I can't open my paytm on this number [protected]
My paytm no is [protected], an unknown person sent me rs.2520 on 3rd March and he complaint on paytm that it is a fraud transaction. Now paytm is saying to give screenshot of sender's passbook but the sender is saying that he dont need that money so he will not give any screenshot. Please, better your services, unblock my account.

    Hello sir,
    As i'm contacting so many times with paytm customer care but they are always not supporting properly.

    My issue is - i'm unable to login paytm app in my mobile.
    After login always getting below msg in paytm app -
    "oooops... Something is wrong here. If this issue persists, please raise a query at paytm/care. Thank you for your patience."
    I'm also submitted my request on paytm care but still my issue not resolved.
    In this regards i'm able to login my account in website but not in mobile.
    So that requesting to you kindly resolve my issue as soon so that i can use your services.

    Hi, I am Srushti. There has been fraud deduction from my Axis bank account through PUR/PAYTM/Noida/PAYTM. one transaction of 1250 happened on 30/01/2018 at 08:09:05 and the other transaction of 650 Rupees happened on 30/01/2018 at 11:22:30.

    Please help me with this complaint.

        Dear sir/madam, i have two paytm acct linked with my two different mob no. One of which get done kyc with aadhar card. The other paytm acct kyc is not being done as aadhar is already linked with former paytm acct and due to this i am not able to use my second paytm acct balance (Rs 8900). To get done kyc of my second paytm acct i talked to paytm customer care and requested to delete the former paytm acct and put the request through registered email. Since last 4-5 days i talked to customer care several time and no action is taken in this regard. The call to paytm customer care is high costly and i wasted my 100 rupees on the calls. I request you to take necessary action to resole the issue to avoid the problem being faced by the me. Thank you

          Paytm you have pathetic services.. I has ordered products 10 days ago and they sent a wrong item (4 wrong items).. And since then i have been trying to return it... But they keep cancelling it.. Nobody is picking the products from home and the vendor is not answering my phone. I have called customer care so many times amd they said they will escalate but there is no response 😡😡😡

          Sir i need paytm ekyc device, i asked 15days back but no responce
          On 12th March 2018, i had made a transaction from my paytm no [protected] and it got failed not redirected to irctc web page and no notification from paytm also about transaction error .. Every time I call customer care they don't reply.. saying it's not their department and a gives a no. which is unreachable...
          Sir I have not got my tranaictions as I have complated many transictions

          We are calling customer care and the amount each time i call is of min 40rs. The Fault is with ur side of not crediting the amount and still charging 40rs each time i call..And i will complain this to consumer court.very bad from ur side

                  I have registered my kyc on [protected] which is my office number and want to change the kyc number to [protected] which is my personal number.
                  In [protected] account, i had 5000 rs wallet amount and few gold purchases which are vanished after converting the kyc registered number to [protected] which was suggested by kyc center.
                  Now i am struggling for my 5k bucks and my e-gold too.
                  They dnt have any customer care representative to resolve the query on priority basis.

                    I initiated for my kyc verification and when i call the center which is shown in my paytm app in kyc nearby, they denied to come and verify. I have office so how can i go for this kind of verification. I[censored] did it mandatory then you should provide the facility at my address.

Paytm is not responding to calls or messages. So i have chosen to put a complaint on indian consumer complaint form. I need a full refund or replacement of product.                           I have purchased a samsung s9 plus from paytm for rs -64900 on 15th march. It promised to give a cashback of 6000 withing 24 hours but i didn't get it till now. I am trying to reach paytm daily but it is not replying. I have tried calling coustomer care several times, waited for 10-15 minutes but there no human voice. Now i am confused what to do as my 6000 cashback is still lingering in air.

                              I purchased a lenovo laptop from paytm (Vide order no.[protected]) on 22/10/2017 at the time of purchase paytm provide me accidental damage protection warranty. But someday back i try to avail adp, lenovo denied to provide me the same. When i approach to paytm they answering me after one month of my complaint the warranty activated after redemption. But at the time of purchase nobody inform regarding this redemption process. Even not mentioned on invoice provided by paytm.

                                The payment (10000) was done on one week ago.in paytm it showing as successful. But still now i didn't get the money in my bank account. I spoke to paytm customer services. They told the money was not transferred to the bank. Then i asked about the refund. They said yes but still now they didn't credited the amount. May be there are not in a position to return back the amount. Every time they are neglecting and postponing the time. Please resolve the issue.

