An amount of rs 4350 not credited to my account inspite of the fact that sender showed transaction as successful. More so no one in customer care responds.. Looks like we have made them too big for them to hear. I have lost my confidence and will avoid using paytm. I did not take the transaction id as it was succesful. More so i am unhappy at the non customer caring attitude

      I ordered an iphone x 64 gb silver color via order no. [protected] on 27/02/2018 and received the package on the same day. Inside the box was an iphone 6 body filled with mud with screen tapped to it. I have already shared an unboxing video of the same with paytm care & also the pics they have asked me to share.

      Despite providing enough proof i have been told by paytm care via mail that after their investigation they have found that correct product was delievered. Their mail said that no empty box was delivered when i never complained about an empty box.

      This is the mail i have received from paytm-

      "dear lalit,

      This is regarding your concern for receiving an empty box for order id [protected].

      We launched a full scale investigation and our checks have confirmed that correct product was delivered to you. Therefore, we will not be able to proceed your request further.

      Hope this helps.

      Sincerely"

        Sir/madam,
        I have paid the electricity bill of company mppkvvcl number [protected] today on date 9.3.2018.
        I am not intrested for the insurance said above in the suject. Kindly cancel the "home burglary insurance" of rs. 1 lac for rs. 15 which added by default, it is ticked in check box automatically. I also request you to refund ₹ 15/- into my bank account or paytm wallet.

          Sir, both the above nos are fraud and taking money through paytm by making one organisation on online job as jetearn.com. They asked to deposit 800/- rupees for online registrationthe wallet no [protected] (Subba raju) and wallet no -[protected] but after payment made through you (Paytm), neither they give receipt not any reply nor mail even not receiving the telephone. Hence i request u to block the above fraud wallet nos immediately and return back the money. And intimate this fraud to police also. As they are taking though your organisation, it will hamper the goodwill of paytm

            Dear sir,
            Only yesterday night i came to know after checking my bank statement that some one is sending money some where using pay tm. When i called my bank to block my card and give me information and requested them to provide me list of phone no.'s or names of persons those who received money, they blocked my card immediately and advised me to contact you for this information and at same time file a police complaint in cyber crime cell of delhi police. But first i need your help in providing all the names and phone numbers of people who received money from my icici bank account number[protected] from 20th february to 7th march. And this is just for your information that this was the 3rd time in last 2 years when i was cheated this way. My phone no. Is [protected]. I am waiting for your reply. Thanks

              With due respect i would like to say that i, prosenjit roy is a subscriber of paytm company. This subscriber name was mr. Prosenjit roy and paytm a/c no is [protected]. This query no are 54864025 and 53529349

              I am sorry to say that i can't update my paytm kyc. Even paytm agent can't update my paytm kyc. Before some month ago when i login paytm on mobile then kyc option was fulfilled mandatory. Then i have putted my aadhaar no and name and then i submitted. Finally display is shown by me that your requested has been received but no one call me to my phone.

              I also inform you that in this week paytm agent (Saha snack) can't update my paytm kyc. Agent said to me your aadhaar card already exit. So i am help less.

              I sent my complaint to the help and support center and i wrote that i want to remove my aadhaar card but paytm can't response within one weak.

              That's why i am satisfied that paytm is a very very fraud and cheat company.

                Firstly they lock my account means there is not placing any product to my address. After that they told me that your account is not verified (Kyc). After verifying my kvc same problem is occurring. I have tried to contact my ways but they r not responding.
                I just want to close my paytm account at any cost.

                  Dear paytm, my i'd is [protected], now i am not happy continue your service, you cheated me. Now i submitted my transaction proofs.
                  1. I was added rs.8000 from my wife salary savings account on 1. March 2018.13:13:29. My wife ac. M. Evangeline geetha, iob maduranthagam. Kancheepuram district. Sb.28420

                  2. You added that amount to voucher, simply you tell what we are going to do. So you injured my blood without any pain. That amount is not from credit card, it is from my savings account. So you cheated and eat past 6 days my financial activities.

                  3. Last three days i spoke to your call centre persons from noida, near 3 hours, who wants to pay. I will give you to time for recovering. Otherwise i will goto legal action. This is my nation. Govt to provide a space to serve a public, no one corporate to cheat in my neibour or me.

                      They fixed the appointment to verify the documents but no one visited.
                      Even though couple of complaints placed in paytm customer portal, we havnt received any response.
                      I have added around 10000rs to my paytm account and am unable to transfer/use the amount due to pending kyc.

