Dear sir/mam,
I got cashback of 1600 from coolwinks in paytm on 19th january, but because of monthly limit of wallet use is 10, 000 and my limit was over, cashback was in pending state.. So i contacted paytm as well as coolwinks customer support,
They said, cb will be credited on 1st feb as soon as it wallet limit restores..
Then on 1st feb, status is still pending.. Contacted paytm customer support, they said - "we are currently working on issues, we will get back to you"
Since thn, i'm contacting paytm support on daily basis, every time they send exact same message (As above) without any resolution - ps: screenshot of conversation attached..
It's been 7 days, and no satisfactory resolution by paytm..
How can i lodge complaint?

Sir i paid Rs.4595.25 as SBIPG 903740024274birlasunlife PayTM Mumbai for insurence renewal premium but insurence company doesn't received the same due to gateway problem or any others isssues. payment neither goes to insurence company nor received in my bank account. what to do.
