Hi,
I have placed an order recently by Dec 30 and I got a message that the order will be delivered by Jan 10th. Today is Jan 12th. They didn't delivered it till now. Very much disappointed.
Going to cancel the order.
Not going to place another order via Paytm again.
Sir, I had sended money twice on 11/1/18 of I'd no-[protected] (9:27am)-100rupees & I'd no- [protected](9:26am)-106 rupees to my PMC bank but my transition show failed & money of rupees 206 also deducted from my paytm wallet, so I requesting you please solve my problem.

There's is no proper information on the page, They said after placing the order dealer will contact within 48 hours, but nobody contacted till now.. It's more than 4 days. I've contacted Paytm customer care to cancel my order, they are not cancelling my order.

      On cancellation of ticket booked on 03.01.18 for journey date 04.01.18 in train (1286) pnr no. [protected] from can to mas, transaction id [protected], irctc is showing that rupees 1775 has been refunded to bank paytmsdk (Cancellation/refund id[protected]). But the amount has not been credited to my bank account yet. Refund date is showing as per irctc 05-01.2018. Let me know the reason for this inconvenience.

        I had ordered a wildhorn leather sling bag worth rs. 1750 from paytm through a seller called royster callus. The product came on time but the product which i had received was a damaged one. The next day itself i had put a return request, the request was accepted and after a week i got a message saying the return request has been cancelled. I messaged paytm team and they asked me to put return request again. I did the same. After a couple of days my return request was rejected again. I have informed paytm team that my return request is being rejected again and again by the seller.

        I am so disappointed that they are sending a damaged product and not accepting the return request. Is this the way u make business. It was just a waste of money and time. I will never recommend anyone to buy products from paytm.

          I have bought a new sim 9months back... Am trying to sign in to paytm.com... But its is showing already account exists... So i tried to login but it is showing your account was temporarily blocked... How can i access to my nmbr... I made this number as my permanent number... But am not able to use paytm account, paytm payments bank... And the number was [protected]. Please respond to my issue as soon as possible
          This is to inform you that I had transferred money from paytm to other persons paytm number but they had not received the same. Nor it is returned in my account . And nobody is giving or resolving my issue

            I faced an issue regarding my grand dad’s card being used for a paytm purchase as shown on his credit card worth 20, 000 rupees but i have been struggling to get details of what the amount was used to pay for. It’s been more than 18 days and their customer care just doesn’t respond. There is no way to dial helpline on behalf of someone who doesn’t have a paytm account. The customer care responded twice in these 18 days with one response about a transaction worth 1699 and completely chose to ignore giving me details of the remaining 18k rupees. Haven’t encountered a more unprofessional customer care.

              I was very big customer of paytm from last 3 years. But recently i feel that paytm don't care about their loyal and regular customer. Because when i purchased a product through debit card and after delivery i return the product due to poor quality. (Order no-[protected]) paytm has refund my money to paytm wallet. After that a option has given in the wallet that click on "return to bank". After clicking on this return to bank option my money transfer status showing "request pending" continuously from last 17 days & till now. (Transaction id-[protected]) regarding this issue i have already 7 times contacted to paytm customer care and every time they suggested that please keep patience for some time. I have already raise a complaint regarding this issue on paytm. I want to refund my money back to my bank account immediately otherwise i have to go to consumer court.

                I'm reporting my complaint in police station tomorrow.
                I need to know where and when my money was transacted with given paytm id and with which number.

                  I have an account in paytm which is being blocked by them and they are not unblocking the account. I have the account wide number [protected]. I am unable to reach the customer care, I dont expect this from a reputed company. Kindly help as this is impacting my business negatively and I wont be able to recommend PayTM to my customers.

                      I wrongly sent 1300rs to someone who wasn't using Paytm. The person is saying that he doesn't use it and he doesn't even know how to download it so he can't help me. Now, Paytm people are not returning my money. They are not even ready to entertain my request properly. My money is blocked with Paytm and this has happened before also. I want my money back. I don't know why don't they themselves send us the money back if it has not gone to some other user. This is a way by which they keep on generating their income by someone else's money.

                              Good morning my self mohamed javeed am using patym past one years today morining when am try to login ma account otp not received apart from otp am received all normal msg of paytm and i called customer care two times regarding about this problem but i did not get much information am standing in medical shop tp pay bill via patym they did not resolve this case so iam going file a legal complaint regarding about this
                              On dated 01-12-17 my axis account debited with Rs. 4787(Transaction No-ECOM PUR/PAYTMWEB/NOIDA/011217/02:14). kindly take the necessary action to refund the same.

                                I paid from paytm in a shopping site and i returned few items and the money was refunded to paytm but it does not refelect in my paytm wallet.

                                Paytm wallet is still not filled with the refunded amount.

                                In the screenshot i have the transaction id mentioned.

                                Other details are also mentioned in screenshot kindly help me in getting back my money into my wallet.

                                I have recharged my jio no through paytm...whereas my bank balance has been debited but i have not got recharge balance in my jio number...and paytm account is also not showing any details about that... Kindly solve the issue as soon as possible..

                                  Sir, my rs 644 were stuck in a wallet to bank transactions and showing as request pending, but I didn't get refund to my wallet yet, so please sir, refund my money quickly.

                                    Sir i bought acer aspire 5 from paytm with order id [protected]. i received a faulty piece as i was facing screen flickering and lagging issues. so i requested a return and sent the laptop by indiapost(tracking id - ER[protected]IN).i aware paytm about it and sent them tracking id. the product got delivered on 4th of jan but return was not shipped by the seller. he was refusing that he didn't received the product. i tried calling and texting paytm but didn't

I'm a regular customer of paytm. pleade find a way for me. provide me my refund.

                                      My paytm app has initiated a fraudulent renewal of subscription to woo app for a amount of 900rs without my permission. I have raised my concern with paytm, haven't received a positive reply so far. Further i'm not allowed to unsubscribe payment to woo app in my paytm app menu. Next deduction due is on 23/01/2018. I wonder how can paytm initiate a payment without my consent.

                                        Money deducted from account not given to paytm wallet and didn't get the money back in the account. Didn't get response from the paytm coustmer care. Query reference number is, 41778604 i have tried mt best to contact to coustmer care but unable to contact them. Message the paytm care but no one replied to me. I send them the bank statement and the screenshot of the transaction made through upi but they didn't respond to me. I m being cheated by paytm they are not returning my money.