                        I had transfered 40000/-from my paytm balance to my bank account but still i didnt get credit in my bank accout, i visited my bank today but in there system no amt is showing so were my amt gone if it is not with my banker and not with you.. Due to your all mistaks why u should suffer than why u all showing the option of return back from wallet to ur bank account i saw that option thats why again i done that i m from rti director regulator if by tom i will not receive my 40000/- in my bank account or else in my paytm account.                           Dear Paytm,
                          my paytm does not supported and asked for KYC to be done, i requested for KYC through my Paytm app. Received a call few minutes back from [protected], behaviour of the lady was awkward and not able to answer my queries for KYC, the moment i said that this call is being recorded, she used abusive language and hanged the phone. I have 2600 INR in my paytm app, please reimburse this amount as soon as possible, i am not intended to use Paytm anymore.

                            With reference to above subject I transfer Rs. 7100/- from my bank account to paytm wallet for sending money to another bank account of hdfc bank. But it didn't get transfer due to kyc incompletion. Then I completed the kyc formality from the nearest kyc centre. Then I logged out of paytm, then again I tried to log in but my password was not taking. So, I change my password after that when I successfully log in I found that my paytm wallet balance of Rs 7100/- & previous transactions in paytm had vanished & that vanished amount didn't refund back in my back in my boi account. I tried the customer care no. But they i asked me the transaction ID but how could i get the transaction ID if i lost all details, also made contact with the paytm employee but they get reply.So I requested you to please refund that amount of Rs 7100/- either in my bank account or in my paytm wallet.

                              Today March 7th 2018, we did a transaction - Rs 5000 to my paytm account..it was failed but money has deducted from my bank account.. please resolve this ASAP...

                                Since Govt has made KYC mandate for wallet money.
                                i checked how to do KYC in paytm.

                                i got two options
                                1) try at paytm centers for KYC.
                                2) call the person at home for KYC

                                when i went KYC center the person was asking for money for doing KYC.
                                i raised a complain in paytm but still i can see the same center in the list.

                                when i tried the second option, i am still waiting for the person to come.
                                and my money is locked in paytm.

                                not sure how to proceed for the same.

                                  I booked ticket on 17th march 2018 and my PNR number is [protected].
                                  Tickets wasn't confirm by irctc so they cancelled it automatically. And when I was paying money they was showing payment is going through paytm. They were showing powered by paytm.
                                  Now the issue is i am not getting back my money. They didn't refund me.
                                  How can I get them back or what is the processor of it

                                    I booked two railway tickets from irctc on 2 march 2018:

                                    1 tatkal ticket from kanpur to samdhari in train no. 15632 for 4 march 2018, but due to no seat available i didn't get confirm ticket but amount was debited from my account. Detail is following:

                                    Railway ticket booked transaction id: [protected]
                                    Cancellation id/ refund id: [protected]
                                    Amount: 2180 rs.

                                    1 tatkal ticket from kanpur to jodhpur in train no. 12307 for 4 march 2018, but due to no seat available i didn't get confirm ticket but amount was debited from my account. Detail is following:

                                    Railway ticket booked transaction id: [protected]
                                    Cancellation id/ refund id: [protected]
                                    Amount: 1420 rs.

                                    According to the rule refund of failed transactions where payment is deducted will be credited automatically in 3-4 working days but i haven't get.

                                    In my irctc account it is showing that on 2 march 2018, railway refund that amount to paytmsdk but it is not credit into my account.

                                    This is my request to paytmsdk to refund my mentioned amounts.
                                    Just getting call from agents. No one is visiting the promises to complete same. I have raised a request twice to complete the KYC, no response from. Past 40 days

                                      Sir, i have tried to book tickets through www.irctc.co.in on 05/03/2018. After i confirmed the otp code, amount deducted from my account but ticket not booked. Then i again booked ticket.
                                      For one ticket i paid twice, kindly refund my amount rs. 6231.80 as early as possible. As a proof i am uploading my accounts snap shot for your reference.

                                        A few days back, as per rbi rules paytm implemented the mandatory for kyc in wallet/money transaction. I have given my details in the app on 6th mar 2018 afterwards it shows nearest paytm kyc centre. They asked money 20-40inr for kyc verification.
                                        I have few clarification about this, this rules for paytm not for customer. They should take care of the processing of their business and also i noticed its free of cost. I informed to the retailer he replied me we will be charging a minimum amount of 20/-inr and also he said if you want to raise the complaint against me to do it without any fears. He doesn't care about anything. I have doubt paytm won't pay anything to the retailer for regarding this so kyc centre peoples charging and take a money from the customer pocket because of i have already raised a complaint against his kyc centre on 6th mar 2018 but till the day there is no response from paytm for regarding this.
                                        Paytm motivate the kyc centre people to do indirectly getting money instead of paytm paying to retailers for service charges.

                                        Note: paytm losing the trust and privileges of the customer.

                                        There is no response from Paytm after registered my compliant in customer care and here.
                                        Iam BC AGENT State bank of india paytm/partner registration request submitted successfully. 10 days completed. paytm executive not responding
