This is to inform you that I paid the above mentioned bill through PAYTM, the payment Gateway of West Bengal State Electricity Distribution Company Limited on 03.07.2018 at 09:48:12 and amount of Rs. 776.78 has been deducted from my savings A/c No.[protected], IFSC- UTIB0001481(AXIS Bank, Rajpur Branch). But transaction has been failure due to some unknown reason though amount has been deducted.

I have regular user Paytm but my last order mob [protected], I have card size mob colour black but received red colour when send return request then courier boy said he have different EMI no and reject to liked and I have mail Paytm but no reply this is fraud no one reply and not resolve my problem
