Since Govt has made KYC mandate for wallet money.
i checked how to do KYC in paytm.

i got two options
1) try at paytm centers for KYC.
2) call the person at home for KYC

when i went KYC center the person was asking for money for doing KYC.
i raised a complain in paytm but still i can see the same center in the list.

when i tried the second option, i am still waiting...

I booked ticket on 17th march 2018 and my PNR number is [protected].
Tickets wasn't confirm by irctc so they cancelled it automatically. And when I was paying money they was showing payment is going through paytm. They were showing powered by paytm.
Now the issue is i am not getting back my money. They didn't refund me.
How can I get them back or what is the processor of it...

Sir, i have tried to book tickets through www.irctc.co.in on 05/03/2018. After i confirmed the otp code, amount deducted from my account but ticket not booked. Then i again booked ticket.
For one ticket i paid twice, kindly refund my amount rs. 6231.80 as early as possible. As a proof i am uploading my accounts snap shot for your reference.

A few days back, as per rbi rules paytm implemented the mandatory for kyc in wallet/money transaction. I have given my details in the app on 6th mar 2018 afterwards it shows nearest paytm kyc centre. They asked money 20-40inr for kyc verification.

Hello, my self priyanka using paytm wallet for recharge i recharged for 199 on 2nd mar but didn't got balance and again i did after some time, didn't got too. As on mar'5 th i recharged for same 199 i got but amount was deducted three times from my account..

I had placed an order [protected] for himalaya sparkling white toothpaste. On the description page qty was mentioned as 500gms. But physically i received only 160gms. When I raised a query and requested to supply lacking qty, I did not get proper response and Paytm raised a return request. This is very strange. Onn 28th Feb at 21:30 hours, I have received a message from Paytm that "As Per RBI guidelines, you can do free money Transfer from your Paytm wallet to bank a/c till 28.02.18 visit http://m.p.tm/rbic to know more" message came from transactional ID "VKPAYTMB"
my concern are - First of all if this was a regulatory message from RBI then why did Paytm blast this message to their customer's on the last day.

I have requested paytm to revert the amount sent wrongly to [[protected]].
And after it was sent i called to that number to revert me back money and it was not picked and request made through paytm app to send money which was declined. I am completely helpless as i transferred amount from paytm wallet not from bank.. No chance of stopping transaction from bank. Paytm needs to be active and get my money back from that...
