On 11th january 2018, tried to book train tickets by paying from hdfc netbanking through paytm gateway. The transaction got failed stating due to internal error and an amount of rs.5025/- got debited from my account.in irctc website the status is refunded with id [protected] on 13th january, 2018 to paytm. But the amount was not yet credited to my hdfc account by paytm.

    Dear all,

    This is in reference to the offers given for paytm. I been a first time user, lured through the BIJLI Promocode. I under went the process and transfered Rs 1250/- and paid the bill for reliance energy for Rs 1080/-.
    However whilst highlighting the account code it showed the option for fast track payment, thinking that the payment will lead me to a promocode, it has benefitted PAYTM. Gaining a trap for customers lke me. In short the Fast track was a bait for them to avoid the promocode.
    After repeated explaination they revert with the below mail reply. Not understanding cx plight...
    This reply clearly shows that the cx is explaining and they reply with their standard mail reply as per company policy... Pathetic Customer Services.

However, our system shows that no promo code has been applied against the order ID [protected]. Our systems do not support a feature to apply a promo code once the order has been placed. Hence, we cannot apply this offer to the order now

    open blunt response given to the resolution leads to the downfall and permanent dissatisfaction.

      I was booking travel ticket for me from pune to hyderabad but transaction showed failed and money deducted from my bank acc & i didn't got any notification of it at my paytm app & also i didn't got money back to my wallet n bank, but i got massage to my num of deducting money. So i will give u screenshot of it i hope my pblm will resolve to get money back otherwise i ll go to the police.
      I have paid my EMI on Jan'18 of Rs.2650/-(Rs. 400/- Bounce Charges) on 06-Jan-2018...& the Capital first had swiped on 09-Jan-2018 for 2250/-...
      Request you to refund my Amount of Rs.2650/- ASAP...
      I was book online ticket via IRCTC I pay threw my pay Tm wallet I. I contact to pay Tm customer service they answers that they are already send deduct amount to your bank but in my account payment was not credited till now.
      So please check what was the problem.

        I tried for an transaction to indraprastha gas at 7.00 pm on january 14 2018. The balance in my wallet paytm was 646 around. The transaction failed. After that wallet balance was zero. Passbook is not appearing at paytm app.
        I tried on customer care number but i did not find my problem listed there. I did not find any option for talking to executive.
        I have sent my money from paytm to bank. However the same is not reflecting in my bank account but deducted from paytm account and transaction is pending since 11 hour.. plz resolve this.

          Sir/madam,
          I have paid the asianet broadband bill with order number [protected] on date[protected].

          I am not interested for the insurance said above in the subject. Kindly cancel the "home burglary insurance" of rs. 1 lac for rs. 15 which added by default, it is ticked in check box automatically. I also request you to refund ₹ 15/- into my bank account or paytm wallet.

            In shri vaisanav vidha peeth vishwidyalay i paid my daughter college fees (On 4 jan) by paytm gatway successfully. On 13 jan 18 i have mistakenly made copy transaction to paytm mobile solution pvt ltd directly and again money got deducted on (Rect 2 on 13 jan), in both the case beneficiary a/c no. Same.               Hi team,

              I have been strugging since 7 days to talk to customer care in person regarding my refund to paytm wallet, however you people do not have a specific number to talk to a person! There are several numbers but there only few options which do not have an option to talk to a customer care executive. Please improve your service.

              Now coming to my issue, i have done a transaction to 'little' app buying a coupen worth 349 rs on 5th of jan. But the coupen did not get generated transaction got completed amount got debited from my account through paytm app, i raised a question to little app they processed my money but didnt get refunded in my paytm account they asked me to contact paytm. Please check the messages screenshots attached from liitle app and paytm app with email. Kindly refund my money.

But after that he denied to send me phone and refuses to give my money back so please take entire amount back from above mentioned mobile no.                     So i got to know about this paytm double cash
                    In this you send paytm money to a user and that user will double your money and give it back to you.
                    I sent him 200rs and then he blocked me. The number i sent it to is [protected].
                    This guy is a fraudster.
                    I guess he has scammed many people.
                    The paytm statement photo is linked to this complaint.
                    Then i tried calling him but the number was switched off.
                    So i used some of my brain n searched the number on facebook messenger.
                    This number is linked to a facebook id named "anita goyal", which may also be a fake account.
                    Please take action.

