Dear Sir/Madam,
Yesterday on 11th Feb 2019, I received 5 SMS from HDFC bank for I have spending money via Debit Card at Pay TM, But I would like to inform you that I didn’t make this payment or didn't share any details regarding my account i. E. Debit card no, CVV, pin no. Or any OTP with anyone. Even I didn't receive any OTP on my registered mobile no.

Paytm is embezzling the cash backs of customers by not acknowledging the transaction done by them.
I usually shops with grofers and paytm promptly advertise about cash backs at the payment stage.

When a payment is done, it is accounted automatically by paytm and when second payment is done cash back is credited to the customers account.

To embezzle the cash backs paytm has devised a novel way of not acknowledging...

My order no. Is [protected] and i already returned this product in december but amount not credited in my account till now and paytm customer service every time leave same message that your amount has been transferred to your bank account, contact your bank if its not transferred in your account. And reference id provided by them is invalid. And the refundable amount is 399. And i already shared bank statement to the paytm customer service....

Made a payment of 55, 373 rs to paytm mall for bike booking on 23rd jan, 2019 but till date the dealer hasn't got the money nor paytm is helping me out on this. Frustrated really frustrated.
Contacted them several times but not getting any reply from them

I use paytm fasttag for my vehicle ka 05 mv 4358. I had been to bangalore airport from city on 25th jan where i had cross the toll booth.

I have done a transaction using paytm upi from sbi bank link to paytm upi for adding money to wallet on 26 jan 2019.

I was adding money to paytm wallet using net banking. The amount got debited but not got credited to my wallet. Initially they mentioned within 2days it will be refunded back to my account or credited to wallet. After 2 days now they are saying again to wait for 7 working days. Still they can't assure whether that will go to my bank or my paytm wallet. I don't know whom to follow up with....

My wallet is showing very less amount and it does not even show in passbook. I had added rs. 600 post which i did few transactions (Summing up to rs. 324) whose entries are showng in passbook, however my balance reduced to rs. 19 now?

I was using a Jio Number for Pay tm later I forgot the password for it so I could not take my money back I have around 5000in paytm wallet and I sat use that same sim now I have changed the number the other sim is Jio itself but the number is different. I paid the amount 485.09 to irctc connect app at jan19, 2019 with order id: [protected]. After amount deducted from my wallet train ticket is not booked. I raised this request to irctc team many times but they said we had already refunded the amount but somehow bank denied from the refund process. I sent emails to paytm but they didn't help me to get my refund. I need my amount back......
