Dear madam/sir,
I had purchased (Order no [protected]) a motorola device (Moto x4) from paytm mall on december 10th, 2018. I had received the device on december 14th, 2018.
My conversation with motorola india is registered as [incident:[protected]] on their website. (First mail sent on dec 17th regarding warranty issue, on dec 19th & 20th they confirmed me that this device is not under warranty, because job sheet is created before the date of purchase, which implies it is a secondary sale).
For the same, i informed paytm on dec 19th and dec 20th.
My conversation with paytm is registered as paytm 24x7 help - query reference number[protected].
I had showed complete conversation (With motorola) screenshots to paytm, but again and again they asking for the denial letter from motorola. Every time i share images of conversation with motorola i. E. Denial letter, every time they say we are working on their query.
I expect either paytm replace the device or return the complete money at the earliest.
