Hello, I am Sachin Kumar. I registered on Paytm using mobile number [protected]. This was a Reliance number, services of which have ceased since Dec 1 2017. This mobile number is currently inaccessible and all forms of communication, be it messages or calls have been terminated. Today, 23 Jan 2017, one of the transactions were performed on this number. Since then, I have now switched to my other number [protected].
I'm attaching a screenshot of the transaction that was performed on the number [protected]. Please help transferring the residual balance of this number into my new number, i.e. [protected].

    Hi, i recharged for RS 220 on 5/1/2018 and recharge was failed and the amount was deducted and not yet refunded yet. i have raised the complaint on paytm and i am receiving the messages only from automated bots.

    They said its only bank issue, and they asked for bank statement and I have shared and I have not received any reply. it crossed 17 days.

    Kindly I want my money to be refunded.

    i have shared the order which has been failed.

      I have ordered mobile back cover from paytm and now i cannot find it in my orders history.
      I have tried all the ways to reach their help desk (Via mobile and email), however not successful yet.
      Every time i have to hear their irritating, annoying, good for nothing recording.

      This is the third time for such case.

      They display wrong items/recharges description and luring customers in wrong unfaithful, and useless deals. And when after a lot of trouble when we can connect them (After burning our lots o mobile phone balance) they raise their hands and do not help us.

      Suggest any serious and genuine way/complaint forum/consumer courts address where they can take any action on my complaint.

      They do not even allow us to add our money back from paytm wallet to bank account without any additional charges. While adding money to paytm wallet they do not ask additional charges.

      This is really #.

      I suggest everyone who are using paytm to stop using it ans switch to other user friendly applications / websites.

      On[protected]rupees has been deducted without my concern through paytm. There was no message from the bank to let me know about the deduction of money.In paytm also the transaction ID is not available.

      Very strange
      I just bought Iphone7 265GB from paytm mall and after unboxing it. I found that i didn't get earphones. How that possible, that means they cheated on me. I put it on a replacement. let's see what happened. My Order no is [protected].

        Against the Committed cashback of RS 4800 i received only Rs. 1200.

        On ID3 all the requested snapshot and photo sent that clearly proves committed cashback of Rs 4800. I put seven reminders, nobody responding from Paytm. While asking on customer care number, he gave me one more Complaint ID (ID4). Again on call committeemen to come back within 24 hours.I believe paytm to be one of the most trustworthy mean for online transactions for their transparency.

        I hereby attaching all the photos starting from Promocode applied to successful transaction and SMS received for Rs4800.

        I have been fed up now, kindly do the needful.

        Raised a complaint through my Mobile App against the transaction. Also raised a complain through customer care 011339996699 from my registered mobile. [email protected] : Came back next day asking me for proof of cashback. I shared the same immediately. Got a message thread with [email protected] Finally "paytm" transferred money after followup of 3 days.

          Its totally about business dono't care about people. Why you people are playing with customers money. Holding their little about for 30 days and invest in share trading and bitcoins. That is the way paytm is now cross the all online e-commerce giants.
          During a bank transfer on paytm wallet money has been debited from paytm wallet since 21 jan. Message shows pending. What is this. Why you people hold money for a week. Its not fair i believe.

          Where is digital india. You people taking a benefit of digital india. I always stuck in sending money. Never use paytm as now.
          You are not sbi or irctc to do anything just because trust every business will spoil within a year.

          Care about customers!!

          my trasaction id missing..
          I book a train ticket from irctc app and pay from paytm. money deducted from bank but tickit is not booked. my train is on 20 jan 2018. pls solve it fast so if it fail i can book again tickit.

                I've sent ₹1400 to my bank account from my paytm wallet on 12 january. Money got deducted from paytm wallet but i did not recieve in my bank account even after 10 days. No help provided by paytm customer care. I've been to my bank and according to them there is no problem with the bank account. Pathetic service by paytm. Highly disappointed. Will definitely go to consumer forum

                I did the jio no. [protected], JIO recharge for Rs.399 on 18.1.18, 11.59 AM. but till now it was not activated / reflected in the jio acc. pl solve this problem if not credited ti jio pl refund the amount to my paytm acc.

                Debited from my account rs699 order not show about my product jeans
                I am transfer 249rs. to my bank account. and the payment is returned and and the payament is debited from my account but payament is not credited to my account

                  My friend has transfered money to me on paytm, she has a transaction details and i have shared that successfull transaction details to paytm because i have not received the money she transfered, as i h complaint before a week and have a long conversation on mail with customer care but they are not listening.

                  I got a link and I did as they suggested in the paytm app. After that I get one transaction ID with an amount of Rs. 10403/- and got a message that the amount will be credited with in 5days. Is it true? Else what?

                      Respected sir.

                      My one friend suhash transferred an amount of rs.11000/ on 2/11/2017 through paytm wallet nagpur txn id no.[protected] to my sbi account o[censored]daipur no.[protected]. It is very bad and sad to say that amount 11000/ has not been credited to my sbi account by paytm company till 22/1/2108. More than three month has been elapse

                      . There is no right representative in paytm company who can solve my problem. Why this amount is withheld by paytm company
                      I pray to paytm company with folded hands please credit 11000/ in my account as stated above immediately. There is no reason to withheld my amount in their custody.

