I have transact with paytm via upi bhim wallet and i transferred cash from canara bank to maharashtra bank 2000₹ and that transaction was failed but my bank account was debited to 2000 and still it is not refunded my transaction i'd is[protected] plz plz help mi to resoul this problem as soon as i have call many more time to paytm care center but they text one mail after 15 complaint that paytm have transferred successful the cash but...

I am gourab majumdar. Paytm customers. I have ordered 3 windows curtains which is returned after delivery due to problems with that product. Courier was picked up my products dated[protected]. All three products are returned. But from the 3 products i get refund two on the same day. But one products refund still pending till now. I called assistance too many times. As per their ph call i give them my email id and send them courier recept...

Ordered two items on dec16th.
One item was delivered but i got the bill for the two items.

I have notified the paytm support team about the issue.
I got a mail about the sellers issue and they will take a strong action against the sellers.

In the same reply and other 5 complaints i raised, they haven't mentioned anything about the refund or cashback to me.

Rs 164 gone from my wallet (Paytm stealing my money from wallet)
I am recharge of paytm wallet to rs 200 in kotak bank and recharge of same amount
My paytm wallet available balance rs 164 but i was forgot my paytm password so i call customer care and reset password but i found my paytm wallet balance was shown rs 0
So i want back my paytm wallet balance rs 164...

Actually i was transferring 60rs amount from my account to paytm wallet, first time amount got deducted but did not add into paytm wallet then again i tried to add amount from my account to wallet again amount got deducted but did not add in my paytm wallet but after 5-minutes i got 60rs in my paytm wallet so what about another 60.
120rs deducted from my bank account but i gotvonly 60rs.

Please resolve the same soon...

Stupid product through paytm not working and slow device. Shows international shipping but no assurance of product supplied by paytm. Please no body should buy these type of product forever and no other product be supplied with out warrenty....

I have made transactions twice to shein website through paytm, money was deducted from account but order is not placed.. I consulted shein customer care and they told the transaction was refused and suggested to contact paytm customer care... Am nt even able to see about the failed transactions in my paytm account... I got no refund n am unable to talk to the customer care of paytm as they were disconnecting the call...

After that he is not lifting the phone and he is sending the phone

15 days back i have to purchase apple iphone plus. It will be used on mobile data hand set is over heating👺👺. Vary irritation to come that time using the mobile.
And same problem come to the using on phone calls the phone was vary un comfortable. Please change on my hand set.

I am not use in hardly but it was vary over heated.

I had played the question and answers for a prize pool and it was about the spelling test. I had scored 20 marks in it and the last date of the power play was 28th of december. Once i played they told that the money will be credited within 7 days after the completion of the power play. Now 7 working days are over and there is no money credited to my account....

I want to transfer money from my wall to my account for which i need to upgrade my kyc. Iwhen i enter my kyc information, it says there is no agent in my area to come visit or no office where i can go.
Now how do i transfer myone? It is stuck. And it's urgent. At least customer care executive could solve but it's always under maintenance. I uninstall if ithe is not resolved as soon as possible.

A transaction of rs. 5000 was done on 04.01.18 at 16:49 hrs. The money got deducted from wallet but could not credit in bank account. The transaction is still showing pending. I have tried every way to contact customer care. I even emailed at [protected]@paytm.com but no fruitfull reply came. Also no mobile or phone number is allowing to register complaint. Help with how it can be refunded and how much time it will take.

On 18th dec 2017 i have made payment for birla sun life insurance of 1) rs 5671/- ref:id: inb/54132818 and
2) rs 5671/- ref:id: inb/[protected] money debited but transaction failed. But till today money not refunded to my account.
So please arrange my money as early as possible....
