I have done the recharge on 14 th July 2018 for my Airtel number [protected] using my account [protected]([protected]@gmail.com). Recharge was successful as per Paytm app notification, but i have not received the recharge amount. I have called Airtel customer care quoting operator refferance number, but Airtel refused recharge, staying that recharge is not done and Airtel has no information of recharges done through third party Apps like PAYTM. Kindly look into matter and refund money.

      I had ordered 01 no "girls vest pleated dress two pieces set clothes children set" on 26th june 2018, in paytmmall, and order no is-[protected] amounting rs.784/-. Estimated delivery was 11th july'18. 27th june order shipped but no tracking details shared. On 7th july i raised query for tracking of item to paytmmall helpline. They informed that gati courier was handling item with tracking no[protected]. When i checked courier tracking that showed item is in bolpur, west bengal, commented "undelivered due to concerned customerperson not available" dated 11th july. It is also showing that assured delivery is 12th july. But courier neither tried to contact on 11th july nor 12 july or thereafter. I have tried to contact gati but failed. Then i mailed paytmmall about this matter to solve or refund 4 times (12/07, 16/07, 17/07, 19/07) they didn't respond not a single times, even their customer service not taking call. So i request to arrange for refund please. Refund amount is 784/- + 40/- (Shipping) -392/- (Cashback) =432/-

        Sir I want to know what is the reason behind not to start my paytm payment bank. Since I have completed KYC verification, and also person verification but yet my paytm payment bank is not started.
        Still account status showing under processing ( since 5 days).
        Please start my paytm payment bank immediately otherwise I will take action against paytm in COURT.
        I have completed and verified all pan card and aathar card...but still not created my account...plz response us as soon ...

          Hi, I am a regular user of Paytm and Other Payment Service. I had a Aircel SIM card. But after the bankruptcy, I was unable to port out from Aircel and the number have been lost forever. I was using my Paytm account with that mobile number and was probably given KYC too. However, I tried to find Paytm Customer Support number but didn't know they are more valuable than the Prime Minister of India, they didn't have any customer support number at all. And what they had, was not working. I had to generate some kind of number with my mobile which I dont have. I tried many times but failed. I had a few important transactions which I have to show someone as proof. But since I am unable to access my account anymore, I cant show it. Resulting, I have lost my job. Who is responsible for this? I recommend everyone not to use paytm at all. Paytm just Sucks. It you are really in need of doing things instantly and online, just use Applications designed by banks or BHIM app. At least they wont charge you.

          [protected] is my lost Aircel number and also paytm number. I dont know if I'll get any help. I wont get it for sure because paytm just sucks. Just dont use paytm.

            I booked a ticket through paytm on 24th January paytm bus order number #[protected] Chinthamani travels chandrapur, wallet transaction id: [protected]. Journey date was on 9th February, some one from travel agency called me and told that the bus has cancelled and repayment will be done automatically. Till date no repayment happened. Please take necessary action

              Hey. PAYTM i booked a watch from your PAYTM mall app on 16 june 2018 and the delivery date was 1 july 2018, but it didn't deliver on that date .
              I called several times may be 8 or 9 times on your PAYTM HELPLINE number [protected], but not even a one time, it connects to your CUSTOMER CARE executive.
              It always said "
              due to high call volume we will not be able to connect your call "
              And the PAYTM mall HELPLINE number is not transferable with other services like, payments bank or airline customer executive of your HELPLINEs ., what kind of ### is this ?

                  I have booked a bus ticket from patiala to New Delhi on 30 June 2018. Paytm mobile app showing the status for refund to be processed. At last when I enquired against my refund, there support team asked to share an booking I'd and they assured that they will do needful. Very next day team dropped a mail saying your refund can't be processed.

                  This is a harrasment and these guys do with everyone and earn alot of money through this.

                    Dear sir,
                    I Umesh singh kushwaha purchase a Yuntung Tripod for mobile /camera Rs 3399 Order Id [protected] from Paytm on dt 17.05.2018 but can't deliverd me and status show deliverd on dt 04.06.2018 but i chek status last time on dt 03.06.2018 its processed mention on paytm website.

