I have ordered ironing board costing 4050 rs and I got 1030 A’s cashback.but I found the quality was not up to the mark so placed a return request after Two days ie on 13th dec 2018 .after many complaints the courier partner was ready to pick the product on 25 dec 2018 @ 1.05 pm but updated the status as my return request rejected.now the scene is my product is already picked up but they are denying abt recival of product and not refunding the money back..kindly help
1000 deducted from my credit card and received msg as I spent paytm padi
What is Pgsi, where is my 1000 was gone.please resolve

    Tranction is done on paytm mobile solution pvt ltd without my permission. How its happend. Amount is 1261... I never credited my balance into this... And i didnt share any type of otp to others. There was a otp that came in my mob and suddenly a message came that the tranasaction is complete into paytm mobile solution. I want refund.. It is deducted by my bank

        Sub: non updating new mobile no and stopped monitoring the registered email id - deficiency in services.
        Team paytm,
        Sir/madam,
        The complete case is explained below in chronological order:-
        1. I was facing problem in updating the mobile no in paytm a/c with moble no 99xxxxxx57.
        2. I wanted to update with new number 77xxxxxx66 but unsuccessful.
        3. I sent sms to help desk.
        4. The customer care executive called at 09:53 am on 21 dec 2018 and informed that another paytm a/c with no 77xxxxxx66 has been created inadvertently and it has to be closed before number 77xxxxxx66 can be updated in the old a/c which is kyc verified.
        5. The executive guided to delete the a/c with 77xxxxxx66 and message confirming deletion received at 10:17am same day.
        6. The executive asked me give missed call on the number given in sms.
        7. Missed call given.
        8. The executive again called at 10:17 am same day to confirm that mobile no 77xxxxxx66 has been freed from 2nd a/c and he is initiating process to update the no 77xxxxxx66 in the old a/c.
        9. The mail confirming the receipt o[censored]pdation of mobile received at 10:19 am same day.
        10. The executive further directed that on receipt of confirmation sms, i should log in with new number but with old password.
        11. The confirmation message not received till date.
        12. I am unable to login and rs 1169/- has been held up in the a/c.
        13. When i tried to mail my grievance to [protected]@paytm.com, from my registered mail id, the response was, “we are no longer monitoring this e-mail address”. What a great service?

          Dear madam/sir,

          I had purchased (Order no [protected]) a motorola device (Moto x4) from paytm mall on december 10th, 2018. I had received the device on december 14th, 2018.

          My conversation with motorola india is registered as [incident:[protected]] on their website. (First mail sent on dec 17th regarding warranty issue, on dec 19th & 20th they confirmed me that this device is not under warranty, because job sheet is created before the date of purchase, which implies it is a secondary sale).

          For the same, i informed paytm on dec 19th and dec 20th.
          My conversation with paytm is registered as paytm 24x7 help - query reference number[protected].

          I had showed complete conversation (With motorola) screenshots to paytm, but again and again they asking for the denial letter from motorola. Every time i share images of conversation with motorola i. E. Denial letter, every time they say we are working on their query.

          I expect either paytm replace the device or return the complete money at the earliest.

            I cancelled the order on 10th dec.
            The refund is yet pending.
            I have called yourr cistomer care so many times even a complaint is also logged in against this but yet no action.
            How long do i need to wait for my money. Worst app and worst customer care. Dont know what they do sitting in the offic.

              As i purchased the mobile phone from flipkart on 19th of december and payed my rs20999 (Amount) through paytm bank debit card. Later on i cancled my order.
              When i called flipkart they said they had already done their job (They refund the ammout of 2099)... And they suggested me to contact paytm bank.
              Please help as it very high amount... I want my refund please help me

                I have booked ticket on irctc using paytm from sbi card and the amount debited inr 2180 but irctc website showing payment pending from bank end, i checked at my bank statement and it confirmed that money has been debited. Irctc anyway unable to say any status. Kindly confirm as neither i am able to get the status of the booking nor the refund. The message received from my bank as below:

                  Sir,
                  I bought hero motocorp vehicle from paytm on oct. 19
                  Order id. [protected]
                  In this i was given ₹1000 cashback and ₹4000 promo code in form of 10 voucher of ₹400 each. I used only 3 vouchers and now paytm has flagged my account stating promo code abuse.
                  Also i bought mobile phone from paytm on 20 dec. But it was automatically cancelled by seller in 5 mins. But have haven't received my money back yet.

                  Since, i was using promo code given by company, you don't have any right to flag my account on this basis. Unflag my account.

                        I made payment for recharge my brother's jio number 0n 14th december but confirmation for recharge was taking longer time so cancelled recharge after 45 minutes... Instantly i got mail that they have refund my money back but its been now 9 days i haven't received any refund in my bank account. They don't have any customer care whom i can talk over phone.
                        I done ticket on irctc by paytm gateway money deducted but ticket not booked

                          Payment of rs.1127.78 is made to paytm mobile solutions by icici net banking vide transaction ref:bil/onl/[protected]/irctc ltd /[protected].

                          Irctc is yet to receive payment.
                          Hence booking is not done.
                          Irctc transaction id: [protected]/22 dec.2028.

                          I have made two payments to paytm m for my train ticket bookings. First booking for onward journey was successful. But for return journey the payment was successful but booking was not done for want of payment from paytm m to irctc.

                          Kindly return the money to my bank account.

                            Someone has hack my paytm account they purchase gold and sold again they have transfer to their bank account, when I saw paytm account my amount was not their and also saw email that gold have purchase and again it was sold and then I contact to paytm customer support care they have send the details of the bank details who have transfer their amount in their bank account and told that to contact to your bank account.

                                There was no linking/self-authorization to getwoo dating app with my paytm account. Even then, getwoo did the renewal of my subscription on Dec 19 without asking for my authorization, due to which i lost 900 rupees from my paytm a/c.

                                      Pls this is second time complaining i havent received they have sent message that it's resolved but not received the money. I have done recharge on[protected] on my bsnl sim for 144. It failed and also they have deducted my money. After that i have asked soo many times in their site refund. They said refund done and i have not received any refunds till now today is 20th december they said it will be done within 7 days and this is soo bad i have lost my money soo bad that they treat their consumers i had the same problem that day with phone pay same recharge and i complained got refunded, that's why i changed to paytm and tried recharge but lost money what is this. Very poor, very bad approach. I have given enough proof
