At night when i checked my paytm balance, it showed rs 530, but when i checked it in the morning the amount had been less to 330 rupees. I did not use paytm for all this while but somehow 200 rupees were deducted from my wallet. This is surprising as no transactions were done. Also i received 500 rs on 2nd november which is'nt being shown now which was shown earlier. Kindly solve my issue

    I ordered park avenue deo's from paytm sold by nova which memtioned itself as authorised seller howevee the deos which i recieved were low qualtiy which are also sold om stations roads in name of orignialnauthenticate products morever paytm says sorry we sell only authenticate products this is totally disappoimting that without chceking the product i received they say no we are sorry we sell only genuine products lot faith in paytm..

    Transaction date 29/10/2018 and time 07:17 pm and transaction type mobile Recharge or idea prepaid.so please need help and refund my amount as soon as possible.

      I bought two headphones for my personal emergency... Both were faulty when recieved and i tried reaching the customer care there was no luck there... So i returned the products... I recieved a mail with a reference number stating refund was sent to the bank, but i never gave any bank details... I tried mailing, complaint numbers, 24*7 helplines... But in vain.. Kindly resolve this issue as soon as possible...

          My mobile number was wrongly given in deliver address
          The product i ordered was shipped msg is shown how if the deliver boy call to the wrong number. Address is correct but mobile number is wrong. Now will the product be delivered correctly or the wrong number given person will mislead or what. How to get the product i ordered. Have i to cancel the item.
          I palced an order on club Factory app through paytm by my PNB net banking. Payment was successfuly paid but order is faild. I didn’t found my money back.
          I have tried change my mobile number, but it displays new number registered with other account error is coming, so many times place request changeing number but no use, i have lot of problem with paytm. No use costomer care waste of time with pattu.

            I have ordered a black jeans they provided the blue one.Once i have returned that till now i didn't get the refund which i paid.It was said that refund is initiated ftom their end and am not even able to fill the NEFT form as they disabled it.
            Kindly check this and get my money refunded as soon as possible and enable the customer form to fill in the details.

                I am writing my first experience with the paytm mall. I have ordered for a ez water canon by seeing good offer on Price. What I got delivered is just a pipe. And by informing the next day itself took back the product. But the money which I paid for still not refunded. Whenever I inform the same replay Is what I gets. A completely fraudulent activity. No proper way to communicate with the customer care. Only through some messages. Now it’s been 10 days passed. Still waiting for my money. Thinking of going to consumer court to file a case. Don’t want any More people get cheated using paytm mall. Also wish to publish in the newspapers, regarding the incident.

                  I ordered webcam from paytm mall and i receive product 07/11/2018 The delivered package was not hampered or broken but the webcam cover box's seal was broken and empty. Product was missing. Both the webcam and cable was not there. I tried calling customer care since last 12 hours but NO RESPONSE. No one picked my call.

                    I ordered nike shoes thrupaytm mall and i received that order post 15 days the ordered date and i didn't like the product, so i returned it. I made the payment thru cod option, for processing the refund with order id [protected], paytm has asked me to submit a google form which has details to be filled (Bank name, account number, ifsc code, order id, name, etc..). I have filled in the form and submitted to them, 14 days after the submission i got a message from paytm saying that "bank details are incorrect and sent a link to fill the form again. I have submitted the correct bank details at my first form (But they told that they are wrong). So i thought of giving them my other bank details and opened the link, after opening the link i have seen a error message saying that"this form is no longer accepting responses". Also, i have one more issue with upi transaction order id [protected] made thru this paytm. They debited my amount from the upi account and transaction got failed and they didn't credit my money back.

                    Its been 14 days since i have returned and filled their google form, till now i didn't get my money back. Such a waste and worse customer service they have, they didn't respond for calls. Those toll free numbers are useless, they didn't even connect to the executive. I have tried calling them every day (2 hours daily).

                      On 12th october i ordered lambent s10 speaker from paytm mall but after 2 days i returned back the product and my product was successfully returned and accepted by paytm. But since then i' m trying to send neft details to paytm but it says that bank details form isn't available. Paytm asking me to copy paste url to fill the form but after trying this url it says that adress is invalid. I'm sending u all the proof.
                      Kindly help me to get my rs 263 refund back. Thanx.

                        I have order to product with order id...[protected] (Hairwax)...[protected] (Hairspary)... And both for cash on delivery... Both were at a cost price of 380₹... And 380₹...

                        For... Hairspray... I have given...156₹ from my paytm wallet... And... Rest have to be paid at... Time of cod... Mean that... I have to pay.. (380*2-156=604 ₹)... As both of my product were delivered at same time... But...in both parcel i got hair wax... Then i have complaint for... Getting wrong product... And paytm is showing that... I have requested for... Cancellation... But how can be it possible... If a have cancell the product then... How can... It be delivered to me...
                        ... Cancellation of order no [protected] (Hairspary) should be... Initait for pickup from me... It should be at the courior partner xperrssbees... Who are responsible for the... Delivery...

