15 days back i have to purchase apple iphone plus. It will be used on mobile data hand set is over heating👺👺. Vary irritation to come that time using the mobile.
And same problem come to the using on phone calls the phone was vary un comfortable. Please change on my hand set.

I am not use in hardly but it was vary over heated.

    Hello team

    I had played the question and answers for a prize pool and it was about the spelling test. I had scored 20 marks in it and the last date of the power play was 28th of december. Once i played they told that the money will be credited within 7 days after the completion of the power play. Now 7 working days are over and there is no money credited to my account.

      I want to transfer money from my wall to my account for which i need to upgrade my kyc. Iwhen i enter my kyc information, it says there is no agent in my area to come visit or no office where i can go.
      Now how do i transfer myone? It is stuck. And it's urgent. At least customer care executive could solve but it's always under maintenance. I uninstall if ithe is not resolved as soon as possible.

        It was mentioned at the time of booking that there will be 40% of flat cashback with this booking which i have not received till now. This was the only reason i chose to book from paytm instead of oyo directly even though the cost was cheaper there.

        Yes i have already checked it and on the main page it was clearly written flat 40% and there was no information to apply any code. Moreover no code was provided at the time of booking as well. This is tricking the users to do the booking and its highly misleading.

        If there was a conditon or additional step needed to be done, it should have an asterisk* with the details.
        Dont fool the customers. I know most o[censored]s are not aware of the rights and procedures to stand for it. But i do.

        I want the correct resolution on this as soon as possible or provide me the escalation deppt contacts.

        Pathetic service and support as they only are sending automated responses.
        Not expected from a big platform and for an old customer.

          A transaction of rs. 5000 was done on 04.01.18 at 16:49 hrs. The money got deducted from wallet but could not credit in bank account. The transaction is still showing pending. I have tried every way to contact customer care. I even emailed at [protected]@paytm.com but no fruitfull reply came. Also no mobile or phone number is allowing to register complaint. Help with how it can be refunded and how much time it will take.

            I have sended the money from my paytm bhim account to hdfc account holder name rs4000 but the beneficiary has not got the money because I have entered the wrong account number but the name and ifsc code was correct. I have complained about this to paytm but they are not replying I have complained about this to hdfc bank they have said if paytm complained about this to them then they can hold on the money in that account in which I have incorrectly sended the money. But they are not replying then how can I can I resolve this

              My refund from club factory has been initiated by them on 11th dec 2017, but no amount has beeb reflected to my account.. as you are third party for this, it is your responsibility..the amounts are Rs. 2548.72 and Rs.3152.64

                I am using my paytm wallet from last 3 months and daily i use it at least 2 times on week days. If balance shows 0 and i will recharging my wallet. It goes on like this and one day i wanted to calculate all my transaction.

                From that i concluded rupees 116 is missing (Unaccountable) from my paytm wallet.

                Regarding this i tried to customer care to raise a complaint. I am explaining them very clearly about this. After hearing all my complaint story they were asking me on hold after long hold during the conversation they were disconnecting the call with raising any complaints.

                The same was happened many times while approaching paytm customer support.

                They don't have any email id for customer complaints or support. Reaching them through call is very hard we have to wait almost 13 to 20 minutes to reach the executive.

                It seems paytm stealing my money from wallet.

                  Last day i booked movie tickets but tickets are not succefully booken and my balance is deducted from my account and still my balance is not recoverd... After that i m not able to book ticket again coj of deducting again my balance... Last transaction was also in processing due to this i m not abke to book ticket...                     Dear i am facing a problem i order product that showing 100% cashback after product i order by applying code mustbuy100 its showing cashback amount is 600. But my total amount is 720 rs + 18 rs shipping so i would to get 720 rs cashback but its showing 600 rs cashback i contact customer care its saying that this order has maximum 600 rs cashback. But i check t&c there not metioned in t&c about maximum cashback. So i say cancel or cashback my full amount of 720 rs.

                      By mistookly i had paid ₹2700 from my paytm account [protected] to wrong number but paytm customer care is not helping me to give back my amount. Instead of that paytm care had told me to took help of police or to request that person. But i’m not getting any sort of help from the paytm care. So please help me in getting back my amount.

                              I cancelled a waiting irctc ticket booked for vikas rai on 14th october and till now and i did not get my money back to my account. As you can see its more than 80 days and i didnt get my refund,

                              It showing that irctc has refunded the money to paytmag but paytm has not refunded to me yet so please paytm look into the matter and don't do the fraud like this, seriously its mentaly disturbing me daily.

                              Please do the immidate actions.

                                On 25th dec 2017, i requested recharge of my jio mobile no [protected], using my balance in paytm wallet and also paying balance amount using internet banking. Total amount paid is rs 499. Paytm mobile application confirmed transaction as successful. But, jio confirmed that the amount has not received by them. Paytm is not coming forward as their helpline nos are of no help.

                                  Its really disgusting to see response from paytm.. I m getting trouble since 2 days…i did a rechrg frm paytm of 499 bucks…rechrg ws failed…money got deducted from the account…but not refunded yet…. Moreover all the customer care numbers of paytm doesnt work…its pathetic…. Evrybody is busy and cant call again and again for the refund….
                                  One mail says that amount refunded in wallet but it was not... On opening the app it says amount sent to bank account...
                                  And moreover i dint recieved the amount yet... Not even wallet nor in account... How can i have faith on paytm now???

                                    I am pay tm user. I am unable to transfer rs 5000 from my paytm wallet to bank. It is showing your card is to upgraded and money transfer is not allowed in 3 days (72 hours) of opening account. I hold pay tm account for last four months. I have transferref money to my bank many times earlier but dont kbow what is the problem this time. Please resolve.

                                        This is riktick srimani.. my paytm account register with [protected]., i choose a plan in aircel that is 100mb 2g/day.. its cost Rs. 34, but in paytm showing Rs.31..and its recharged wrong pack...i want my money back in my paytm account..i also contact to customer care but this my call is in always waiting list...
