I was approached by a seller and i paid him through paytm. After receiving the full money he cheated. I request paytm team to help me out to get back the money or by providing the details of that contact number. Name of the cheater : mohan prasanth. His contact number is : [protected]. O paid him almost 12000 rs. 8000 rs from my number [protected] and 4000 rs from my another jio number[protected]. He received the money through paytm. I could not get any detail about him yet. If i get any detail it will be helpful to get the money back. I don't know his real name also.

    I have recharge my wife's mobile number today for Us. 120/-. By mistake I recharge on mobile no. [protected] instead of [protected]. I paid Rs. 120/- through my HDFC DEBIT card today I. E. 7/1/2018. Is it possible to credit Rs. 120/- to my said account. My cellular company is IDEA.

      In my paytm account wallet i have deposit rs 3000 and after that, they block my account and i can't collect my money. I already lodged several complaints and still, i got no response from there side. They said they saw under this matter and never gave me answer my question. I urged them if they want to block my account do it own their own way but please return my money back.

        I have ordered sandisk 32 gb memory card on paytm with order no order id [protected]. They have sent the parcel but there is no memory card inside the parcel and they are not giving money back. And they replied me as"dear ravi,

        This is regarding your concern for receiving an empty box for order id [protected].

        We launched a full scale investigation and our checks have confirmed that correct product was delivered to you. Therefore, we will not be able to proceed your request further.

          My self amol dhane, on dated 03rd jan 2018 without my consent from my hdfc salary/saving account some amount has been deducted through paytm (Fraudulent paytm account)
          I didn't share any details regarding my account i. E. Debit card no., cvv, pin no. Or any otp with anyone. Even i didn't received any otp on my registered mobile no. Of account.

          Below is the detailed msg i have received on my registered mobile no. To my hdfc account;

          1st msg received:

          Thank you for using debit card ending 2976 for rs.3000.00 in noida at paytm1293914 on[protected]:14:54:47 avl bal: rs.849.25

          2nd msg received:

          Thank you for using debit card ending 2976 for rs.1.00 in noida at paytm1293914 on[protected]:14:58:18 avl bal: rs.848.25

          3rd msg received:

              I have order shirt from louise philippe and done payment through paytm. Payment got failed at louise philippe end though amount gets deducted from my bank account. Total amount deducted is 1470 rs. Please refund it earliest. It is very worst case that customer care is not responding to a call. Please reach me at [protected]. Please resolve it earliest and reach out to me. Refund me urgently. This will impact customer usage, we will not recommend our friends, family members to use it.

                Have send 1700/- money from paytm wallet to my bank account, my wallet trans id is: [protected] on 4th january. My contact no is [protected]. There is some issue to send money and for this i am continuosly trying to call paytm customer care since 3 days but when i add my transaction id it is show invalid.
                I also see in my 'help & support' option in my paytm a/c but there is only 1 msg displaying that your amount will be back in paytm wallet but still we don't receive money in my wallet. I have also drop a mail in 2 times but no response receive.

                Request to paytm care resolve the issue as soon as possible.

                  I have transact with paytm via upi bhim wallet and i transferred cash from canara bank to maharashtra bank 2000₹ and that transaction was failed but my bank account was debited to 2000 and still it is not refunded my transaction i'd is[protected] plz plz help mi to resoul this problem as soon as i have call many more time to paytm care center but they text one mail after 15 complaint that paytm have transferred successful the cash but actually in my paytm app its failed

                    I am gourab majumdar. Paytm customers. I have ordered 3 windows curtains which is returned after delivery due to problems with that product. Courier was picked up my products dated[protected]. All three products are returned. But from the 3 products i get refund two on the same day. But one products refund still pending till now. I called assistance too many times. As per their ph call i give them my email id and send them courier recept as a screen shot. But still my problem is not resolved from them. My order i'd at paytm mall is [protected].
                    Please take legal action about this problem and harassment of refund case.

                      Ordered two items on dec16th.
                      One item was delivered but i got the bill for the two items.

                      I have notified the paytm support team about the issue.
                      I got a mail about the sellers issue and they will take a strong action against the sellers.

                      In the same reply and other 5 complaints i raised, they haven't mentioned anything about the refund or cashback to me.

                      If the item was undelivered and cash is already is paid, isnt it the common practice to refund the money.

                        Rs 164 gone from my wallet (Paytm stealing my money from wallet)
                        I am recharge of paytm wallet to rs 200 in kotak bank and recharge of same amount
                        My paytm wallet available balance rs 164 but i was forgot my paytm password so i call customer care and reset password but i found my paytm wallet balance was shown rs 0
                        So i want back my paytm wallet balance rs 164

                          Actually i was transferring 60rs amount from my account to paytm wallet, first time amount got deducted but did not add into paytm wallet then again i tried to add amount from my account to wallet again amount got deducted but did not add in my paytm wallet but after 5-minutes i got 60rs in my paytm wallet so what about another 60.
                          120rs deducted from my bank account but i gotvonly 60rs.

                          Please resolve the same soon

                              Stupid product through paytm not working and slow device. Shows international shipping but no assurance of product supplied by paytm. Please no body should buy these type of product forever and no other product be supplied with out warrenty.

                                I have made transactions twice to shein website through paytm, money was deducted from account but order is not placed.. I consulted shein customer care and they told the transaction was refused and suggested to contact paytm customer care... Am nt even able to see about the failed transactions in my paytm account... I got no refund n am unable to talk to the customer care of paytm as they were disconnecting the call

                                  This is in reference with the order no : [protected], dated : 29/12/2027, where in the deal says to purchase 6 items and get 40% cash back. So i sat for 1 hour, analysed all products and purchased the necessary ones for my home needs. Iam an ordinary middle class guy who uses to be penny wise. And iam not ashamed of it. While ordering i might have touched the screen erronously, by which the prime code might have disabled. But that doesn't rule out the fact that i have shopped all items from the offer folder. It will be readily available in the backend data. I hereby request paytm to refund my cashback to my account, considering my long-standing relationship with the entity.
