Dear all,
This is in reference to the offers given for paytm. I been a first time user, lured through the BIJLI Promocode. I under went the process and transfered Rs 1250/- and paid the bill for reliance energy for Rs 1080/-.
However whilst highlighting the account code it showed the option for fast track payment, thinking that the payment will lead me to a promocode, it has benefitted PAYTM. Gaining a trap for customers lke me. In short the Fast track was a bait for them to avoid the promocode.
After repeated explaination they revert with the below mail reply. Not understanding cx plight...
This reply clearly shows that the cx is explaining and they reply with their standard mail reply as per company policy... Pathetic Customer Services.

As We had already informed you earlier, We understand that, you are still awaiting for the cash back against promo code offer. However, our system shows that no promo code has been applied against the order ID [protected]. Our systems do not support a feature to apply a promo code once the order has been placed. Hence, we cannot apply this offer to the order now

What is cx service, its like understanding what a cx is highlighting is to the company is a feedback reflecting the shortcoming and developments needed.
open blunt response given to the resolution leads to the downfall and permanent dissatisfaction.
