Dear sir
I have requested paytm to revert the amount sent wrongly to [[protected]].
And after it was sent i called to that number to revert me back money and it was not picked and request made through paytm app to send money which was declined. I am completely helpless as i transferred amount from paytm wallet not from bank.. No chance of stopping transaction from bank. Paytm needs to be active and get my money back from that...

I have done a transaction of Rs 3800/- on 4th march by UPI transfer to my paytm payments bank account!, I have received a message saying that 3800 successfully received, UPI Transfer id[protected].But the same amount is not getting reflected in my paytm payments banks account. I have paid electricity bill from pspcl no.[protected] through paytm online site on 5.3.2018 through credit card amount of bill rs.900 deducted from my account but bill is still showing pending on 7.3.2018. I have complaint about it to the paytm but nothing is heard after 48 hours of transaction. I have also complaint about the transaction on telephone....

I didn't purchase any product through paytm... But, money was deducted from my paytm wallet... Without any intimation.. Rectify these kind of issues...
That time i didn't carry my wallet... And i had a cup of t... Wn i was trying to pay the bill that time i realised... My paytm account has no money.. The money was deducted... It's a very embarrassing...

And i want to know the reason.. And i want my money back.....

I has done a transaction of 2700 to my sbi bank but the money was not credited to my sbi bank account. Paytm account balance is cut. Initially he sent 100 transaction successful but when he done another transaction of 2700 money was deducted but not credited to my sbi bank account.

Hello sir/madam,

On 1st jan 2018 i have done one transaction to some incorrect account number of pmc bank. I have raise a complaint to pmc bank and bank guys hold the funds and later they tried to revert the same using the same upi (Paytm bhim) transaction and the transaction was declined by upi itseems. So please look into this issue.

Amount was : 10153rs.

Sir, on 05/03/2018 i have booked train ticket through irctc.co.in site. Payment gateway accept the amount bur ticket not booked. Hence i rebook tickets. I paid twice for one time booking. Still i am waiting my amount credited in my bank account from your side.

I'm purchased on the recharge amount 398/- but it's credited only 249 . The 398/- debited from my account.

I recharged my broadband bill today through PAY TM mobile wallet. Without any notice to me, Pay TM added a Reliance home burglary insurance product and deducted Rs 15 along with the bill. I never asked for any insurance, and the app did not indicate that anything unwanted is added to my bill. There was no way to contact Pay TM and make them revert the extra charges. I want to cancel the unauthorized billing and my money refunded with an apology.br...

I am being facing the problem of money transaction since I have updated the app and my account. The transactions made by me and for are all failed every time . On 4/3/2018 that's on Sunday this issue arises
as i needed money immediately so i took loan of 2700/- from Slice pay app through PayTM after that i paid 400/- to my friend later on app is showing to upgrade K Y C as per RBI regulation and i upgraded K Y C on 5/3/2018 in the evening later issue arises that even i'm having 2252/- in Paytm wallet balance it is showing nil while transferring to other wallet and banks also and for transferring...

My old number which was also my paytm number was blocked. Hence the paytm wallet worked but since kyc became mandatory for doing any shorts of banking, I was unable to do kyc as the otp wont reach. I went out to them via messages but there was no response. I would like to change the number to my new working number....