                        There is fault in your database... Sysytem...

                        Your database is wrong for shopping... With paytm use... A better database to avoid such mistake... Now i m so much regrating... For shopping with paytm... If you don't trust your customer... Then make a new table in your database... Of... Uploading... Pic when someone sell product vai paytm... So there is no need of verifying the product...😡😡... This was the last time... I have done shopping from paytm... I will switch... To my amazon only... As may be the price of amazon is higher then you... But there is... A good response for money and refund... If mistakenly wrong product is delivered

                          Paytm error is often coming and resulting in an error result so paytm immediately show a result and fix an error now and fix it soon so it is possible to show the users and they also happy to see it

                            I bought few things from toonz rcity mall mumbai and there was paytm offer of 1000 cashback coupons (2 code of 500 each) at store on purchase of more than 1000. I made payment via paytm and i was expecting to get 2 code for 500. However i didn't received from paytm. I contacted them on there chat app and informed them about offer and ask them to send me 2 code as per offer displayed however paytm told me to provide more detail related to transaction. First they asked me to provide screenshot offer which i send them on pic. Later they told me to provide transaction related details which i provided them on chat. After few days they told me provide details properly, at that time i sent the screenshot shot of bill paytm payment transaction screenshot and offer screenshot. I again provided the requested details manually related to item number, order number, date of purchase and contact details. After 2 days they again telling me to provide the offer screenshot and they are telling that the offer sometimes not applicable to all contact. But at the time of transactions there was no condition mentioned on offer displayed. It seems like paytm is not willing to pay the code as the offer they displayed on toonz rcity store. Again and again they are just requesting same details which i have already provided them and i believe that they are just trying to waste time so that the offer validity will get expired on 30 nov18.

                              I have ordered 2 same products at a time and i got a bill of 2 products in a single parcel..so i request Paytm to refund my money back for one item missing...i also complaint to paytm care..but my money not got refunded yet..paytm is making fool and doing frauds.my order no is [protected]..i am a regular customer of paytm mall.and it is a first time fraud with me..one bill for both the product..but i got only one product in the parcel.so i hope yu can help me in refund of the money against my complaint..

                                I did not recieve the refund of my order returned on 31/10/2018. The payment was made through cash on delivery mode. My order no. is [protected].
                                I tried to contact customer care via toll free numbers given on the paytm app but to no avail. Even I tried to email @ [protected]@paytm.com but email is not getting delivered . There is no way to contact customer care executives . Worst paytm service to its customers. Plz refund my money to my paytm wallet as soon as possible.

                                  I have performed transaction to IRCTC tickets booking through PayTM gateway.

                                  The amount from bank got deducted from bank account but tickets was not booked and IRCTC showing payment pending from bank.

                                  I have attached here respective bank and IRCTC transaction screen shot here.

                                  Please, help me to get my money refunded.

                                    I have placed an order on Paytmmall vide no. [protected] worth Rs 451 which is of Cadbury Dairy Milk Silk Miniatures Chocolate Gift Box 240gm on which no returns are allowed but cancellations are allowed till the time the product is not shipped...I tried to cancel the order over there but it is showing some error, so requesting you people to cancel my order no and refund my amount Rs 451 in the paytm wallet associated with it.

                                    I hope you will cancel the order before it gets shipped because right now status is that order is Placed but still not cancelling the order...Waiting for an earliest & positive response from your end.

                                    Send you mail on [protected]@paytm.com, contacted customer care but was on hold for almost 15 minutes but no response and then suddenly phone was cut.When given an option to cancel, why does the option not work, i don't know. I hope you will cancel the order.

                                      I am frustrated trying to cancel my order. My order no in paytm is: [protected]. I tried to cancel my order and it is showing "something went wrong. Please try again later". I tried to connect with them in all their numbers and all these numbers are redirecting to one number-[protected] and that number is unreachable. I have tried to send an email to them "i would like to cancel my order orderno:[protected], but i am unable to cancel in the paytm app. Please find the attached screenshot. I am frustrated trying to cancel the order. Kindly do the needful asap" and the response i received is "thank you for contacting paytm care. We are no longer monitoring this email address. To resolve your issue, please go to 24x7 help section http://m.p-y.tm/care on the paytm app - gcdp f23-v6sor40966261pgg.12 - gsmtp". Kindly help to resolve this.

                                        Hello u closed complaint as resolved but till now my refund amount not credited can u recheck once and credit my amount with double of refund amount failed to credit refund on time.pls find attached screenshots of their msg in Facebook chat.they are failed give my refund from last 70 days.so I can expect double of refund amount

                                        I cancelled ticket but till now I didn't get refund. I book a ticket through irctc app. The gateway is paytm
