Dear Sir,
I have trasaction on 10th june in paytm app.
I have adding 15449 amount paytm wallet,
In paytm wallet have option refund on same trasaction detail and i have just click to refund. And paytm system take 15 day before trasaction account number and refund money wrong account.
Still there are not accept their system mistake.
10th june trasaction account how to catch up 15 day before trasaction account...

I I have taken so may services from Paytm business A /C like Phone recharge, Flight tickets bookings, Hotel bookings, Bill payment, Shopping, amount transfers and many more. This is really bad, somebody did online fraud by doing shopping from my paytm wallet, worth Rs 54000/- purchase of 2 mobile phones. I didn't received any OTP. And any massage from Paytm side.
Shopping was done through CCAvenue and delivery address was near Haryana.
I am lodging FIR against Paytm, because this is due to bad security arrangements of Paytm. And this is really ridiculous that I didn't received any OTP.

This is a pathetic support which i got from paytm and i didn't even excepted this from you guys incase if the customer by mistakenly doing the recharge as one time exception you need to help the customers if this is the case we never encourage paytm because we also have many e-wallets to use apart from this.

please try to help me out to get back the money

I ordered kevin tv on 9th of june and it was delivered on 19th june. the piece was defected and i raised the return request on the same day and it was approved by paytm on 23rd of june. Till now no one came for pickup and from last 10 days they are asking me to wait for 24 hours.