                      Please help me. I will appreciate to the company and consumer court if my amount is credited to my account at the earliest. Please do not reback or resend this amount to that wallet paytm nagpur as that shop has found closed

                      मेरा निवेदन है की मेरे मित्र सुहास नागपुर से मुझे ११०००/ लेने थे जो उसने paytm wallet शॉप से id no. Txn[protected] दिनांक २/१०/२१०७ द्वारा मेरे sbi udaipur account no. ([protected]) में transferred करवा दिए थे. जिसका प्रूफ इस पत्र के सलंगन है. लेकिन अफसोश और दुःख के साथ कहना पड़ता है. की paytm company ने ये रकम अभी तक (22/1/2018) तक मेरे sbi खाते में डिपाजिट नहीं की है. तीन महीने से ऊपर हो गए। ये paytm बेईमान कंपनी है। इस कंपनी में कोई भी एक ऐसा अधिकारी नहीं है जो किसी की शिकायत सही ढंग से सुन कर सही करवाई करे.

                      इस कंपनी में ऐसा कोई सुचारु रूप से सही सिस्टम नहीं लगता जिससे लोगो की शिकायत दूर हो. मेरी paytm कंपनी और consumer court से हाथ जोड़ कर प्रार्थना है कि मेरी इस रकम को मेरे account में ट्रांसफर करने की किरपा करे,. बहुत बड़ा उपकार होगा आपका। बड़ी मेहेरबानी होगी. मुझ से ये न पूछे की मेरे sbi अकाउंट में बैलेंस है या नहीं. इससे मेरी कंप्लेंट का कोई समबन्ध नहीं.

                        Toady i have recharge jio moblie for RS-399 my paytm id is [protected] but my account was debited five times for RS-399 out pf which one transaction was sucessfully recharge phone and three transaction ammount has been refunded un my paytm wallet still one transaction ammount rs-399 had pending for refund. Please refund Rs-399 at the earliest.

                          Dear sir/mam i am writing this mail due to the worst services of paytm.
                          Paytm now started a new game.
                          Power play quiz. I purchased their 139 questions at 699 rupees.
                          But they don't give questions for playing that game.
                          And once again i tried with 99 pack.
                          That also am cheated. They give incorrect tools and regulations. I so many time try to paytm customer care for this complaint. But they don't take any actions.
                          Please help me. Otherwise another persons will fall in their cheating business

                            I want to state that i am a customer of sbi credit card and paytm india. I have received sbi credit card statement for the month of december 2017 (Copy enclosed) wherein amount of rs. 1205/- dated 18.11.2017 has been debited from sbi credit card as i made said transaction. But that transaction has not been made by me.
                            Therefore i made a request through e-mail to sbi credit card customer care to provide me the id number of that transaction. Sbi credit card customer care team provide me the reference number[protected] dated 18.11.2017 of that transaction with the advice to contact paytm india for clarification about the transaction (Copy enclosed).
                            Further to this, after going through my paytm account’s track records, i found that i did not make any transaction of said amount with reference number which was provided by sbi customer care team.
                            Hence, it is requested to kindly resolve this problem, otherwise i definitely approach to consumer court.

                              My package containing 10 pcs of guitar plectrums, ordered from paytm mall was supposed to be delivered on 19th january 2018 but it hasn't reached me yet, is it stolen in its way to me, and i've paid for it before buying, and that is what making me feel bad. So i was saying give me the exact date of delivery or else refund me. As i've made a prepaid deal i want the exact date of delivery or i want refund.

                                Sir some days before people started adding stories having a screenshot of a page known as paytm offers. I just wanna know if this page on instagram is genuine or not cause many of my colleagues are doing the same. As we don't have any proof if it is real i think that it's better to ask you directly about this. The admin of that page tell the people to follow some of the protocols n steps so that 40, 000 people who follow the procedure correctly will get a chance to win ₹ 4k. I'm attaching some screenshots as well.
                                Try to clear all the queries asap! Hope you'll answer soon.

                                  But when i received this product and contact to engineer to install this product, when engineer install this product, this one is not working, he checked and said there no membrane inside, i have contacted to paytm for same but there is only seven days for replacement, so my seven days is completed thats why i unable to report this to paytm, so i have contacted to seller by email (http://aquaultra.in), they said he will resolve this issue with in seven days, i have contacted after seven days, they said he need more time, i have contacted after 15 days, they again said we need more time to resolve this issue, i have contacted after two months, then they replied he will not help because they delivered complete product. I am frustrated, because of this cheap company service, and paytm too, because why paytm add there third class company, i will definitely file a case against this company and paytm too in consumer court.                                       As per the information given by sbi credit card customer care, i have done transaction of rs. 1205 on 18.11.2017 vide reference no.[protected] through paytm (Copy of mail received from gmail enclosed) and the same amount has been debit from my sbi credit card.
                                      But as per track records of my paytm account, i have not done the aforesaid transaction (Copy enclosed) with reference no.[protected]. Hence, it is requested to kindly resolve the problem at the earliest.

                                        Bill paid against vide order no. [protected], 02 jan '18 11:46 am (Rs.746/) and [protected], 02 jan '18 11:46 am (Rs.853/-) in paytm portal for electricity bill of wesco.

                                        Status of this payment is success but bill not paid. Again the current bill charged with arrear amount. No refund received for any failure payment.

                                        Who will be responsible for this???

                                        Paytm is not having any customer care no. Or mail id to escalate the issue. Such a pathetic service and no body there to hear from you.

                                        I will stop all my transaction through paytm. Just refund the amount in my credit card through which i have paid.