                                    The options to reach out to paytm care thru phones are blocked out.
                                    The following amounts do not show in my wallet and neither have been paid out
                                    24/02/2018 paytm noida in 160.00 dr
                                    24/02/2018 paytm WWW.PAYTM.IN 1030.00 dr
                                    Besides 1140 credited to paytm wallet on 8th feb 2018 rs 1140/- at 9.44 pm
                                    Wallet transaction #[protected].
                                    The other 2 transactions 160 & 1030 is a debit on my credit card, not showing in paytm wallet.

                                    Calls to [protected] and [protected] does not have options and disconnects by itself.

                                      Request your kind intervention in the matter of

                                      "paytm going back on their word after confirming cashback in writing."
                                      (Image of proof of commitment attached)

                                      Since i have all commitments from paytm in writing (Pic attached), i believe paytm is wrong in denying me the cashback when they have clearly stated "as a goodwill gesture, we would be adding a cashback of inr 8000 to your paytm wallet, in line with the on-going promocode: samsung8 on the product."

                                      Hence, have had no choice but to approach the consumer complaints forum to rectify the wrong that is being done here.

                                      Brief summary of the sequence of events;

                                      1. Had made a purchase of the samsung note 8 wherein the promocode for the cashback of rs. 8000/- was not getting activated. The dealer bhavesh from cell city spoke to ashish from paytm and was instructed the make the purchase without the promo code and that ashish from paytm would initiate the cashback coupon from his office at paytm. (Confirmation of promo code activation from ashish is shown in image attached)

                                      Here is the transcript for your ready reference - (Regarding your concern about cashback for order [protected] of samsung galaxy note 8 sm-n950f (Maple gold), i would like to inform you that as per our system, no promocode was applied while placing this order. Cashbacks, deals and promotions offered by paytm can only be availed by application of a promo code at the time of placing an order.

                                      However, as a goodwill gesture, we would be adding a cashback of inr 8000 to your paytm wallet, in line with the on-going promocode: samsung8 on the product.
                                      The cashback will be processed to your paytm wallet within 10 working days.)

                                      This confirmation was received on feb 9 at 6.53pm.

                                      2. Thereafter on 09 feb, 09:01 pm, i got another message from paytm confirming the cashback. Here is the proof of the same - 'as per your concern we would like to inform you that cashback of inr 8000 will be credited after 10 days from the date of delivery of your phone."
                                      (Proof of this commitment is in the pic attached)

                                      3. When i wrote to them saying that the cashback was not credited, i even got a message on 22 feb, 01:25 pm saying that as an exception they would credit the cashback to my bank account as soon as i sent them the bank account details. (Proof in the image attached)

                                      4. Have been following up since then and now they have gone back on their word stating that i am not eligible for cashback since the promocode was not applied. Here is the mail i received from them -

                                      Dear zahira,

                                      I would like to inform you that cashback, deals and discounts offered by paytm are applicable only by application of the valid promo code at the time of placing an order. As per our system your order [protected] & product samsung galaxy note 8 sm-n950f (Maple gold) is not eligible for cashback as no valid promo code was applied at the time of placing the order.

                                      Therefore, we would not be able to process your request further.

                                      This is proof that paytm has gone back on their word.

                                      Thankfully all communication was in writing and not verbal.

                                      Request your kind intervention in taking up this matter with paytm and getting paytm to credit my cashback as committed.

                                      Looking forward to the matter getting resolved at the earliest.

                                      Please refer to query ref no. 51568149 where you'll have acknowledged and initiated the cashback of rs. 8, 000/- to my account which didn't not reflect as i had exceeded the cash limit. Therefore, the cashback was on hold. I was also requested to give my bank details, which i did but the cash back is still not credited to my paytm account nor my bank account.

                                      Attached are the snapshots from my cell showing paytm's commitment to giving me my cashback.

                                        Sir,
                                        I added rupees 1000 to my wallet through upi. But money was not added to my paytm wallet although transaction is shown to be successful.
                                        Te customer care executives are not listening to it and after waiting for 30 minutes with call on hold one person received the call and again he transferred the call to other guy and since then again no response no one is ready to accept the call.
