Respected sir
I want to lodge a complaint for fraud in my paytm account. I have an paytm account registered with my mobile number [protected]. On 06/01/2018 the balance in my account was ₹10681/- in the evening around 6:45 i received a email about transaction done in my paytm account ₹5000/- were from my paytm to an another paytm account registered with number [protected] within two minutes i received two more mails of two more transactions of ₹5000/- and ₹681/- and these two transactions were also done with the same account registered with the moblle number [protected].in these three transactions all the balance was transferred to the account registered with the moblie number given above. I was shocked i tried to call that number but the operator was telling me that the number is wrong. I contacted the paytm officials regarding the transactions done from my account. They suggested me to file a complaint and send them the copy of that to take any action against the accounts in which my money was transferred. I went to thana bhargo camp jalandhar of my area and submitted a complaint against the number in which the amount was transferred. I mailed the copy of my registered complaint to the paytm officials. After submitting the copy of the complaint they gave me the information of the person whom the money was transferred. Firstly the money from my paytm account was transferred to a another paytm account registered with mobile number [protected] and from that account the amount was transferred to another paytm account registered with mobile number [protected] and from that account the money is transferred to an bank account in punjab national bank branch address bus stand chouraha, kaman distt bharatpur, rajasthan 321022 the account is opened in the name of mahesh kumar and whose mobile number is [protected] and account number is [protected] ifsc code of the bank is punb0233300 i called the number [protected] to enquire about the transactions done into his account. He agreed that the amount has been transferred to his paytm account and said that he reached the person who transferred the money into his account who did all the fraud according to him i had a talk with him too.. His name is deepak sharma mobile no. [protected] he operates the account registered with paytm with mobile no. [protected]. He is calling me again and again and saying me to do whatever i can.. He is not afraid of any action against him. I request u to lodge my fir and take and strict action against these persons. As they are threat to the society and if the action will not be taken it will motivate them to do such more frauds and loot the hard earned of the innocent people. Waiting for a positive reply and a strong action against the culprits.

My complaint against company is that it is not providing enough security to the accounts registered with them and it is easily allowing the fraud people to do frauds with the innocent people. I have brought everything into their notice and still they are not ready to do anything against the people who did the fraud using their app. And i feel this will discourage the people to use digital ways for the payments. As their money is not safe.

I have enlosed the snap shot of the fraud transactions from my account and complaint filed by me in the police station of the area.

I have already mailed to the cyber crime cell of punjab police to lodge an fir reply is awaited.

      I send money inr 5000 from my paytm wallet to bank account in[protected]:30 am, but money is deducted from my paytm wallet but not credit in bank account why?
      I check my transaction details in paytm wallet that show status pending. Now 24 hrs finished but not credited in bank account. Please solve the issue

        I was trying to pay my idea bill through pay-tm but the final transaction has been cancelled my idea and i got a message rs.300/ had been transferred to your pay-tm wallet.
        After that i try to send this money to my bank and i have to pay transaction charges but money is still not transferred to my account.

        Just a foolish pay-tm app.

        Refund my money and waive off transaction charges.

          On saturday i. E. 6th jan and 7th jan i have transferred rs228 each but there was the problem of transaction failure. I had known that the money get refunded within 24hrs but now i. E. 9th jan it has been more than that and i haven't got back my money. So do look into the matter and please return back my money as soon as possible. Looking forward for your prompt and needful response.

            I added rs 5000 from kybdevit card and i was sending to my other account.
            My rs 5000 is added but while sending to my bank its stuck in pending status from yesterday.
            When i am trying to contact your support number ivr is not recognising my wallet txn id.

            This is the worst servive i have ever experience from any company where your ivr says enter txn id and its not recognising and there is nonway to speak to your customer care then why you have given the contact number as 24 hours helpline that is completely non sense.
            Now i want to get my money bank in few hours

            And this the last transaction from my end. I am never going to use pay tm wallet its too risky.

            Please give my money back its very urgent.

            I am sharring the screenshot that I have recieved after complaining through their email .
            Its terrible they dont even acknoledge the issue.
            They are saying to log thisbissue through app however in app there is no support under help and support it just information .

                I never seen such a worst shopping app. I have a received old stock as i didn't like the product we raised a query and response came for return but still no info about that and refund also intiated. Many times we were queries for the same issue but no response

The transaction was done on 4th january 2018, and it was done in order and chaos 2 online game by gameloft. The transaction was failed but my money was deducted from my account.                                   On 22 dec 2017, i requested for kyc of paytm account, i had to transfer few amount from my paytm account to bank account, i got a call saying that an agent will visit and will link aadhar card to my account. Till today (Jan 08, 2018) no one has visited and my amount is stuck in paytm account. They are not even responding to phone call and emails, they are left with only false commitment.

                                  Paytm has become worst wallet, they've forgotten their commitments, only thing which they are doing is making fool of customers by opening other services. If you cannot support existing services then why are you engaging customer in other services.

                                  Will advice to people not to choose paytm for any transactions. They are not bother of your problem.

                                        I was approached by a seller and i paid him through paytm. After receiving the full money he cheated. I request paytm team to help me out to get back the money or by providing the details of that contact number. Name of the cheater : mohan prasanth. His contact number is : [protected]. O paid him almost 12000 rs. 8000 rs from my number [protected] and 4000 rs from my another jio number[protected]. He received the money through paytm. I could not get any detail about him yet. If i get any detail it will be helpful to get the money back. I don't know his real name also.
