I added rs 5000 from kybdevit card and i was sending to my other account.
My rs 5000 is added but while sending to my bank its stuck in pending status from yesterday.
When i am trying to contact your support number ivr is not recognising my wallet txn id.

This is the worst servive i have ever experience from any company where your ivr says enter txn id and...

I have done transactions today amounting to Rs5149.86, transactions Id :[protected].From my paytm wallet amount has been deducted but not added to sbi account no:[protected].
On paytm ivr transactions reference id is telling wrong.kindly do necessary action soon.else I will go to consumers forum....

I never seen such a worst shopping app. I have a received old stock as i didn't like the product we raised a query and response came for return but still no info about that and refund also intiated. Many times we were queries for the same issue but no response

I hope i should never refer or recommend to anyone this app...

I tried to recharge my Tata sky dish and failed but money deducted from my a/c and received a msg that we have refunded the money but no money received in my wallet, complained thrice but no refund received only console msg that working on ur issue that's it since last 4 days .Pls help me out....

Hello, i have done transaction of ₹300 in game transaction, through sbi online account. The transaction was done on 4th january 2018, and it was done in order and chaos 2 online game by gameloft. I have sent money to number in paytm. After some time i recognize that this is fraud number. The paytm no is [protected]. My number is [protected]. I have sent 700/-. This company number is totaly fraud and they take benifit of peoples online to make transaction. Please block this number for further transaction and please help me to revert back my money.

On 05/01/2018 two pymt was deducted for uts (Rail) pymt of rs.187.98/- each (Same amount) still not refund to my a/c..

On 22 dec 2017, i requested for kyc of paytm account, i had to transfer few amount from my paytm account to bank account, i got a call saying that an agent will visit and will link aadhar card to my account. In my paytm account wallet i have deposit rs 3000 and after that, they block my account and i can't collect my money. I already lodged several complaints and still, i got no response from there side.
