I placed order (Shows) from paytm and delivered my product on 21.01.2019. J paid for this 449+30 delivery charges.
But when i checked printed m. R. P on shows it shows only 399/-
How is this possible any company charged over m. R. P this is violation of indian law.
I am fully frustrated on paytm.

When i contacted paytm they are not giving satisfactory response over there.

I want my full amount refund back because i am mentally disturbed for this reason..

    I tried to book the tatkal ticket on 20/01/2018. After filling the passenger details I choose Paytm as a payment option. After transferred amount through Paytm successfully my money 520 is debited from my bank account but the ticket was not booked. when I checked my booked transactions it shows failed reason is from bank side. I didn't get any refund as of now and not even reply to my messages. I sent mail to IRCTC customer care but no reply from their end.

      I ordered paytm debit card but it is not delivered to me. After a long time i will also not able to track my courier. Delivering date is 21 january 2019 but when i track my order it shows in ranchi.
      My pincode is 829144 dc couriers had picked my courier. Please solve my problem faster. And paytm service is to bad earlier i ordered some more goods at that time i order some product but delivered different one

        I purchased 799₹ pack of 600 uc, the money got deducted from my bank account but i did not got any uc in game. So please help

        On dtd. 13.01.2019 Rs 220.00 was added in paytm wallet and it was paid from paytm to recharge the mob No 9427002999. No cashback received till this time. Pl check and do needful.
        I had booked international flight from paytm. My mother missed her flight on 21 December 2018. We are eligible for refund for no show however, paytm is no responsive. Customer service advisor says no refund will given for no show ticket and no reponse for email.

          I have made an in app purchase yesterday, survival pack 5 : stromfall saga of survival (Rupees 340). The transaction was failed but the money got deducted from bank. I have contacted google play regarding this issue, they told me that the transaction was decline from times of money limited side. so, Kindly do the refund.

          I had ordered Indulekha bhringa oil pack of 2 100 ml, which has been delivered duplicate product, now they are not ready to return the product and they cost me 500 rs for this duplicate product.please provide the solution as early as possible, since it is a breach of trust.

But i am not satisfied with that product because this product looking like fake product. Then i requested for return this product and even accepted my request, i returned product on 31- dec-2019 5 pm ist, post returned product i got mail like return request rejected from paytm, even i have returned everything. Then i called paytm help line, from paytm help line i didn't receive any updates. Still i have not received refund amount from paytm mall.

                On 19th jan 2019 i bought a purchase of 799 rs from google play store for purchasing 600 uc for pubg game. My transaction was successfull (Reference no. IGAFFIVTM5) but the uc was not yet purchased in the pubg game. So please refund my amount since uc had not purchased yet. So please refund my amount. For this i shall be thinkable to you.

But the amount has not been debited to my phone bill. Now i have received remainder from my phone officer.. Now the bill is over due and fine to be levid for late payment. Please settle the bill with extra rs100 for late paymentwhich is to bepaid only by you as it is not my fault.
                  I am really sorry to in form that i could not contact you to speak about this in spite of repeated attempts from yesterday. It is very difficult to contact you for any complaints. So i am fed up with your service and want to quit very soon.

After the successful payment, when i returned to pubg game it said "failed to purchase". I waited a day. But still i didn't receive my uc. Please solve my issue. I have attached the proof below. Please check it out and solve it.

                        Purchased uc cash via in-app purchase of pubg mobile on 19-jan-19 at 09:14 am via internet banking. Costing rs.799 for uc credit of 660.

                        My account has been debited for the same amount but no uc cash was credited to the game. It shows in my state bank of india account that the money went in times of money limited.
                        Its a huge sum of money and i'm worried for the same.

                            My name is sanjukta, order no:[protected], i bought some stuff from paytm, i got wrong item. So i returned the product there. When i called them, i was told by them paytm told me we have initiated the refund. He says he has initiated a refund on december 18 but till date i have not received a refund. I have been making a call, email for 1 month but those people told me refund my money repeatedly, i also did a contact in the bank but at the bank also said that there was no payment came, i have sent a copy of the application to the bank, i have sent a copy of the letter sent to the paytm. I sent a copy of the chargeback form and i have sent the upi confirmation email also that on 18th december their payment was failing, they went back to them, but paytm is not ready to accept it. They are repetedly told me on 18th, a upi transaction was done by paytm. Total amount :1069. I received this transaction id[protected] from them. But that amount has not yet been credited to my account.
                            I had called paytm and it is being said repeatedly from paytm that the payment transaction is successful on their behalf. You can contact the bank, i also visit the bank, but there was no response from the bank. So i called in the customer care of the bank, then they said that you mail the transaction to the upi. Please find out my money and please credited in my account. I haved contact everywhere paytm, upi and bank but no one help me, or neither receive payment. Paytm cheat me and still say lie. Now i m going to cosumer couert and take legal action.

                              I have contacted Paytm to update the KYC for my active account and also I have explained the issue details to them multiple times. Nobody is taking it seriously and asking crazy things to submit which I can't.

                              So, I am raising a complaint in order to have the KYC updated to my Paytm account.

                                Ordered a product apple i phone x 256 gbon 6th jan 2019 and i received a product on 9th of jan in evening time and next day i open d the handset it's not responding when i switched on d phone it's the case of dead on arrival so i complained paytm that it's a defective product and i want replacement so they ask me to visit service center and provide letter so service center said if it's a manufacturer fault then they agree to provide service but after visiting again they said it's a used product and only 19 days warranty has been left, i was shocked that i have cheated so badly they sell a 11 months old phone which is also dead and they are not ready to replace i just want a immediate action against them kindly help me out so that other people also know how illegal business is doing by paytm, kindly find attachment in which my order details, bill copy and service center report in which the date of activation is 3.02.2018 is shown and my billing date is 7th jan 2019

                                      After digital marketing service not rendered to me or denied by abhisheak singh not willing to send refund so i made call to paytm for refund then paytm asked fir copy then paytm may take action about the payment & police denied to file fir against this small transaction of 2400 inr.

                                      I only need refund thats all.