                          On 18/10/2017 i ordered a product on paytm (Order id - [protected]) with a promo code applied fut1250 (Which give me a promo code fumwgn7wckvnww to be applied on electricity bill). This promo code is valid from 08/nov./2017 to 08/dec./2017 till 10:05 am. When i applied this promo code on 04/dec/2017 it did not work. Then on 08/dec/2017 at 10:00 am i again tried to apply that promo code but same error appears then i send msg to paytm assist about this issue with screenshot of error shows but till date no satisfied response from them & when i called them and asked about my issue they said this issue already closed from our team. They also changed the expiry time of promo code from 10:05 am to 4:35.
                          I am totally frustrated and spent lot of time with them on call.
                          Plz help me in this issue.

                            Actually before 1 month i submitted kyc to increase the limit upto 1lakh. And the paytm agent came to us and took a finger scan. But there is no use. But the limit was not exceeded... I called to ur customer care it was not connecting. So there is no use of submitting that. My ph. No was [protected] and your agent was not responding to the call. I want the limit extension... But it still was 25k only... And some amount was kept hold in the wallet only...
                            So please take a complaint on this issue...

                              My recharge of rs 198 that was done on 11 january 2018 at 11.07 am is still showing pending and even money has been deducted from the account. I am not able to cancel it also since no cancel option is shown in my orders.

                                Respected sir,
                                On dated 8/1/2018 i receive transaction alert of rs 7433 in 3 tmes from my debit card. The details of transactions are,
                                1. Rs.7 to iin/i-debit/paytm/[protected].
                                2. Rs.3708 to iin/i-debit/paytm/[protected].
                                3. Rs.3708 to iin/i-debit/paytm/[protected].
                                Thereafter when i see that someone is making transactions from my debit card, suddenly i transferred my balance to my other account & call to icici bank customer care executive go deactivate mt atm/debit card & logged the complaint. Now in this regard, i want to know the mobile number from which these transactions have been made & in which account my money has been transffered. Sir please subbit my complaint about the unauthorized transactions of rs 7433 & help me to let me know the information about the hackers. So that i can get my money back.

                                I was transfer the amount to the other Bank but amount was deducted from wallet but amount not credited pls. Refund the amount
                                I recharged my Metro card through Paytm which didnot worked. I complained through my app (Ref no.[protected] but some how you guys are not willing to refund my money hence not replying back since 7.1.2018
                                I got message of received money, but the money is not added to my wallet

                                    Hello. I am new user of paytm. When i tried to sign up, my mobile number was already registered. I tried to reset my password. I recieved the link too. But when i visited the link it was already expired. It said that it will take 10 minutes to expire but its not true. The link was expired before i paid a visit to the link. And it took 9 seconds for me to visit the link as soon as i recieved the link.

                                    Not able to sell purchased gold on 17/10/17. Despite of trying 10 to 12 times till today not able to sell the gold. Complaint lodged 5 to 6 times, no response from Paytm nor the query solved. Please look into the matter.

                                      When I was recharging vodaphone no. [protected] for Rs. 179, astoushingly, the aount is deducted 4 times from my paytm account. Payment order nos. are-

                                      From the above chart it is evident that one refund is due which has not entere to my paytm account.

                                        Hi, my name is Arun Kumar C, I have received amount from my client through paytm QR code, transaction ID – [protected] and transaction ID- [protected], both transactions is for 5000 and 5000 each dated 25th December 2017 at 9 AM, and its been 18 days that I am raising complaint by calling customer care and each time they are taking 2 days time and they are not credited to my bank account. They told that I had some issue with my bank account so I changed my bank account and updated their bank that is Paytm payment bank account- even then it is not solved. kindly 10, 000 rs is a huge amount for middle-class people like us.
