I have rise query from past week with [protected]@paytm.com but i have not receive proper response. Even i tried to reach over call only computer generated options available. No were provision to speak customer care. It is very very tough to reach paytm service.

    I had booked a flight ticket. The travel insurance box is checked by default and i have not observed it and rs 250 was deducted for the same. On calling paytm they refused to cancel it. The response is that their app is configured to cheat a customer and forcibly sell insurance. The customer must be given the option of deciding if he wants insurance or not. At this rate they can configure their app to sell anything and tell the customer that he ought to be careful. Under the irda regulations it is prohibited to sell forcibly. Their website does not provide a redress mechanism nor is there any email to register a complaint. I need to cancel my travel insurance and get a refund

      Hello, my self priyanka using paytm wallet for recharge i recharged for 199 on 2nd mar but didn't got balance and again i did after some time, didn't got too. As on mar'5 th i recharged for same 199 i got but amount was deducted three times from my account..
      As i use paytm cash for my safe security it also makes double entry or fraud entry please check and verify as soon as possible...
      I want to send Rs 2500 to mobile number*******437
      but by mistake i send it to *******427 please help me out i really need your help
      the AMOUNT WAS RS 2500/-
      The Paytm no. 70048825. Is invalid I had done transaction of rs. 2400 debited from account but it is not reach to source. transaction id [protected]. Pls. Remit the amount.

But I cant return it coz, the order doesn't show its been delivred on the app, I need to return the product within 7 days else I can't get the amount back.           I had placed an order [protected] for himalaya sparkling white toothpaste. On the description page qty was mentioned as 500gms. But physically i received only 160gms. When I raised a query and requested to supply lacking qty, I did not get proper response and Paytm raised a return request. This is very strange. They should have dispatched lacking qty but did not do. I am not happy with such response. I want remaining qty. which was not supplied.

              Onn 28th Feb at 21:30 hours, I have received a message from Paytm that "As Per RBI guidelines, you can do free money Transfer from your Paytm wallet to bank a/c till 28.02.18 visit http://m.p.tm/rbic to know more" message came from transactional ID "VKPAYTMB"
              my concern are - First of all if this was a regulatory message from RBI then why did Paytm blast this message to their customer's on the last day.

              second concern is:- believing on the message I transferred Rs 14800 partly 5000 +5000+ 4800 into my saving account but for every transaction I was charged 3% as Fee, means Paytm charging Rs 3 per Rs 100 transaction to your bank account. However same kind of message was blasted by "JIO Money" and I transferred Rs 2000 into my saving account from "JIO Money" without paying a single penny as a fee.
              I called to Paytm call centre and ask the relevance of this message, that lady had no idea and on my request she logged a complaint on 1st Mar-18 but till now everything seems in vain. I have still to hear from PAYTM people.
              Requesting RBI to look in this matter and help in refunding my amount deducted in the form of fee by Paytm.

                I harsh vardhan singh by mistake send money of 5000 rs from my paytm wallet to other's bank account [protected]. I'm not able to talk with paytm support agent. Pls help me and get my money back. Pls stop the transaction of that particular account no one has a right to use others money. I would try to communicate with bank. This account number is belong from bank of baroda gosainganj branch faizabad UP. Pls pls help me paytm I'm helpless.

                  I was trying to order a pizza from domino's. I was trying to pay using paytm my money got deducted from the account but order not placed. And i didn't received any refund.

                  Below is the mail received from paytm.
                  "hi there!

                  Your bank just confirmed a successful payment of rs.407.98 on paytm against order id lpt[protected]. We will refund your money in case the order is cancelled. Please contact us at https://paytm.com/care if you have any queries.

                    I have requested paytm to revert the amount sent wrongly to [[protected]].
                    And after it was sent i called to that number to revert me back money and it was not picked and request made through paytm app to send money which was declined. I am completely helpless as i transferred amount from paytm wallet not from bank.. No chance of stopping transaction from bank. Paytm needs to be active and get my money back from that person. No person has right to use the amount which was placed in his account wrongfully. It's illegal.
                    Paytm need to respond and got t my money back.
                    I am disappointed as i got no reply yet. It's an issue to be dealt early.

                      I have done a transaction of Rs 3800/- on 4th march by UPI transfer to my paytm payments bank account!, I have received a message saying that 3800 successfully received, UPI Transfer id[protected].But the same amount is not getting reflected in my paytm payments banks account. I have approached help and support many times but they are raising the complaint and closing it saing the transaction is succesfull and you check your passbook.Yes it is showing in the passbook that I have received money but it is not reflecting in my paytm paymnets bank account! I will attach the screenshots with which yu can get the clarity! I am filing a complaint here and also I will submit an FIR in near by police station on paytm as they have done fraud to me and I need an explanation! I am urgent in need of money as paytm is reliable but it has gone and I should pay my emi amount which the date has gone and my cheque has bounced who is responsible .I need the explanation and also my money back.Thank you

                        I have paid electricity bill from pspcl no.[protected] through paytm online site on 5.3.2018 through credit card amount of bill rs.900 deducted from my account but bill is still showing pending on 7.3.2018. I have complaint about it to the paytm but nothing is heard after 48 hours of transaction. I have also complaint about the transaction on telephone.

                        I was having 8950 in my paytm wallet. I have done kyc today. Then also it was showing kyc not done. Then they told me to uninstall the app and download again. After download i forgot my password and create a new password but the balance is gone. Please help me how much more detail u want i explain all in simple language

                          I didn't purchase any product through paytm... But, money was deducted from my paytm wallet... Without any intimation.. Rectify these kind of issues...
                          That time i didn't carry my wallet... And i had a cup of t... Wn i was trying to pay the bill that time i realised... My paytm account has no money.. The money was deducted... It's a very embarrassing...

                          And i want to know the reason.. And i want my money back..
                          Money refund to SBI card but money not reflect in card and Paytm wallet
                          Paytm transaction id is [protected].
                          Amount was to be refunded by club factory via your services within 10 days of application of refund. Can I know the status?

                              I has done a transaction of 2700 to my sbi bank but the money was not credited to my sbi bank account. Paytm account balance is cut. Initially he sent 100 transaction successful but when he done another transaction of 2700 money was deducted but not credited to my sbi bank account.

                                Hello sir/madam,

                                On 1st jan 2018 i have done one transaction to some incorrect account number of pmc bank. I have raise a complaint to pmc bank and bank guys hold the funds and later they tried to revert the same using the same upi (Paytm bhim) transaction and the transaction was declined by upi itseems. So please look into this issue.

                                Amount was : 10153rs.

                                I am trying to contact on helpline number but no one is reaponding.My Bank Account is not Credited The Amount I transferred From Paytm Wallet.
                                And No Response From them.
                                It is much frustrating for me.
                                Wallet money not save in transection 5000 plz add my wallet urjunt.5000 my card debit and not my paytm wallet add plz fast reversal in fast pls..

                                        I am buy a ac at 27feb and a stabilizer at 28 feb first they all are making issue for stabilizer but when i step back and forgot all non-sense not they all harass me regarding air conditioner now they don't commit delivery of ac plz help me i will pay 40, 000 for ac but not delivered to me plz help. They all means paytm and courier partner gati they don't commit the actual date of delivery...

                                        They all harass me for ac and stabilizer jus say we are mention feedback we will resolved as soon i have all prove like screenshot and call recording they sad do what you want plz solve my query i am so scared for my money..
