I have done a paytm tx (No. [protected]) on 03.10.2018 of adding money into paytm wallet via tx no othpg[protected]paytm noida from my sbi a/c [protected]. Money was debited from a/c but not credited in paytm wallet. I raised the complaint to paytm several times. They declined the claim saying they haven't received any money contact your bank. When i contacted bank they said they haven't received the money contact paytm....

My father transferred rs. 10000 to through paytm upi from his account to my sbi account on dated 17th december 2018, but rs. 10000 debited from my father's account and not credited to my account, i and my father immediately contacted to paytm care about this after two days they replied amount already credited to receiver account on 18th december, then we once again inform them the receiver not received the amount, they asked me to send us...

This is shabbir. I tried to purchase gems on azar app dated 31/12/2018 for rs.159/- but once the transaction is about to complete, it showed an error message. The purchase did not get complete but the money got debited from my account. So kindly refund my amount to my account as soon as possible.

On 31.12.2018, at about 15.15 hrs, three transactions happened from my savings account by some fraudstar withdrawing a total sum of rs.60000/- through three transactions.
A General Diary is made at Raksaul Thana(East Champaran, Bihar) in this regard, where I had been at the time of such transactions.

Hi. I had tweeted paytm because i wasn't able to use the wallet because of pending kyc. The kyc page doesnt open and always says "something went wrong". I got a response from the paytm care handle about the problem and it said that if the kyc of a relative is done, your kyc will also be done. I have booked water purifier considering that it is RO+UV+UF+TDS combination by seeing picture in website on 11th october. But delivered product is UV+UF and bill came with RO UV UF. I have placed return request with in 7 days, but paytm guys rejected order saying that product delivered is correct. Everyday I will be calling them and rejecting return request. Please do not purchase any product in Paytm they are bluffing...

I am using hdfc credit card and from that amount of RS 5 & rs 1000 is taken through paytm(pgsi) without my knowledge and I did not receive any otp or conformation regarding this transactions...it's done in different dates and time
