I made payment of rs. 3658 through icici bank
On 8.1.2019 for flight booking with spice jet for travel from coimbatore to chennai on 23.01.2019. This amount has been debited in my icici bank
Account. But the amount has not reached spice jet and i have not received the flight ticket from them. The payment is made in favour of paytm mobile solution. Pl. Therefore look into the matter and help me to get the flight from spice jet urgently.

Pl. arrange to refund the amount of Rs. 3658 to my ICICI Bank account urgently. I do not know why so much time is taken to refund the amount. PL. treat the matter as very urgent. I am old man 80 years old. So don't disturb me.

I booked flight ticket on 8.1.2019 for travel in Spice Jet flight for two persons S Ramachandran and Alamelu on 23.01.2019 and paid Rs. 3658 through ICICI BANK The amount was immediately debited in my account and paid to Paytm mobile solution. Now the amount is held up with Paytm mobile solution. The flight ticket has not been booked received. Please therefore arrange to refund the amount to me without any further delay. I am old man 80 years age and I am very much worried.

It is impossible to verify the public complaint, and nobody has a duty to reply on the complaint,
- which author is anonymous (no full name, no address, no e-mail )
- where there are no facts with place and date, preferebaly with time
- where the authot is unable to attach the payment document receipt of ICICI Bank.

The payment has to be done based on the invoice.
If no invoice has been received by you, it is unclear, what you had paid for.

After you are ready to produce the deficiencies, you can apply to the correct service provider
- this is operator of the site, where you had tried to make the resrvation and whom yu had paid (see your receipt)
or, alternatively,
you can request the assitance of the legal professional for fee in order to evaluate the sutability for further action - for exmple, to bring the civil suit to the local Indian court.

      I only authorize 1st transaction for rupees 1.00 for newly made paytm account but after some time i found rupees 5.00 deducted from my hdfc
      Credit card and gone to paytm account again next day same thing happens rupees 1000.00 deducted from my hdfc credit card and gone to paytm account
      Above two transaction are not done by me how it has came on my patym account i want to know. I only authorize to pay rupees 1.00 from my account to paytm but i have found after that i have found two transaction done on account for rupees 5.00 and rupees 1000.00 which are transfer to paytm account without my authorization. I want to know who has done this fraud on my account.

      I want my money back to revert on my hdfc credit card for rupees 1005.
      I have made a order on 28th december due to late delivery, i cancel order same day. i have complain against but still no positive response for refund. paytm team is not give proper answer for refund.

      please help me for this

        I have ordered a blue loafer shoes through order no. [protected] on 02 dec 2018. But after receiving the shoes, there was some size issue so i desire to return the shoes to paytm mall. As i opened my app, i was unable to return the product due to some technical issues with the app. So, i requested the consumer care official regarding the return of the shoes by filing a complaint. On resloving the issue, paytm mall had issued a return request. On 12/12/2018 with the return request, the courier boy picked up my shoes.in the mean time, through app i a placed return request on 13/12/2018. The again guy came to me very next day i. E. On 13/12/2018 to pick up the shoes and one another item. But when he saw the return request regarding shoes, he admitted that he had already picked up the product yesterday i. E. 12/12/2018. The courier pickup partner was from blue dart patiala.
        I register a complaint on 20 dec 2018 regarding the refund through reference no.[protected]. But paytm had last replied me in this regard on 26 dec 2018 stating an early solution to the issue. But there is no status update till now. I requested through email for an early solution on 30 dec 2018 but never got a response from the other side. Again, i did the same on 02 jan 2018, but there is no response at all from the paytm.in the mean time, i called the paytm mall customer care through reference no.[protected] on 30 dec 2018;[protected] on 02 jan 2018;[protected] on 07 jan 2018. But till now my query is not resolved.

        After posting complaint here, the Paytm official made a remark that they hadn't received the product so they are closing the complaint.

        The complaint is still unresolved. The paytm officials don't know their delivery partners who came for pickup.

          On 5th jan, 2019, i try to recharge an amount of rs.398/- for my prepaid mobile by opening ideacellular web site. But the amount was gone to paytm without my intention thru transaction id no.20190105111212800110168125951488101 of rs.348/- by taking the cash back of rs.50/-. Recharge was not done and my amount was not credited to my bank account. Pl. Look into the matter and send the refund to my savings account. One more thing i do not have any paytm account.

            Please note that i purchased a samsung mobile from malleswarm during june 2018 and at that time they told me that i am going to get back rs.1800/- directly in to my account.
            I have been following it up since then but not even a single person has replied.
            In the stores where i purchased the response is very very negative.
            Please do come out with a solution.

              My paytm wallet was deducted with rs 1600 that was paid for some renewal of subscription of getwoo which i didn't authorize or otp approve. Date: 6th jan 2019
              This is auto renewal subcription and even the vendor/app (Getwoo) isn't even an authorized merchant on paytm.

              I have created a complaint on paytm as well as mailed getwoo but no response yet.

              Kindly help me with a refund and cancel any such subscriptions
              I am not able to change my mobile no in paytm...it says the number is already rigestered with paytm account which is not created by me, , , and wjen i talk to customer care executive they says to use another mobile number as if it is a joke. All my UPI and banks is linked to that number.

