Hi,
I was paying my monthly electricity bill to cesc ltd. Through paytm getway. After all procedure & transaction, i faced the following issues;

1) payment receipt not generated from cesc, as it shown in a window that, "payment not received by cesc".

Respected sir/maam, i placed an order with paytm on 15th november 2017 for r for rabbit folding pram order number [protected]. The price of the product was mrp. 8991 and with discount it came to 4799. The product was delivered, but the weight of the product is 9.8kg, but i received a small box, which is not even 100gms, but it is mentioned as 9800gms. Called paytm multiple times, but no help...

I am facing many problems because of paytm. I have not get my refund of my order for philips tv till now. My order have been pick uped from my address 2 days ago. Till now i have not get my refund. When i am calling it says check the number you have dailed. Why this paytm is creating so much problems. You are not solving problems on time taking a long time then also we don't get any resolution....

I placed order in paytm, of a flip cover with my paytm account [protected].
I received a wrong order.
So, i returned the product for replacement.
Neither it was replaced or refunded.
It's still in processing.
I am very disappointed for this.
And am fed up to reach paytm customer care.
There is no number to talk with the paytm customer care.
I am expecting to resolve my problem...

I had order the recharge an amount of 185/- rupees of idea of no [protected] and not received the recharge in phone and when i contact the paytm they did not respond me sir

This is a complaint against indiashopee.com & paytm.com. I get a call from an executive at 11:30 am on 11/12/2017, claiming that she is from paytm on my registered mobile number. She then went ahead telling that i am listed as one of the top 10 lucky customers of paytm as i purchased one desktop on so and so date. She also tells me all the patytm details and my cart items with all purchase history to make sure she is the customer executive...

My paytm account is blocked. I have huge amount of money in my paytm account. What about my money.? When it'll get unblocked? I have sent you message from help & support section but haven't received any reply. Please help me with that as i have alot of money jn my wallet. And now i'm not able to open my account.

I ordered product at 26 nov 2017 but till now i didn't get my product i had paid payment at the time of order but i didn't get it after 20 days he gave estimate delivery time 14/12/2017
But after it now i no need of thos product thay nt cancel my order on nt retuen my money they has not compliant help line toll free num i had wasted 200 rupees on call for complaints now i no need the product i wann my money back immediately...

I wanted to transfer to the mobile wallet of phone no. [protected] rs. 4000/- and by mistake got transferred to mobile recharge of vodafone prepaid. The order id was [protected]. Operator reference number jptm [protected] dated 13.11.2017 at 7.24pm. Upon discovering the error it was immediately brought to the notice. Was told already transferred to the operator. Contacted the operator for reversal of the transaction. Got an intimation by mail...

Paytm has blocked my account and not providing me access to my own account, it has around 1500 rs, in walllet and they requested me to provide all the documents like my aadhar, dl, pan etc. Even after submitting the same there is no response from them at all. This is pathetic. I just wonder how many people have been cheated like this in india.

My wallet amount 958 has been deducted on 13 dec. At 10:47 pm and in paytm pass book their is written that "transfer to bank" but i didn't add that. And in my bank account which is in punjab national bank their is no additional of such amount. And every time i made any transaction with my paytm account i received a mail and a message but on this transaction i don't recieved any of them....
