Hi My name is deepa sharma my paytm number is [protected] block paytm cyber cell team block without info.

and he is claim this transaction [protected] of INR 2900 on 24 Oct 2018 is fraud .what is the basic of fraud.

1) this number is my friend and he is not raise any complaint.
2) without any complaint why should block my paytm account.
3) i want reason why block my paytm account

Someone else is using my email id. I can login through my mobile and if i want to add my email id. The account says email id used by some other account. I have wrote may mails about the same but no reply as come yet from paytm . They also don't have customer care no. when i can talk to executive....

I had business with name colors linked to my cell [protected]. Yesterday a customer made pmt of rs.8265 thr sbi card. We have not received the amount. Message received on customer cell no. I jay kumar dutta on the behalf of my mother mrs. Manju dutta. My mother sent me money from [protected]@paytm which is linked with her airtel payments bank saving account with savings bank account no.- [protected].

My complaint is about my refund... I have tried to pay the bill of dgvcl but ur paytm merchant has cancelled my transaction... And my money has been debited from my account... So i want my refund...... Money was rupees 3310 /-... I hope that u will... Refund as much as possible faster u can... I am trying from 4 days... But it's.. Not refunded by u......

This is i regard to refund of my part cancelled train tickets vide order no booking id [protected] which eventually was suppose to get credited in my credit card account used for the transaction,
I have made several complaints about the non receipt of this refund amount to paytm authorities but every time they say to revert in 24 hrs,
Now i am sick of making follow ups for my own money & strongly feel that it is highly unjustice...

I recharge videocon d2h through paytm on 4 january, 2019 of 300rs recharge was failed. 2.25rs is deducted from wallet and 297.75rs is deducted from bank through upi. Paytm refunded rs 2.25 only and rest 297.75rs they did not refunded. When i call to paytm customer care then they busy with another customer. I wait for 23 mins then also they don't receive call. I call many time then alsa they didn't receive my call. Very very bad...

3 months ho gaya avi tak mere refund money ka solution nhi mila hai paytm ke wajah se hme bahut presani ho gya rs2000 pending me fasa k rakha hue hai

I made payment of rs. 3658 through icici bank
On 8.1.2019 for flight booking with spice jet for travel from coimbatore to chennai on 23.01.2019. This amount has been debited in my icici bank
Account. But the amount has not reached spice jet and i have not received the flight ticket from them. The payment is made in favour of paytm mobile solution. Pl. Therefore look into the matter and help me to get the flight from spice jet...

From my paytm i done a jio recharge to wrong number so i kindly request you please refund my rechage amount before they use it.. I mentioned all details and photo of my compalint... I hope this will get sloved my you...

I have ordered a blue loafer shoes through order no. [protected] on 02 dec 2018. But after receiving the shoes, there was some size issue so i desire to return the shoes to paytm mall. As i opened my app, i was unable to return the product due to some technical issues with the app. So, i requested the consumer care official regarding the return of the shoes by filing a complaint. On resloving the issue, paytm mall had issued a return request....

On 5th jan, 2019, i try to recharge an amount of rs.398/- for my prepaid mobile by opening ideacellular web site. But the amount was gone to paytm without my intention thru transaction id no.20190105111212800110168125951488101 of rs.348/- by taking the cash back of rs.50/-. Recharge was not done and my amount was not credited to my bank account. Pl. Look into the matter and send the refund to my savings account. One more thing i do not have...

Please note that i purchased a samsung mobile from malleswarm during june 2018 and at that time they told me that i am going to get back rs.1800/- directly in to my account.
I have been following it up since then but not even a single person has replied.
In the stores where i purchased the response is very very negative.
Please do come out with a solution.

My paytm wallet was deducted with rs 1600 that was paid for some renewal of subscription of getwoo which i didn't authorize or otp approve. Date: 6th jan 2019
This is auto renewal subcription and even the vendor/app (Getwoo) isn't even an authorized merchant on paytm.

I have created a complaint on paytm as well as mailed getwoo but no response yet.

Kindly help me with a refund and cancel any such subscriptions...

I had book the bus from davangere to sion (Mumbai) on 31st dec 2018. The boarding point selected was "harihar bypass" and time of boarding 9:pm.
After the amount was debited from my account. The invoice received was showing different borading point (Belgum) and timing 11:50pm.

I contacted the operater and put my concern, he said where you have made transaction (App) contact them then i called paytm customer care num...

I beg to say that on 3 rd jan 2018 i am paying my ward tuition fee rs. 103000/_ to allen carrier institute through paytm. I submit otp, but showing transaction is failed. Retry. Later i try once again. Again show transaction is failed. Some time later from my bank account rs. 50000.00 is debited.
Now what can i do.
Take necessary action as soon as possible.

Sir i can send money through upi, i send money from paytm to sbi, amount debit in paytm bank but not credit in sbi, transaction show successful, i send money from paytm bank to [protected]@upi, i bhim app shows transaction received but amount is not credit in sbi, i compliant the paytm app, paytm customer care says amount is debit from my bank, problem in receiver bank,...

On trying to book railway ticket, amounts of rs 2113.27, 2113.27 and 1496.80 deducted from my axis bank account on three failed transactions e. G.[protected] and[protected] on 4th jan, 2019 and again[protected]/paytm mobile solutions pvt ltd vide irctc failed tr no s [protected], [protected] and [protected]. Please refund me the amounts immediately.
