I have ordered a blue loafer shoes through order no. [protected] on 02 dec 2018. But after receiving the shoes, there was some size issue so i desire to return the shoes to paytm mall. As i opened my app, i was unable to return the product due to some technical issues with the app. So, i requested the consumer care official regarding the return of the shoes by filing a complaint. On resloving the issue, paytm mall had issued a return request. On 12/12/2018 with the return request, the courier boy picked up my shoes.in the mean time, through app i a placed return request on 13/12/2018. The again guy came to me very next day i. E. On 13/12/2018 to pick up the shoes and one another item. But when he saw the return request regarding shoes, he admitted that he had already picked up the product yesterday i. E. 12/12/2018. The courier pickup partner was from blue dart patiala.
I register a complaint on 20 dec 2018 regarding the refund through reference no.[protected]. But paytm had last replied me in this regard on 26 dec 2018 stating an early solution to the issue. But there is no status update till now. I requested through email for an early solution on 30 dec 2018 but never got a response from the other side. Again, i did the same on 02 jan 2018, but there is no response at all from the paytm.in the mean time, i called the paytm mall customer care through reference no.[protected] on 30 dec 2018;[protected] on 02 jan 2018;[protected] on 07 jan 2018. But till now my query is not resolved.

Updated by Mohit140190 After posting complaint here, the Paytm official made a remark that they hadn't received the product so they are closing the complaint.

Updated by Mohit140190 The complaint is still unresolved. The paytm officials don't know their delivery partners who came for pickup.
It is impossible to verify the public complaint, and nobody has a duty to reply on the complaint,
- which author is anonymous (no full name, no address, no e-mail )
- where there are no facts with place and date, preferebaly with time
- where the authot is unable to attach the payment document receipt of ICICI Bank.
The payment has to be done based on the invoice.
If no invoice has been received by you, it is unclear, what you had paid for.
After you are ready to produce the deficiencies, you can apply to the correct service provider
- this is operator of the site, where you had tried to make the resrvation and whom yu had paid (see your receipt)
or, alternatively,
you can request the assitance of the legal professional for fee in order to evaluate the sutability for further action - for exmple, to bring the civil suit to the local Indian court.
