I have tried to make payment of rs 2381 to voonik through paytm twice on 06/01/18, the amount was deducted from my bank account both the time but payment was not successfull and also it is not showing in my orders in the paytm app neither the amount is in my paytm wallet

    Dear sir/ madam,

    Yesterday, i purchased 7 movie tickets from paytm.com. The seats booked was last seats from screen, but actually i got ticket from box office i got it for 2nd line to screen. On paytm site its refundable.

    As per paytm seat arrangement on web is wrong direction.

      Hello sir, my name is manmath kumar the only reason i'm here is because my problem was not resolved through your customer service and neither by your two mails sent to me. On contrary they create a bit uneasy problem not just for me but for me and paytm in the future as well. My concern regarding order [protected] from paytm which gave me problems the day i received on 10.1.2018, wall mount was missing, box was hal[censored]nsealed, and raised concern on the same day. Then i got my tv installed on 17.1.2018, and the installation guy said that the dongal receiver is missing because of which my web cruiser remote will not work that means my tv is virtually a box, and i raised concern with complaint id 49096807. I got 2 mails, one says with order [protected] that we are working on it and within 24 hours the second mail with not my order id [protected] says that the dongal receiver is not available with this product. Now that is something that they are trying to either cover-up or consume my hard earned money. After that on 18.1.2018 i asked for refund as on previous conversation they said your dates for refund starts 17.1.2018 the day from installation with complaint id 49206098 and had got no reply regarding that. Now can i either get my tv replaced or my money refunded back to me regarding my order [protected]. I would be highly obliged for your right assistance regarding my concern.       My new complaint id is 49391677 and order id as usual is [protected]. And it is not yet resolved 20.01.2018. I also complaint in National consumer complaint helpline and complaint id is 582146 on 20.01.2018.

            मेंने दिनाँक 17 जनवरी आप की साइट पेटम से अपने बिजली का बिल पेय किया था जो आप के वह से बिल का पेमेंट फ़ैल होगया और मेरे खाते से 3910/- रु डेबिट हो गये है जो मुझे अभी तक पेमेंट फ़ैल होने पर भी रिफंड नहीं हुआ है में कितनी बार कॉल कर दिया है और 2-3 बार हेल्प एंड सपोर्ट पर भी मैसेज किया है यह क्या तरीका एक मामूली सा पेमेंट का क्या पुन भुगतान रिफंड करने में जो इतना समय लगता है मेरे 3910.00 रु का रिफंड भुगतान अतिशीध्र करवाए मेरा मोबाइल नंबर .[protected] है और मेरा आर्डर न : [protected] है और मेरा नाम पियूष जैन हैं

              I tried to recharge my Jiofi through paytm for rupees 399 and the e-invoice said it was successful.
              The data expired despite the successful tranaction. The jio customer care claims to have not received the money.
              I had to manually recharge it again with hardcash.
              Kindly refund the amount to my paytm account.

                I booked a ticket via Paytm gateway using my debit card and can see the status of the amount refunded to PAYTMSDK on 12th January.
                However, the amount has not been credited yet to my bank account. I do not have any information or current status of this refund as of now.

                The process is really taking long and is disappointing for a customer wherein he/she does not get the money in more than 7 days as well.
                Request you to please look into this matter on an urgent basis and credit the amount as soon as possible.

                  Full description of the incident: recharging 100 rs to r-wallet using uts mobile ticketing website (Chennai). Transaction successful and also amount were debited from my kotak bank amount. But i'm not credited in my r-wallet.

                          Unetical behaviour by a petrol pump highway service centre on use of paytm. My txn id: [protected]. Transaction time 10:02 am. The petrol pump people kept me wait till 10:00 am to confirm the successful transaction, due to which i get late in office. For which my will deduct 1 day salary for rs. 2000/-. I want paytm to pay rs. 5000/- for such misdoing by the petrol pump. Unless otherwise i will fill consumer complain against such activity.

                              Sir we booked tickets on irctc website vie pnr numbers [protected] and [protected]. Further we canceled trian tickets through irctc website vide transaction ids [protected] and [protected] on 12th dec17.in irctc websirte it showing that the amount was refunded to paytmsdk on 14th dec'17. Still we have not got the amount in our bank account and we dont know the paytmsdk account for which amount was transferred. So pls help to get our refund amount and how to know the paytmsdk account details.

                                I had booked a waterproof bag as on 12 november 2017 and as not received up to 17 december, i proceed for cancellation and refund. But still i have neither received refund nor booked item. I have complaints several times but still not got any solution. This kind of activities down ratings of any company. And also there is no contact no to contact for problems. Paytm should improve this problem as other online shopping companies like flipkart, snap deal. So that a customer can feel good to shop on these sites/apps.

                                    I made a UPI transfer to my friend on 9th of January for ₹1180 via Paytm Payments Bank savings account which was once failed and successful the 2nd time. But the money has been debited twice from my account. I tried to register the issue with paytm customer care and they assured me for the solution within 2 days. Since then I have called for the same issue for 5 times in the last 9 days and each time I've been just getting a complaint reference number and just an assurance that my money will be refunded in 48 hours.
                                    They are not taking it seriously and not providing me with any solution and my money is stuck with them. Kindly please help me with the issue as I am now irritated by their response.

                                    I am attaching a picture of my passbook entries from that day with this complaint.

                                      I am not a paytm customer. Still an amount of Rs. 1999.00 has been withdrawn from my SBI account on 10-03-17. On updating the passbook, i saw an entry with details 'OTHPG 780162 Paytm Mobile Solutions' withdrawing Rs. 19999.00 on 10-03-17. Last four digit of my SBI account is 5138.

                                      I want to know to whose paytm wallet, the money was sent. And I want refund of the full amount. Otherwise the matter will be sent for police enquiry.

                                        I sent Money To a No. around 300 A Message Was Given to The Receiver that The Money has Been Added With The Txn no. But Wallet Was Still Em and Its Been 5days Nothing Has Happened and The customer Care Service Is Not Responding Properly the Morning net First I sent To A Unregistered No. then The Person Created an Account With The Unregistered No. and get The Sent Money He Received This Text Of 300 added To His Wallet But his Wallet Was Empty And When I Talked To The Help And Support Of Paytm They Just Keep Saying Transaction Was Successful the receiver Will Get The Money But It's Been almost 6days And Nothing Has Happened Nither him Or Nor Me Has Received The Cash
