Jisse y number kisi or ko dediya gaya. Maine kai bar customer care ko call kara par jawab mila ki apka account close nahi ho sakta. Why my account security. If anyone use my card etc. I complaint police also

Paytm plays with consumer's details and betrays with lies, I had contacted on around 5th march for updating KYC as I couldnt do on the bloody apps. They then responded like millions years later and asked for transaction bank details, shared, asked to wait, waited, then again lies and just lies, they have now stopped my account due to incomplete KYC, where as I am still waiting for KYC as unable to put on apps

More than 1 month gone but till yet 2000 cashback not credited. I applied promo code j2k but due to technical error in paytm system it didn't showing after placing order so its not my fault. I also file query to paytm but they are saying you didn't applied any promo code, i apllied but due to their system issue it didn't applied. Kindly credit the cashback as soon as possible.

My name is usha nand gowli. I lost my credit card on 22nd nov 2017 and got paytm transactions done without my knowledge or otps or messages sent on my mobile. Upon placing complaint in bank and further investigation they told me that the transactions were done by my friend. Now, what i need is clear evidence of the transactions which were done by her along with the name and phone number. I request you to provide some details of the transactions so that i can get my amount back from her.

Store man charged 20 rupes for completing kyc in paytm
He has been charging with everyone by saying this is my machine and i will charge...
Paytm does not charge any money for doing kyc

Hello i am paytm user and i am using paytm from last 1 year and and in month of feb. 2018 i had done one transaction of rs. 10, 000/- add money to my walet and i cannot able to c that money ion walet. After that i had call to customer care and they guys told me that it will been shown in 48 hours. After waiting for next four days i havent received money ti my walet or to my bank i call again and again they told me the same and i ask his branch name then they told that they will not have policy to provide address and simply give me case no. : which is 03027660 and that time i had word with alok and he told that he has forwarded to his higher management and will clear in 2 days and i will received call. Again i wait for 5 days and after that again they told that it will resolve in 2 days and after that i ask him to transfer call to floor manager and they told to hold on call and approx 50 min. They had put my call in hold than i had simply hung up my call because they are not responding. Here i am attaching screen shot please go through that and doo needful. Its not an small amount it is rs. 10, 000/- which is more then my salary. So its my humble request to take strick action against paytm

My complaint against paytm.com regarding my order women's oval dial arabic numerals bracelet wristwatch order no. [protected]. It was received damage item. I was complaint them and his representative mr arvind ([protected]) picked my item on 26th march 18 at 8pm but payment not refund from paytm

Offer code was applied"onceamonth"at the time of placing the order on the total amount and it showed in the application like"i will get the cashback of rs. 157 after 24 hrs of the item being shipped and i did not recieve the cash back yet even the item has been delivered.

My kyc is also complete and i am eligible for the cashback of rs.157.

Instead after lot of arguments with customer support they simply gave me cashback of rs. 3. I dont know what i will do with that.
They can keep that amount with themselves.

I just want my actual cashback of rs. 157 which was showed at the time of placing the order after applying promocode "onceamonth".

Please dont play with customer after giving rs. 3 as a cashback. You can take back that.

E on 22nd (20000) and 24th (12800), today date is 30-03-18, i'm calling daily to customer care, they are not solving my issue, they are not even able to explain the problem occurred, i do not know why paytm is hiring illiterates in bpo, shame on them, i got all the recordings which i spoke to paytm customer care. Dear sir,

I have tried to make a recharge through paytm on dated 04.01.2018 for rs. 349.00, using my credit card issued by kotak mahindra bank, but this transaction was unsuccessful due to technical reason.

I really surprised to know that even it was unsuccessful transaction, rs. 349.00 was debited from my credit card on 04.01.2018 and not refunded till now. I have written many e-mails to kotak mahindra bank to refund rs. 349 o[censored]nsuccessful transaction but they inform me by return e-mail that paytm has claimed this amount and kotak bank (Credit card) can not refund this amount to me.
Kindly look into the matter and take the action against paytm, why they have claimed rs. 349/- for above unsuccessful transaction.

My paytm bank account no is[protected]. On[protected] my balance was rs.75 but in the after noon when i checked my balance it show rs.0. I have checked my bank account transaction it show last transaction shoe "money receive 50" no deduction transaction display after that. How it possible without any transaction money deduct from my bank account.
I have mail to paytm "help and support" but no feedback received. What is going on, it is very frustrating.
Is there any one to check my problem.

this is mohammed faiz, mob no-[protected]. My qr code is blocked and
 account also blocked from getting payment. I want you to activate my
merchant account please. I am facing lots of problem and
difficulties. I provided all documents by email on payments helpdesk on 23rd feb 2018 till now my account is not activated. They told me with in 4days your account will be activated but still its not activated. I call many times and i email many times only refference no come but no solution. I am still waiting. When i get my solution i didn't know. As i am loyal customer thats why you are harashing me. Thank you paytm for this. I dont have any hope on you paytm. Reference number 02289000. You only promise that with in 2 to 3 days your account will activated but till now its not why

I m trying to pay postpaid mobile bill and transaction was failed but money was withdrawn in my bank account.. Now i m trying to call sms and many time but none reply my complaints.. I m so tired to call in paytm customer care.. Its a waste of time.. If i dont get my refund money. I will creat a very big issue for paytm.. As soo as possible give me my refund money..

I recharged a twice time phone number by mistake and tried to ask for help from paytm not replied. one day go but not reply customer care. is a way to work. by sending the reference number and asking to consult my service provider but my service provider (VODAFONE) customer Care said that the recharges fone through paytm are third party recharge and these recharges can't be reversed so I know that my money is gone but I request paytm to resolve this problem to protect its customer's money in future.

Jab tak bar bar complaint na ki jae tab tak paisa refund nahi karte ye log..jo 24hours me cashback hona chahie us cashback k lie 3-4 din minimum lagta h inhe..agar koi complaint karni ho koi issue ho to ghanto call karte rhna pdta hai fir bhi call recieve nhi hota..i have called them 4 times and each time i was put on hold for more than hours..and yet my call was not recieved..im unable to send or pay or transfer money to anybody..and just now i logged out by mistake and when im loging in again and putting the right password then it is giving an error everytime and also blocked my account for one hour..now im clicking forgot password if to get another password then again all their executives are busy and im been put on hold..i have called hundreds of times from different numbers also but no cal is getting recieved..this contact issue is happening for almost a month..i had complaint to paytm also. Given negative feedback also..but they r not ready to imrove thenselves..

I am trying to link my aadhaar to my paytm account but it doesn't allow me to do so as its showing the error message 'the aadhaar is already linked to another number, please login with that number'. I have complained to paytm several times and also got multiple refernce numbers regarding the respective complaints but still no resolution. It seems like someone has linked his account wrongly through my aadhaar number. If anything goes wrong with that paytm account then the blame come on my name as its my aadhaar number linked account. The latest reference number is 55154532

Kindly solve the issue asap