                    When check and try cancelled my order due to long time wait for my order on dt 07.06.2018 then sudden status change and deliverd item show on website but till time no receive my order .

                    So i call paytm care after more try regarding my staus then customer care say system is under maintainance due to this can't check any thing so call later .

                    Re-call customer care on dt 08.6.2018 for my issue but customer care denied my request and say its above 3 days and they can't any thing .

                    after more request and also talk with senior supervisor then same strory abot passed 3 days afetr deleverd item .

                    when i more call again and again daily basis then they process my request to investigation deparatment but 2 time cancelled my request and not support/help with me .

                    till time i no receved my order .

                    i say provide me sellercontact no. but wrong no. provided and also email id no respose and tracking no. wrong - can't track .

                    kindly look into this and take action and provide me My order or Refund as soon as possible .

                    As it's delivered tem to seller on dt 02.06.2018 in Delhi but paytm say it's deliverd me in silvassa on dt 04.06.2018.
                    How it's possible .
                    It's post by India post but paytm say Gati international courier .

                    After more request and info related my querry for Replacement or Refund paytm not co operate with me .
                    Kindly do needful and tàke a action against fraud by Paytm .

                        I ordered hard disk from paytm...faulty piece is received ...so I returned it and ask for refund...but they not refunded my money...I registered complaints on pay my for many times but there is no proper reply from them...so pathetic it is...I called customer care service no...but it is available for paytm mall app only not for paytm...please look into matter

                          Process cancelled during ticket booking through irctc but payment deducted through paytm mobile solution. Bank statement has been attached below. I had done the payment on irctc app, during payment it choosen the payment gateway as paytm. as i dont have balance in paytm wallet so i need to recharge
                          from axis bank. the payment is deducted from bank, they told that it was paid to paytm, but paytm can not give details and directly refused this.

                            I recharged 200 in my Metro Card[protected] on 18/07/2018 and when i try to validate it on EVM Machine it says that there is no recharge to be valid, i asked from the customer care of metro they said that there is no recharge done on this card. On Paytm it shows successful and money also deducted from my bank account.
                            KIndly look into this matter.

                                I have tried to book a season ticket in IRCTC using RBL debut card which have gone a failure transaction.I have contacted the RBL, they people told me that I should contact beneficiary.So i contacted IRCTC, for which they have replied there was no issue with them.Then I have tried to contact The beneficiary Bank which is PayTm which gave me literal psychological torture.Those people have a lot of customer care numbers and every contact is suggesting a new customer care number.I have tried all the numbers for a whole day.But i couldn't get any Response.The amount was 402.97.

                                  I was done a transaction of amount Rs 897.00 on July 17, 2018 towards PAYTM MOBILE SOLUTION has been debited successfully from your Savings AccountXX6609.The amount is debited from my account but it was not credited to concern beneficiary. As per ICICI bank the Biller Paytm Mobile solution already received the amount & they have given the bill details in below.

                                  ICICI Bank- Bill payment RS 897.00, Payment ID: [protected]; Consumer Code:[protected]_DISHTVAPPBill Reference Information: UR17-07-18RO[protected].

                                  Kindly confirm the reason & if the amount was not paid to beneficiary why the deducted amount is not returned to bank till now.

                                      I received payment of rs6000 to my merchant account on 11 july. Till date i did not receive the amount to my bank account. I call morethan 100 times to paytm merchant helpline but the representative keep saying the same that will get the amount in 48 hours. Please loom into this and requeste to slove the issue.                                       After which i receive another payment which got settled into my bank but the 6000rs still didn't received

                                        Please refund my amount on orders [protected], [protected].the amount has been not refunded till now and i ask for my amount that should be refunded for the orders placed on 24th june.they promised to refund it by 15 days yet they didn't.it could be a small amount for them but not for people like us.the orders were cancelled yet the amount has not been refunded.
