I had booked a ticket on irctc using paytm gateway using my sbi card and it was not booked as seats was not availble but amount got deducted automatically. On irctc portal its showing money has been refunded back to paytmag but the refunded money has not been credited back to my account.
The details are given below :

    I have a paytm wallet. I read an ad in google for 4% cashback if payment is made on 23.12.2017 however promtion code airtel or grab10 not accepted but lateron when contact paytm it was told now nothing can be done as the code was not applied before making payment. If any promtion is advertised by paytm the cash back should be automatic. They should not fleece the public by giving misleading ads which are not fullfilled due to there cpmplicated system of accepting codes. Sysstem should be simple and transparent

      I had placed two different type product order but ended up receiveing the same of two products. I would to raise a complain regading it.

      2) clickflip wooden handicrafts money banks

      And i reieve two copies of clickflip wooden handicrafts money banks.

        This is regarding paytm mobile transactions.. On october 8th, 2017.. I tried sending money from my wallet to my friend account... However the transactions got failed but the money has been deducted from my wallet. So far i have called the customer care more than 10 times... All they do is give you reference number but no money... Please resolve this as soon as possible.

          Dear sir my paytm account is blocked. I don't know the reason why. I put a request to unblock it. Your team demanded adhar card and pan card and i sent it. After that your company deleted my complaint request from help and support. Why so.? Why your company is troubling customers. And u also doesn't have live customers support. I mailed but got no response. I was told to reset the password but that also didn't worked. Saying a technical error message. Please look into this matter and don't trouble your customer although your company is trustable in our country

            Hello team,
            Being a regular and happy customer of paytm, i book an order on paytm mall of grocery and other stuff and while proceeding for payment it shows me cash back of about 280 rupees (Your policy cash back will be credited after 24 hours or item shipped). Mine all items were delivered still i wont get any cash back so i called up customer care team and they said you haven't apply for promo code.
            Then he said as we have to close this matter i will give cash back one item of yours about 146 rs i said i need time to think and i call customer care again in evening then they said we win't be able to give you cash back.
            When i said i need to talk to your senior then he put the call on hold for about 40 minutes and then call disconnected.

            This is simply not accepted from you guys.

              I didn't received my cashback yet for my purchase of e gift card the amount of cash back was 825 rs this is not done... Immediately give me my cashback. It has been more than 24 hours now is this the way to deal with customer's will never again make a purchase with paytm again... How can uh do such a fraud its just a matter of 825 someday if i will make a bigger purchase uh will ruin my money back... I[censored]h don't immediately refund my cashback... I will file a case in consumer forum

                Hi i m abdul. My complaint is about cashback which i still didn't get from hide&seek rs 30 cashback rs 15 i have try so many time but a single redeem code isn't working i have try 1 code each day but it is showing this offer can be used once but i still not redeem code i have try on other number also but it isn't working. My request is from paytm that i[censored] have given offer but u r still not giving is really wrong to us. So plz try to solve this problem

                      This guy sold me an account but after paying miney he’s gone from call and whatsapp i[censored] wanna check i can share everything as detail info with u he asked for 3700 money and didn’t give me the account number is [protected] he’s in paytm as ‘batman’ name on it.                           I am Paytm user...Now I am unable to login to my account..And I am entering the correct number and password...But also that is telling that I have to enter valid username or password...Or my account will be blocked...My friend transfer money to my Paytm account now I have urgency to use that money, but when I am calling to one of your customer care number it is telling that call us tomorrow we are under maintenance..this is to much u people are not attol worying about customers problem..We are loosing faith in PAYTM..

                            Dear sir, plz help me in this matter. On 8th oct'2017 six transactions are made on paytm from my account which was not done by me. Find the attached fir copy, sbicard statement copy & the grevenge letter to ambudaman. Also write to ombudsman of noida, ahmedabad, the cyber crime depth. Plz find out the person and recovery the money or give us the details so that we can trace out the culprit.

                              I ordered a lotto man vertigo shoes
                              But they delivered wrong shoe which is used and is something like i cant describe her
                              I complained about my issue to paytm but the did not respoonded positively and they were giving reference number related to my issue again n again
                              Till now i have 5 reference number but they dont give any solution to my issue

                              After this i called them to pick that item and replace it but they again not responded well after calling again n again finally the pick up the item today
                              But still my money is not refunded

                                  Ordered uk6 but delivered uk5.in shoes in one place size is mentioned uk6 and in other place uk5 where prise is mentioned.
                                  As in this there is no policy for return, so we can not replace it once delivered as per their policy. Also the product was not packed in sparx box. It was a simple box having tag of paytm. As this mistake/fraud done by theseller, the same product must be replaced or amount must be returned.
                                  Please help me to find my refund/return and stop to such type of the fraud.

                                    My paytm wallet consisted of rs2000. I made few transactions, but after a month my whole wallet balance came down to zero automatically and whole transaction history got deleted. No balance showing at all. I want my transaction history back as well as i want my rupees refunded. This happend all of a sudden. I request for my wallet money to get refunded as soon as possible.

                                      [my paytm account number - [protected] (Paytm)] (Frauds don't call me i don't even have money to eat)
                                      I've bank transferred my gold ammount, but the transaction is still pending & ammount is deducted from my account but not credited to the bank account.
                                      I further texted paytm about it they conveyed that my transaction is pending due to high in build value, & wait for 72hrs.
                                      It has been more than 3-4 days and my amount is still not credited to the bank account..
                                      I urgently needed the money because my mother is very sick. Please sir help me.
                                      Paytm is no more trustable.
