          For depositing fee in respect of BITSAT 2019 application no 405523 an internet banking transaction of Rs 3167 through Paytm channel failed, though the amount was deducted from my account. I deposited the requisite fee again which succeeded. I request you to please see that money deducted from my account which could not be credited to BITSAT 2019 application no. 405523 is returned. The details of the transaction are as below:

            I paid Rs. 3658 through ICICI Bank on 8.1.2019 for booking flight ticket With Spicejet and the money was paid to Paytm mobile solution for onward payment to Spicejet. The amount did not reach Spicejet in time and so the transaction failed. The amount is held up with you. I don't know why so much time is taken by you to refund the amount back to my account. Please therefore make immediate action to refund the amount.

              I paid 1032.79 for orders placed on clubfactory(order no: SO[protected]and due to some reasons I cancelled it before it is shipped. I got a message that money has been refunded to my original payment account from club factory and it's been more than 15 days. I haven't received the money to my original payment account (Paytm). I have called Paytm customer care and they asked me to contact club factory. They also said if club factory refunds the amount they would refund it. I contacted club factory for more than 5 times they are saying that money is refunded . What to do now?Please solve my issue.

              Sr i purchased head phone items from my account amount deducted but nt credited to the retailer account of rs 286.13 for purchase of item. It is showing PAYTMAPP111855.

              My product was taken back no 19 december 2018 and till now i haven't got the refund for the product . they are saying that the product was not given to the courier boy.

                On 09TH DECEMBER 2018, I have purchased cloths worth 1917.30 in Reliance Trends Marathhalli through paytm with order number of 53C5AD01.

                That time offer is there with paytm board saying up too 500 rs cashback if you pay through paytm, but till now I haven't received any single rupee for that, now I am demanding you to give 500rs for delay instead upto 500rs.

                When I call pay tm they are telling we are unaware of Reliance trends offer, and no one is responding later even though I have raised complaint[protected].

                The time I spent for that I am demanding paytm to give total money back instead upto right away to my wallet.

                If any refund is pending at Paytm end then I suggest contact Paytm customer care on[protected]
                or raise the query form App in 24*7 help option. They will be able to tell you when will you receive
                Worst team and worst service... I haven't received any response from paytm.

                  Hi,

                  I had done a transaction on 24th oct 2018 through icici bank imobile app using scan to pay option. I had scanned a paytm upi qrcode and done rs. 10000 amount transaction.

                  Now the issue is the amount is debited from my account but not credited on beneficiary account.

                  I had the complaint on icici bank they told me that the transaction is completed successfully but the beneficiary show me the statement of his account and the amount is not credited in his account, which shows that the payment lapsed at paytm's end.

                    Ordered on 15th Jan at 4:38PM, I booked a bus from Sanjay Travels Online and the money was deducted from my Paytm account, which got paid at General Microsites, however, on the day of the travel, it said the ticket was not booked and the money was still deducted. Please refund the money.

                          I transfer 5800 rupees on 7jan, 2019 to mittal sales and service account of bank of Baroda but it was not transfer to mittal sales and service and the money was deducted from my bank account please solve my problem
                          I've downloaded the app frapp and did missions for money. I did not receive the money I was promised. I saw my paytm notifications and all my money had been sent by frapp and the error showed that there's been a cash back failure and I never got my money.

                              I bought 60 UC for 79 Rupees on 12 Jan 2019 at 23:40. The amount got debited (79 rs) from my account but I didn't receive my UC. After the successful payment, when I returned to pubg game it said "failed to purchase". I waited a day. But still I didn't receive my UC. Please solve my issue. I have attached the proof below. Please check it out and solve it.

                                Hi .. i wanted to book movie ticket for URI but on paytm it is taking a way long time to load and plus it us now showing correct info about the seats in first attempt and when im proceeding to book now and trying to book the tickets after two three attempts it is showing error.. the screenshot of which has been attached below . pleases this problem

                                        This type of msg came from paytm so i was paid money to that merchant

                                        I was click on link directly open paytm app and merchant name showing paytmmall

                                        So i was understand this is certified so i was paid money 4999.
                                        Then after he was call me as you pay gst amount 35000/- and you get cashback after payment and he gave him account details

                                        But they was fraud when i call to paytm customer care

                                        If that merchant was fraud so why he got merchant certificate from paytm