                I had book the bus from davangere to sion (Mumbai) on 31st dec 2018. The boarding point selected was "harihar bypass" and time of boarding 9:pm.
                After the amount was debited from my account. The invoice received was showing different borading point (Belgum) and timing 11:50pm.

                I contacted the operater and put my concern, he said where you have made transaction (App) contact them then i called paytm customer care num and raised a complaint. The complaint was registered at the same date 31st dec 2018 and till today 6th jan 2019. No update still they are checking with technical team. Does really it takes more than a week to identify the technical issue?

                I have called multiple times to paytm customer care. Executive saying "we have forwarded your concern to technical team" but till now i didn't get any solution.

                Since it was an urgent travel for business purpose. Due to technical issue from paytm app i faced lot of problem and unable to get other busses too.

                Kindly consider this on high priority and please help me to get refund.

                Before registering complaint on this portal paytm didn't responded After complaint registered the complaint became active. They might have fixed the issue based on my feedback. I have screen recording where in first the boading belgaum is available and in another davangere is not available. And also observed for time being they removed the boading point belgaum from source address davangere if selected. Unfortunately I have not recorded. If you feel to reopen the complaint will be good.

                Please find the attached screen shot. Where there is no boarding point available as belgaum when we select source address as harihar.

                Same thing was happened at that day. Please check the complaint description to understand the situation.

                  Sir,
                  I beg to say that on 3 rd jan 2018 i am paying my ward tuition fee rs. 103000/_ to allen carrier institute through paytm. I submit otp, but showing transaction is failed. Retry. Later i try once again. Again show transaction is failed. Some time later from my bank account rs. 50000.00 is debited.
                  Now what can i do.
                  Take necessary action as soon as possible.

                  The Paytm transaction is showing failed but, neither the amount was deposited to my bank nor refunded back to my wallet.
                  I have booked a ticket using debit card from which the amount has been debited. However, IRCTC is showing amount pending. Transaction id [protected].
                  On 05.01.2019 i booked ticket on irctc mobile app and payment made through paytm gateway & online banking of state bank of india. Ticket was not booked and it is showing "pending from bank end" but the amount has been already deducted from my account. Photograph attached herewith. I am not geeting back my money also. Please help.

                    Sir i can send money through upi, i send money from paytm to sbi, amount debit in paytm bank but not credit in sbi, transaction show successful, i send money from paytm bank to [protected]@upi, i bhim app shows transaction received but amount is not credit in sbi, i compliant the paytm app, paytm customer care says amount is debit from my bank, problem in receiver bank,
                    I send 25000 by paytm upi but money deduct and transaction not succsess .reciever not get money .

                        I have bought bus ticket for my parents on paytm on 23rd december 2018.
                        I booked 1hr prior to bus scheduled departure time.
                        My parents were waiting at boarding point well before time. Around 12:45pm they saw bus going without stopping at bus stop. I called paytm and both paytm and me able to connect to bus operator (Royal cruiser). Then paytm customer care representative told me to book alternate bus ticket and shared with them, he also told they will refund back extra amount if that cost for the alternate booking. I have shared the ticket immediately with them. After that i kept calling customer care and they keep asking me to wait 48hrs and they will revert back. And evertime after 48hrs i have to call them and they said bus operator did not revert back so they are not able to back.

                        When asking about what will happen after 48hrs they just saying dont worry, its been highlighted, escalated.
                        This cycle of 48hrs keep on happening with out any resolution.

                                Today, i've paid 26 rs thru paytm wallet to mother dairy booth no. 566. Payment successfully deducted from wallet, also cashback received successfully,

                                But main point is payment of 26rs not transferred to mother dairy booth no 566 as what mother dairy owner said to me.

                                Also waited 1 hour for payment confirmation, but nothing happened. All mother dairy owner said if we gets sms then only i can fulfill, otherwise not, its not our headache thats what mother dairy told.

                                  I tried booking my tatkal ticket using paytm m today in the irctc site and after the money is deducted i received a status that "pending from bank end".

                                  I have no clue what to do. I lost my booking and the money is also deducted from my account.

                                  Not sure whether i got my confirmed ticket or not. I got stuck as i need to start my travel in one day.

                                  Can someone related to the complaint please take a look and respond asap?

                                      I have booked ticket using irctc app and gateway of paytm from canara bank a/c and the amount debited inr 2700.49 but irctc website showing payment pending from bank end, i checked at my bank statement and it confirmed that money has been debited. Irctc anyway unable to say any status. Kindly confirm as neither i am able to get the status of the booking nor the refund.

                                        Made two flight bookings for 02 passengers vide paytm booking id no. [protected] and indigo pnr no. Ndcq5m for rs.19982/-. As per mail provided by indigo airlines 100% refund has been credited to paytm after cancelling above mentioned flight ticket. But till date paytm has not refunded a single penny to me since 19 dec 2018. Wheneve i call paytm customer care, they try to linger the case by saying that their concerned team is working on it and full refund will be given to me. I already made paytm so sure about 100% refund has been credited to paytm in 03 transactions by making conference call with paytm and indigo airlines. Please look into the matter and help me.

                                        Not a single ripped has been credited yet in my bank account. Whenever I call paytm customer care, they convey that I should contact bank customer care or home branch and when I contact the same they refused to register complaint and also suggested to contact paytm in this regard.
