In have booked 2 tickets for movie seemaraj telugu movie in miraj cinemas kothapet hyderabad booking id: mj[protected], kiosk id: wrn6mxx
But to my shock when went into theatre the movie that i booked for is not playing in the theater and asked the concerned manager ramulu [protected] to refund the ticket amount which i paid but same is denied by manager stating that its a mistake from paytm when tried reaching paytm they are not responding i want refund from paytm and request to take legal actions against paytm and miraj cinemas kothapet for negligence costing my hard earned money and time please penalise both parties for misconduct with me in terms of verbal assault and use of force to hit me

    On 22 jan 2019 i proceed a recharge of 199 in airtel through paytm and amount was deducted from my account (Credit card) but it shows that recharge was declined and they initiated for refund but after 18 days yet iam not received the amount.
    First of all i wait for 7 days that i will automatically received the amount but unfortunately that's not happened

      Hi,

      I have placed an order for a product with paytm on 12th january with order id #[protected] which was delivered to me on 16th, upon checking the colour of the product was different than mentioned so i have raised a refund request. The courier partner has collected the product for replacement and surprisingly i have received a rejection email for the product the same night, please note that i have returned the product and i dont have any product with me now. So i raised a complain for the same on paytm on 17th. They has asked for a receipt for the courier pickup and i have responded for the same stating that the courier pickup person has not provided any receipt.

      Upon many further followups for almost 20 days and multiple complains they are closing the complain stating that the courier has not been received. I am not sure where the problem is but i dont have the product now with me, neither the amount i paid for it.

      Please find the ticket numbers opened for the same #[protected] #[protected] #[protected] #[protected]. Please help me in this regards.

        Dear sir,

        I had buy jupitor scooty and activa scooty in the month of december 2018 from tvs showroom in ulhasnagar-3.
        On that i got four voucher for electricity payment of 1500 each and cash back.
        During that i had done transaction from my mobile which was registered by [protected] number which unfortunately i had surrendered to my previous employer in december 2018.
        Also i had forgot my password now. It was completely vanished from my mind.
        Please help me to use my voucher before by march 2019.

            I was adding money to paytm wallet using net banking. The amount got debited but not got credited to my wallet. Initially they mentioned within 2days it will be refunded back to my account or credited to wallet. After 2 days now they are saying again to wait for 7 working days. Still they can't assure whether that will go to my bank or my paytm wallet. I don't know whom to follow up with.

              My wallet is showing very less amount and it does not even show in passbook. I had added rs. 600 post which i did few transactions (Summing up to rs. 324) whose entries are showng in passbook, however my balance reduced to rs. 19 now?

                I was using a Jio Number for Pay tm later I forgot the password for it so I could not take my money back I have around 5000in paytm wallet and I sat use that same sim now I have changed the number the other sim is Jio itself but the number is different. I tried calling customer care but it was useless so please help me to get my money back

                  I paid the amount 485.09 to irctc connect app at jan19, 2019 with order id: [protected]. After amount deducted from my wallet train ticket is not booked. I raised this request to irctc team many times but they said we had already refunded the amount but somehow bank denied from the refund process. I sent emails to paytm but they didn't help me to get my refund. I need my amount back...

                    I am an ex-air warrior and retired from iaf on october 2008 after completing 20 years of combat service to my motherland. On 04/02/2019 i was directed to pay rs 499/- from paytm account for purchasing a camera from amazon under big billon sale. Later i came to know that it is a fake website and informed them about it. But they informed that it's not possible as the amount has been successfully credited to customer account. You are requested to freeze the account immediately and refund the amount asap.

                      Iam using paytm since long time.
                      I thought its a trusted wallet platform but ofcouse it is not. On 07/02/2019 i added 5, 000/- to my [protected] number, without any otp or without my knowledge paytm deducts 900/- for the third time for some subscription of woo app which i didnt do. And when i call paytm no response. Pathetic. Also patym custumer care saying they cant help till i unsubscribe it from the same app.in paytm app also it is not showing any subscription. What should i do to get my money back. Paytm is cheating customers. If paytm cant control over its transaction who will. Please help me with the needful. Very much dissappointed.

