i have made transcations on Nov 6th to a merchant named tata sky from my paytm number : [protected]

i had asked the merchant to refund the transcation and they have confirmed that they have refunded the amount

it has been 50 days since i had made the transcation yet haven't received the amount,

On dated 21/01/2019 i have got the 2 messages that someone withdrawal the amount of rs.200 from my saving a/c. And all these transaction done through the paytm. I have never before use my paytm account. Therefore i request u to kindly block or deactivate my paytm account. Already onemore small amount withdrawal before... Bt i knew ds only today when i contact wd customercare......

Hai sir /mam gud mr i had problem about paytm reg cell phone no actually my paytm not worked than again i done new paytm login but my old cell phone no was not accepted again i did my new cell no i was registered but i done have new no not yet through bank line link, i cant do online bank transfer problem now i need old cell no can be replaced very soon

As per the following trail information i have not received the the refunded amount.

I placed order (Shows) from paytm and delivered my product on 21.01.2019. J paid for this 449+30 delivery charges.
But when i checked printed m. R. P on shows it shows only 399/-
How is this possible any company charged over m. R. P this is violation of indian law.
I am fully frustrated on paytm.

I tried to book the tatkal ticket on 20/01/2018. After filling the passenger details I choose Paytm as a payment option. After transferred amount through Paytm successfully my money 520 is debited from my bank account but the ticket was not booked. when I checked my booked transactions it shows failed reason is from bank side. I didn't get any refund as of now and not even reply to my messages....

I ordered paytm debit card but it is not delivered to me. After a long time i will also not able to track my courier. Delivering date is 21 january 2019 but when i track my order it shows in ranchi.

I bought 600 uc for 799 rupees on 19 jan 2019 at 12:31:34. The amount got debited (799 rs) from my account but i didn't receive my uc. After the successful payment, when i returned to pubg game it said "failed to purchase". I waited a day. But still i didn't receive my uc. Please solve my issue. I have attached the proof below. Purchased uc cash via in-app purchase of pubg mobile on 19-jan-19 at 09:14 am via internet banking. Costing rs.799 for uc credit of 660.

My account has been debited for the same amount but no uc cash was credited to the game. It shows in my state bank of india account that the money went in times of money limited.
Its a huge sum of money and i'm worried for the same.

I have made upi transection of rs.35000 using paytm bhim upi on 30-dec-2018 to transfer money from my axis bank to sbi bank. And that time rs.35000 money is deducted from axis bank account.
Paytm bhim upi shows transaction status successful, but till date 18-jan-2019 upi money in not received in sbi bank account.
