My daughter made a payment for the CA Foundation Course through the official web site of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India using Paytm channel on 24 June 2018.

The payment was effected using my debit card issued by the Indusind bank. Though the amount of Rs.9200/- was debited from my account the CA Institute informed that the amount was not credited to their account.

My bank transaction shows that the amount was transferred as VIS POS TXN AT IN/PAYTM APP NOIDA to Paytm account at NOIDA.

I sent an email to [protected]@paytm.com. But the reply I got was as follows:

To resolve your issue, please go to 24x7 Help on the Paytm app.

I tried using the app. But there was no option to resolve an issue like the one I was facing.

There was no option to send an email or to forward documents as attachments in support of my grievance,

I tried calling the Paytm toll free number several times but there was no option there either and most surprisingly there was no option at all to talk to the customer care executive.

I FEEL TERRIBLY CHEATED AND DEFRAUDED BY PAYTM AND THERE IS NO WAY I CAN COMMUNCICATE THE ISSUE WITH PAYTM.

I received only one product. after that I chat to customer care they accept it that there is a problem somewhere and we are not delivered your one product. after that, no response.i have tax invoice of 2 quantity of product.

      On 20/03/2018 my sister used paytm app & send money from the bank. Amount of **500rs**. But she hadn't done her KYC & the Same stution with me. The money was deducted from her bank account.         This is regarding paytm transactions done from the wallet on 30 july 2018
        ( wallet Txn id [[protected]])
        i tried to buying rs 2249 from my wallet to shopper stop online shopping however the transaction got failed but the money has been desucted from the wallet.
        so far i have called the customer care 30 times or even more.They just give me reference number but no money.so i was decide to case the paytm. please provide my money my email accout is [protected]@gmail.com.

          During ticket booking when i was processing for payment i choose paytm mobile service and my amount debited by 434 rs and ticket not booked... Please solve it out... And refund my money please

          During Booking my train ticket i selected the paytm mobile solution for paytm by axis bank net banking money deducted but still not confirm about ticket.

          I have regular user Paytm but my last order mob [protected], I have card size mob colour black but received red colour when send return request then courier boy said he have different EMI no and reject to liked and I have mail Paytm but no reply this is fraud no one reply and not resolve my problem

            I ordered a panasonic trimmer from les gadgets, New Delhi via paytm and cancelled it the following day since it was not available at the store . Now when I called for refund to the shop they said it would have been done by now as they had received the package. But their was no money added to my account and neither the status was updated that they had received the package. Please refund my money as early as possible and give me updates of the action you took. Waiting for your reply

              Ref.: Electricity (Consumer ID No.[protected] Bill No.[protected], Bill month July, 2018.

              This is to inform you that I paid the above mentioned bill through PAYTM, the payment Gateway of West Bengal State Electricity Distribution Company Limited on 03.07.2018 at 09:48:12 and amount of Rs. 776.78 has been deducted from my savings A/c No.[protected], IFSC- UTIB0001481(AXIS Bank, Rajpur Branch). But transaction has been failure due to some unknown reason though amount has been deducted.

                I have booked ticket from anand vihar to allahabad but money has been deducted and ticket has been not booked the payment of rs 959.97 has been done through paytm and i contact to irctc they have said they did not recieve any amount from paytm and then i contact to paytm they have said they have transfer the money to irctc so what can i do please solve the issues and refund my money ...

                  I got a mail from borderless panel access that rs.300 have been added to my paytm account. I got a similar mail from paytm as well but my paytm wallet isn't showing the transaction. I've tried contacting the paytm customer care service but my call ws disconnected many times. I have also tried the paytm 24x7 support, but I keep getting the msg that the issue has been resolved.

                      My paytm account has been blocked for no reason from past 15 days even after writing numberous mail and calling several time they are at all interested to solve the issue my accou t is in paytm payment bank which i have linked with my salary account.when i contacted customer care they are allways sayi g its a wrong input even after trying several time even after giving adhar number .morever my messages and query numbers from all issues section automatically gets deleted is it a fraud going on from there end .kindly help as all my money and everything is stuck in there even after writing several time the same thing they are not at all willing to help and resolve my faith for paytm is gone.my paytm id is linked with sgs.[protected]@gmail.com

                        My friend transferred amount through paytm using debit card 2 months before
                        till now money did not credited in my account and when I call to care they
                        are irresponsible And many times I contact them but they told me the same
                        reason finally they did not resolve the issue. Like me how many people
                        facing this problem and where the money goes.
                        Many people facing the same problem but they are irresponsible
                        Actually my problem is with receiving money but they didn't provide any customer care number with that problem.

                            Dear Sir,
                            I have trasaction on 10th june in paytm app.
                            I have adding 15449 amount paytm wallet,
                            In paytm wallet have option refund on same trasaction detail and i have just click to refund. And paytm system take 15 day before trasaction account number and refund money wrong account.
                            Still there are not accept their system mistake.
                            10th june trasaction account how to catch up 15 day before trasaction account no. With out any selection option for refund account. Paytm executive told me your hand select option for refund. Your side mistake for this Trasaction. Not accepted his system. And i also share them my statement and card statement. Still not refund my money in my wallet or card.

                              My Paytm number is [protected]. I am using Paytm business account from last 2 years. I I have taken so may services from Paytm business A /C like Phone recharge, Flight tickets bookings, Hotel bookings, Bill payment, Shopping, amount transfers and many more. Paytm suddenly stop my business services. Don't know the reason. I have many thing to do with Paytm only but now not able use it..its hamper my business badly. Kindly resolve it ASAP.
                              While I am going to transfer money to my bank account. Its charging extra amount. Why so..Kindly explain me about it.You guys didn’t inform me before stop such services which You count do this such thing its hamper the business which is related to you
                              No other way to communicate

                                  This is really bad, somebody did online fraud by doing shopping from my paytm wallet, worth Rs 54000/- purchase of 2 mobile phones. I didn't received any OTP. And any massage from Paytm side.
                                  Shopping was done through CCAvenue and delivery address was near Haryana.
                                  I am lodging FIR against Paytm, because this is due to bad security arrangements of Paytm. And this is really ridiculous that I didn't received any OTP.
                                  What kind of Online security is this?

                                      Hi sir/ madam,
                                      I ordered a Pendrive on Paytm for which I have paid. I placed the order on 24th Jun 2018. They changed the status of the order to delivered on 28th June 2018, even though I did not receive the product. Immediately I contacted them and raised an issue. They have responded with a proof of delivery document which was not signed by me or any of my family members who stay in the address I mentioned in the order. I informed them that the signature does not belong to us, for which they responded saying that they will investigate. I waited for 5 days and asked them about my issue status. They said that they have delivered it already.

                                      The Paytm order number is: [protected] and the query reference number that was raised by me on Paytm is: 73398651.

                                        I payment an electric bill on dated 03/07/2018, time 09:15:58. My consumer id[protected], amount rs. 310.93 deducted from my ubi bank a/c, but wbsedcl says payment status failure. Why ?
                                        wbsedcl and paytm server is a fraud server ?
                                        when amount deducted from my a/c wbsedcl showing - reconciliation pendind, receive amount rs. 310.93, date - 03/07/2018 06:15:58 then after 2 days why showing failure ?

                                        immediately do it payment status is success otherwise my amount refund to ubi bank a/c. My a/c details are given below :
