I cant money transfer to any bank account...
Its shows every time pending status...
So i m not using paytm...
My ammount is deduct from my paytm wallet or savings account...
Please resolve it as soon as possible..
I cant trust on paytm transuction now..
It does not give profit..now in. Paytm our money is not safe..
So i requst you to that please resolve my problem... .

    I have booked VRL bus tickets From Belgaum to Bangalore for 18/01/2018 and Bangalore to Balgaum for 20/01/2018, through Paytm (Order no.1779930), on 10/01/2018 at 8pm.
    Amount is debited from my account. But showing transaction failed. I have not received any ticket.
    Please resolve my problem earliest and reimburse my amount to my debited account.

      i have transferring money thorough paytm wallet to axis bank, but money is not transferred to bank and money deducted from my paytm wallet.
      Please do the needful sir so that i can get my money back.
      I have already sent many message to paytm team but no response getting from them .

        My amount (5000) transfer from paytm wallet to bank but still it is pending status last 3 days and not showing in my bank account balance, me call to the paytm customer care but not resolve the problem so please remove the issue please amount is urgent please immediately respond the issue, amount transfer still pending last 3 days it is deducted from paytm wallet and not showing in bank balance

          Hi, i am rajeev giri

          I have made a paytm wallet transaction for transfer the money rs. 5000/- in my bank account, but it is stuck and showing pending from 08.01.2018 to till date.

          When i tried to reach customer service helpline than ivr has not recognized the txn id... Redicules service, so couldn't reached the customer service executive (Cse), after opting other option some how i reached to executive and he has disconnected the call instead of resolve the issue. So what is use of such 24*7 service... Pathetic and nonsense service and service provider.

          After 48 hours passed i couldn't get back my money reversed either in wallet or transferred in bank account, as it should be reversed as ivr is prompting while calling to customer service... Again poor service..

          I want my money back on urgent basis within few hours now.

          I will not prefer this wallet anymore for any further transactions as its too risky as well full of poor and pathetic service & service provider as i got the experience.

            Sir i transfer my money from paytm to bank but not received in bank and it shows pending request andno one answering on customer care or reply to my mail yesterday i received a call from [protected] he told me that calling from customer care paytm he ask me my paytm number and password i gave him then ask me my banks debit card number i dought i gave him fake number then he ask me cvv number then i immediately disconnect call and try to change my paytm password but before that he change my password and i unable to open it then i make a police complaint against them and in the evening i try again customer care number one fellow told me to sign up again then i sign up but my shows zero balance so lost my 5435 rs they have no gallery in mumbai or office so where we should go so i request you help me and do the needful thank you

              My mobile number is -[protected]

              I was sending rs 5000/- to my other account. But while sending to my bank its stuck in pending status from 08.01.2018.
              When i am trying to contact your support number ivr is not recognising my wallet txn id.

              This is the worst service i have ever experience from any company where your ivr says enter txn id and its not recognizing and there is no way to speak to your customer care then why you have given the contact number as 24 hours helpline that is completely non sense.

              Even after 48 hours neither it reversed nor credited in my account, some how i have reached you customer service executive and he has disconnected the call instead of resolve the issue... Pathetic customer service

              Now i want to get my money bank in few hours

              And this the last transaction from my end. I am never going to use pay tm wallet its too risky.

              Please give my money back its very urgent.

                My transcation is still pending from last 48 hours and there is no process to get to custome care in paytm this is rubbish customer care service from paytm!!
                I have tried calling cutomer care nbut there is no way to directly speak to cc. They are asking my trx id that i am putting in but all the times they keep on saying it's wrong! What the heck is wrong with patym

                    This is harikrishna on 8th of jan18.11.43am, an amount of 3200/- transferred to the account but still the amount was not credited to wallet or bank account its showing the order status pending. Its already 48 hours done. There is no proper solution from paytm. I already mailed to [protected]@one97.com. Regarding the issue. But no response. What is the solution and whom consult. Please help,

                      On 8th january 2018 at around 7 am, i initiated a transaction of rs 3166.13 into a bank account of icici bank (Ac no :[protected] and due to some technical reason the transfer remained pending. The money is yet to reach the bank account and not yet reverted back to my paytm account as of now. Called your customer care number several times without much help. Sending the screen shot of the transaction detail. Please try to resolve this issue ass early as possible.

                        I booked train tickets from paytm and when i cancelled it paytm said that amount has been refunded to bank account but when i checked it didn't..
                        Its been more than 7 days..
                        I contacted paytm they said the transaction is successful from their end and told me to contact bank..
                        I tried to make touch but couldn't...
                        Please kindly review these matter i need tthat money urgently...

                          Sir i bought acer aspire 5 laptop on 17th of december with order id - [protected] from paytm. I received a faulty piece so i requested a return /replacement. As pickup was not available in my area so i sent it myself by india post (Tracking id - er[protected]in). It already aware paytm about it. The product got delivered on 4th jan but return was not shipped till 7th of jan. I received a message on 8th jan that 'your return is rejected'. I tried hard to contact paytm but didn't got any reply. I also contacted seller but he refused to help me. I have all proofs against paytm and laptop's delivery. I want my laptop back and a amount of rupees 10000 as a compensation.

                            On cancellation of ticket booked on 04.01.18 for journey date 05.01.2018 in amritsar mail (13006) pnr no. [[protected]] from juc to hwh, transaction id ([protected]) irctc is showing that rupees 1755 has been refunded to bank paytmsdk. But the amount has not been credited to my bank account yet. Refund date is showing as per irctc 05.01.2018 let me know the reason for this inconvenience.

                                I suggest everyone don’t buy any product or phone at paytm mall because paytm provide defective product and don’t provide customer care number and no policy . And if you complained it’s customer care executive, no one resolve your problem and then after it’s executive call you by wrong number n disturb you . So overall don’t buy any product by paytm mall . That’s it.??

                                  I want to tell u, that this item is ordered by me 3 times.
                                  First 2 orders were cancelled by seller,
                                  And 3rd order when delivered, was size 9.
                                  ( U can make confirm from my order history.)
                                  And again it's replaced by size 9.
                                  So this is not my fault,
                                  "at first attempt remove Flagg" from my account, so I can make cancel or replace my product purchased by ur sight.
                                  And make arrangements to replacement.

                                    I did the jio 399 recharge via my jio app using paytm today ie[protected] at 11:30am. The amt was deducted from my bank account. But the recharge has not been done yet. Neither the amount is refunded to paytm wallet. Jio customer care is telling that they didnot received the rechrage amount.. I contact to paytm but they are not responding to my query..
