I recharged 200 in my Metro Card[protected] on 18/07/2018 and when i try to validate it on EVM Machine it says that there is no recharge to be valid, i asked from the customer care of metro they said that there is no recharge done on this card. On Paytm it shows successful and money also deducted from my bank account.
KIndly look into this matter.

I was done a transaction of amount Rs 897.00 on July 17, 2018 towards PAYTM MOBILE SOLUTION has been debited successfully from your Savings AccountXX6609.The amount is debited from my account but it was not credited to concern beneficiary. Mob recharge deduction wrong I have recharge my Jio phone on 16 Jul 2018 of 399.00 Rs balance deduct from my account but recharge not done playing refund me my amount.My patm vallet balance deducted but recharge not done....

I received payment of rs6000 to my merchant account on 11 july. Till date i did not receive the amount to my bank account. I call morethan 100 times to paytm merchant helpline but the representative keep saying the same that will get the amount in 48 hours. Please loom into this and requeste to slove the issue. Easy recharge of amount Rs 509/- deducted from my account vide Paytm order number-[protected] dated 07 Jul 2018 against mobile number [protected]. The recharge amount not credited to my above mentioned mobile number. Numerous attempt made to contact Paytm customers service but all went in vain. Please look into the matter to refund the said amount to my account and kindly acknowledge.

In airtel Mobile((Prepaid) recharge, while we go through the special recharge section, Many options are not available now a days. (i.e Sms pack, rate cutter packs recharge are not available )Pl.add all the options in the special recharge section. Some specific options are only availablt.pl.do the needful.
Moreover while we do Airtel Prepaid recharge using paytm it will ask for two options i.e 1.talktime topup or 2....
