I have made a paytm wallet transaction for transfer the money rs. 5000/- in my bank account, but it is stuck and showing pending from 08.01.2018 to till date.
When i tried to reach customer service helpline than ivr has not recognized the txn id... Redicules service, so couldn't reached the customer service executive (Cse), after opting other option some how i reached to executive and he has disconnected the call instead of resolve the issue. So what is use of such 24*7 service... Pathetic and nonsense service and service provider.
After 48 hours passed i couldn't get back my money reversed either in wallet or transferred in bank account, as it should be reversed as ivr is prompting while calling to customer service... Again poor service..
I want my money back on urgent basis within few hours now.
I will not prefer this wallet anymore for any further transactions as its too risky as well full of poor and pathetic service & service provider as i got the experience.
