pay despite all the efforts of the customer.

                                  3) they make the process of cash backs quite tough by involving a lot of technicalities and even if you do the transaction perfectly right they frustrate you by giving illogical and foolish replies

                                  I am attaching screen shots to prove my point and how i have been cheated by them.

                                  I did my first transaction on 20/1/19 rs 2015/-on grofers with a preplanned strategy to manipulate the cash back they did not accounted it in the offer.

                                  My second transaction on 21/1/19 for rs 2009/- was accounted by them as my 1st and they asked me to complete one more transaction for above rs 2000/-.

                                  Despite my sustained followup i am unable to get the cashback.

Is [protected] and i already returned this product in december but amount not credited in my account till now and paytm customer service every time leave same message that your amount has been transferred to your bank account, contact your bank if its not transferred in your account. And reference id provided by them is invalid. And the refundable amount is 399. And i already shared bank statement to the paytm customer service.

                                      Made a payment of 55, 373 rs to paytm mall for bike booking on 23rd jan, 2019 but till date the dealer hasn't got the money nor paytm is helping me out on this. Frustrated really frustrated.
                                      Contacted them several times but not getting any reply from them

                                        I have transferred an amount of 8000rs. (On 23rd of january), due to some medical emergency to one of my savings account, after calling more then 20 times and talking to them for 10hours through out, they are just going on delaying my complaints and are not returning my money, i have talked to (Abhishek, shruti, abhinav and many more till 10th of february.), i promise i[censored] won't give my money back i will drag paytm to consumer court, i will definitely sue u for this, because i have the right to receive it.
