I have ordered 2 products from Paytm, both arrived damaged and there is no return facility. The Paytm customer care is worst. No one responds even if you are on hold for extended hours. They claim refund is initiated but no bank details are mentioned.

This is the worst experience and I request all to stay away from Paytm Mall and everything else from Paytm

Sir i am sanjoy kumar mohanty a 75% disable person booked 7 kg surf from paytm on 19/10/2018 having order number [protected] but it is not deliver to me yet the when i ask to the delhivery courier (Awb number[protected] they are telling it is lost but the paytm customer care not responding my mail they are telling it is not their responsibility so please help me i am a poor handy-capped person

Its been more than 1 month and still i didn't received my money for order no [protected]. I ordered the sweatshirts for rs 549 which was xl size but i received the medium size and then i sent the order for refund. They told me that i will receive the amount in 14 days just fill this form. I filled that form but still not received the money till now. They again telling me that fill that form. They are cheaters and if they had done it with me then they had done it with others and also repeat in future.

I am order a mobile phone lenovo k8 on 28/sep from paytm mall and product was delivere on 6/oct. Than i check the product but product was a internal demage peace flashlight is not working. Than i am return this product on 9/oct order id [protected]. Than 4days later i am still waiting for refund. I am complain on paytm customer care 13/oct he says sent your account detail refund will be process within 14day working days than i am sent my account detail on 16/oct complain id 91338366 and still waiting. And i am call to paytm mall customer care he trying to fool me and he always said that wait 14 working days i am told him 14 working days is already complete but he don't give a satisfaction responce. Please help to my refund issue resolve asap.

Sir,
I have purchase a product of 929. After found this i think it was not useful for me so i returnt the product and paytm customer have pick up it but i didn't get the refund it has pased nearly 15 days.
So plz made refund of my money because i don't want this product anymore.

I received an unauthorized call from some unauthorized person stating that he is calling from state bank credit card deptt.. He said my card details and asked me the otp i received. Though i didn't compromise with the otp, 9999/- debited 4times from my credit card today through this site. Plz do the needful so that the amount could be refunded.. Dt 03/11/2018 evng 4:30pm

Such a poor service as not refunding money already refunded by airline

I have decided not to book any flight ticket from paytm as flight refunded my money to paytm howver paytm not refunding it for last 2 months, how could such a big name behaving silly, im keep chasing them and they keep telling to wait however still not refunded.

I requesting you to refund my money shortly, else i will post more on social media.

Vendor came n refused to puck up stating incorrect product.
Exactly reason why I raised return request for. How to log complaints. Paytm mall related customer numbers are never reachable.

I ordered a product on paytm, first of all they provided me the wrong product, thereafter when i returned the same, they are not refunding my money, neither in bank account nor in paytm wallet.Even contacting them is not being possible, Plz help me to get my refund amount as soon as possible. Since from 1 month above the another piece & returned piece also not received

The paytm team is telling we had forward ur complaint to our superior team
They will contact you

It has been gone 1 month above
No response from paytm
No reply from customer care
We had been lossed my money
Cheating customers no reply

Please check and send my philips ear phones or refund money to paytm asap

I purchased mi a2 mobile from paytm. My order id is [protected]. I got defective mobile from paytm. I requested for return item and refund my money. They collected mobile from my home but the problem is that earlier i got cash back of rs. 1620. This cash back they do not give me at now. And i can not cancel the order from paytm's website. No buddy picked up the phone in paytm customer care as i tried daily.

I don't know from where i founf the solution for this problem. Please help me in it. I want cancel my order now.

I ordered an item and i was dissatisfied by it, so i returned my ordered. I ordered it on 22 october. I gave the bank details on the next day only with the scan copy of my passbook. I didn't get any response, so i gave my bank details again. Then also i didn't get any response. I am very worried for my money. I request you to solve my problem soon and help me in getting the money. So i request you to help me in getting the refund amount.

In pubg mobile i purchased uc for inr 249 on 01/11/2018 and google play store offer me a discount of rupees 75 and after that it cost ₹174. But after purchase i didn't get any uc. It's about more than 12 hours and didn't received any uc.

Paytm delivered a floor bag which was bitten by rat, and the courier guys do not take the return pickup. He said to talk to customer care and arrogantly went off. They also deliver the product after a wait period of more than 2 weeks.. I will request people to avoid paytm mall as far as possible.   replace all

I have ordered the product on 12 oct and it's expected delivery was 28 oct but i have not got the product yet 6 days has passed.. I have complained about it to paytm customer care many times but they didn't have taken any action regarding this and now they are even not picking up the call... I have send messages to 24×7 help centre even they are also not replying.

Dear team,
I am working in anautomobiles dealership from their we receive icici pre-paid gift cards as incentives. As we are always using online wallet for shopping and for recharge and for other transactions. Now all of our dealer group are facing issues to add money through these cards on these wallets and it shows error that these are credit card, but we received as pre-paid card.

I tried to do bsnl mobile recharge of rs 333/- from paytm through sbi debit card but it failed then i tried to do it again and it failed again. Few minutes later i got message from bank that both times cut off from my account total rs. 666/-.
I thought money will be refund but it’s been week and money hasn’t refunded yet
Plz do something. And do it fast

I added money from debit card to paytm, But the balance is not added to the Paytm wallet.
But when I check the bank details the money has been dedicated from my bank account.
Worst experience ever seen.
Paytm customer care never receives calls.
They sayed they are agreed to help 24 Hours. Shame Shame Shame.
They cheat customers.
I'm really very disappointed 'against this Paytm.