                          I made two upi transactions on 06nd feb 2019 and 7th feb. 2019 respectively with corresponding upi id "[protected]" and "[protected]" for inr 1000/- (Rupees five hundred only). The amount was deducted during each of my transaction while the client on the other hand did not receive them.

                          I have already waited for two working days as mentioned in "24x7 help". The amount has neither been funded to my client account nor in mine.

                          I also tried to reach the customer care through mobile. The line was not connected to the official concerned.

                              Dear sir/mam,
                              I got cashback of 1600 from coolwinks in paytm on 19th january, but because of monthly limit of wallet use is 10, 000 and my limit was over, cashback was in pending state.. So i contacted paytm as well as coolwinks customer support,
                              They said, cb will be credited on 1st feb as soon as it wallet limit restores..
                              Then on 1st feb, status is still pending.. Contacted paytm customer support, they said - "we are currently working on issues, we will get back to you"
                              Since thn, i'm contacting paytm support on daily basis, every time they send exact same message (As above) without any resolution - ps: screenshot of conversation attached..
                              It's been 7 days, and no satisfactory resolution by paytm..
                              How can i lodge complaint?

                                It's a fake app please don't use this website.i am getting lot of fake calls after updating in this website. Please be careful
                                I didnt received my order they marked it as delivered and i registerd complaint in paytm too. They provided proof that they deliverd to other person. I attached file in that receiver name is different than payee name. Still they are saying that no issue from their end . dont shop with paytm. Go with amazon .

                                  I am using pytm for traveling tickets booking, yesterday evening iam booking a train ticket in pc using irctc finally i have selected paytm wallet for final payment finally it asked for qr code i have scanned that qr using pytm app in in step 2 it asked the last 4digits of my transaction id i have entered one number mistakenly then my payment was denied and i have lost my money with out confirmation of my e-tickets my money was not refunded in my app.

                                    I had purchased a HP Laptop Bag From Paytm on 31st Aug 2018 sold by Kaasni
                                    Traders(Order No. [protected]).The Bag was under 1 year manufacture warranty mentioned in detail of product in Paytm.
                                    After using roughly 1 week the bag, the stitching part of bag came out (literal meaning get torn ) which comes under warranty condition.
                                    Now when call to Hp service center for warranty as mention in Paytm. One of the Hp executive inform me that Hp does provide any such kind of warranty in Bag.
                                    I had informed about regarding this to Paytm Executive and they first asked me to bring a written proof of "What HP executive said " .
                                    As this was not possible so other solution given by Paytm was that they asked me to contact the seller "Kaasni Traders ".I tried to contact from seller but response came from other side.
                                    Further Paytm asked me to upload the Photo of Bag showing the present condition. I had proceeded as said but in vein reply of Paytm Executive was "The product uploaded was damaged ".
                                    Now i cant understand how can they say that as the product is in warranty and warranty of bag includes any stitching comes out or bag get torn while using properly..etc
                                    Despite of all these the service provide by paytm on resolving the issue is too poor.Almost take 1-2 months but till now not get resolved.
                                    My request is to first of all avoid selling fake product if you cant provide warranty and avoid mentioning wrong details about product.
                                    Second replace my bag or refund the money as warranty proceeds
                                    Hoping for positive response and strict measures to be taken against this fraud, mistreating the customer etc.

                                      I had 5 bus tickets from Delhi to Manali using PayTM along with my relative who had booked 2 more in the same bus (Himachal Volvo Highway) and on the day of travel, he was informed via SMS that the bus was cancelled. I called up the bus operator to enquire and he told me that the bus was cancelled indeed and that I will be getting a refund in 72 hours. So, my relative and I booked tickets in another bus just in time at a high price. We never received any refund after that. I called up customer care, emailed them and used their chat system but the only response I got was that the team is working on my case and I will get a response in 48 hours . This happened multiple times and then one day I got an email that the bus operator has said that the bus wasn't cancelled and so there won't be any refund. I called them up multiple times after that but didn't receive any help. In one of the emails, I was given the number of someone in HImachal Volvo Highway. It turned out to be an ex-employee's number and he agreed that the bus was cancelled indeed. I have the call recording. Kindly help me get the refund.
