My name is sanjukta, order no:[protected], i bought some stuff from paytm, i got wrong item. So i returned the product there. When i called them, i was told by them paytm told me we have initiated the refund. He says he has initiated a refund on december 18 but till date i have not received a refund. I have been making a call, email for 1 month but those people told me refund my money repeatedly, i also did a contact in the bank but at the bank also said that there was no payment came, i have sent a copy of the application to the bank, i have sent a copy of the letter sent to the paytm. I sent a copy of the chargeback form and i have sent the upi confirmation email also that on 18th december their payment was failing, they went back to them, but paytm is not ready to accept it. They are repetedly told me on 18th, a upi transaction was done by paytm. Total amount :1069. I received this transaction id[protected] from them. But that amount has not yet been credited to my account.
I had called paytm and it is being said repeatedly from paytm that the payment transaction is successful on their behalf. You can contact the bank, i also visit the bank, but there was no response from the bank. So i called in the customer care of the bank, then they said that you mail the transaction to the upi. Please find out my money and please credited in my account. I haved contact everywhere paytm, upi and bank but no one help me, or neither receive payment. Paytm cheat me and still say lie. Now i m going to cosumer couert and take legal action.
