Some day ago, i recharged mobile number through paytm. Recharge succeeded and money deducted my account but money not received in my mobile balance till date. The paytm shows that recharge has been successfully done but it's not. It has happen three times with me.
I want to know the reason that why money have not come?
So please look into the matter and solve my problem as soon as possible.

now the amount is pending in Paytm Account please release the same as earliest

    I have added rupees 1930 to paytm wallet on 20th december but money deducted from the bank account. Paytm show confirmation is waiting from bank then 40 minutes later they said money added to wallet is failed. It's not good with paytm users. Order no [protected]. Deduction of rupees 1930 at 20th december. I want refund quickly in account. Paytm customer support didn't reply my query and i have very worst experience with the paytm

      Money was deducted from my bank account but not credited my wallet,
      I request a prompt solution forming a part from this,
      I wish i could get back the amount which was deducted from my bank account.

        Sir mane capital frist ki payment ki thy. Apne paytm se pr pyment nhe hui or mare punjab national bank ke account se payment bhi kut gyi..
        Mane payment 20000/- ki kari thy. Jisme bank se 19949.86 ki payment bank se 18/12/2017 ko add ki thy.. But mare paymnet nhi hui or bank se payment bhi cut gyi... Or paytm account main balance bhi show nhe ho raha hai... Bas ek paytm se message aaya tha payment conform ka

          There has been a fraud transaction through my paytm wallet account on 17th december at 5:43pm worth rs. 550.58. I have raised the issue upon their helpdesk to track the transaction and initiate my refund. After merely 2 email conversations they are helpless to my situation and simply denied to help me any further in this regard and this is not the 1st time i am experiencing fraud transactions from my account. There has been a previous case where i had been duped of my wallet money and the behavior of the customer representative was the same at that time. I thus want to raise a complain against this service company where in they are showing a incapability to track down the imposter using my login credentials and enjoying the services over my money.

            On 20th december done 348 recharge through paytm in that 129 i had used paytm amount and 218 from icici bank account. Got message in paytm as payment failed but after some time got text from icici stating money is deducted now my order is also not placed when wrote to paytm they replying saying they don't have visibility to bank account. Dont know whom to reach out.
            My transaction id for paytm complaint is 46326064.
            If the order is not placed then you are not supposed to deduct money. I[censored] let me know whom to reach out will write to them too.

              I have uplyed for the kyc by your paytm app. Your travel agent has come to my home to visit. He has done the word properly but he having my number and he has text me on WhatsApp. I am not happy for this. His number [protected]. Please be careful it's not good for the costumer mainly for girls. Being a girl I m not liking it. My number is personal not for everyone Now i will not suggest the people to done for the kyc & strongly not using paytm and your costumer care number is also not responding if I have to complaint where should I go??

                On cancellation of ticket booked on 01.12.17 for journey date 03.12.17 in padatik express (12377) pnr no. [[protected]] from SDAH to NJP, transaction id ([protected]), irctc is showing that rupees 3090 refund transaction id ([protected])been refunded to bank paytmsdk. But the amount has not been credited to my bank account yet. Refund date is showing as per irctc 07.12.2017. Let me know the reason for this inconvenience

                  I did a recharge of rs 459 through paytm on 19 october. Recharge was failure. Then i made a request for refund and made recharge from another resource and asked for refund they did not made refund and made a recharge from their side on 23 october. I complaint that to consumer helpline and it did not resolved. Please help me. I needed refund not 2nd recharge
                  By mistake 2000 rupees transferred to [protected] this number through paytm so please do necessary to recover it.

                      I transacted through paytm i. E, by paying tsspdcl electricity bills by expecting express services. Unfortunately their system might be very slow. Amounts debited to my account and not made and not completed the transaction.
                      I suggest not to pay any bills through this paytm where due dates and schedule dates are there.

                      This site is not reliable for urgent matters. Please.

                          When ever i try to reedem my paytm cash with hide and seek offer it doesnt work!! The message appers that you can use the code just once! Why are you cheating with your customers!! Such a big company and is doing fraud! Shame on you guys!! I hope u will help me otherwise i m goong to consumer court! My paytm does not work properly it gets hangged i m using iphone 8 still. It hangs🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 worst experience!

                            I have recharged of ₹220/- on my bsnl sim card [protected] from my paytm account, payment is deducted from my wallet but still i haven't got my recharge amount. Recharge was held on 10 december 2017.
                            Please solve my problem as soon as possible. It's 9 days today still i haven't received any of that benefit or refund.
                            I want my money back as soon as possible.
                            This is not acceptable for application like paytm. It is worst case in online transaction.

                            Online transaction declined on 13.12.17 due to max try attempt exceeded. Please specify reason and correct as paytm used to have this problem very frequently

I again recharged the mobile at 10.30 with 349. Mony was again detected and mobile as also recharges. I request u to kindly return the rs. 349 the earlier one as mony was detected but mobile was not recharged. I will be grateful.

                                  I ordered a red colourdouble bed size bedsheet, but ### PAYTM send me blue colour single size bedsheet.what worst service they are providing. I approach to public, never go for PAYTM.
                                  Also i ordered a selfiestick but a damaged product was delivered to me. That was not working. Its waste of my time and loss of shipping charges.

                                    Hi i have order certain stuff from more mega store yesterday... Everything went well my money also deducted from my account but did not submitted to more mega store... It was taking lots of time from paytm to submit my money to the vendor so i cancelled my order to 're place it. The order had been cancelled but my money was deducted and did not refunded to my paytm account nor returned to my bank account... I have talked in my bank as well they are also saying that i have to coordinate with paytm only.. Since yesterday i am trying to call on your various numbers (Available on the paytm site as well as internet) but all in vain.. No satisfactory answer had been received from any site... Can you please look into the matter nd get my money back... My order id is 22013523... Refrence number is

                                    I have done Paytm shopping yesterday for more mega store.. money had been deducted fron account but it neither credited in my Paytm account nor gone to more mega store... none of your phone lines are getting me through to any customer care executive nor I have received any response... could you please check the matter and get my refund asap

                                      My name is amit soni & my registered mobile no in paytm account is [protected]. I purchased nike shoes on paytm on 10.12.2017 but product was not up to the mark and not at par my requirements so i requested for return the shoes on dated 12.12.2017 but after 6 days on 18.12.2017 paytm rejected my return request.
                                      Its quite unfair. Being an genuine customer, i thought its quite easy to return a product in case of dissatisfaction and wrong product (Because i am used to of flipkart & amazon). But its really very shocking for me when i came to know about rejection of my return request. If i would have bought this product from fk or amazon, my return request would have accepted.. I again request you to accept my return request. Needed help!!

                                        Since 4 December Im facing the too much problem from paytm company.
                                        They deduct my account balance without any intimation when I have call that company they ur problem will be resolved 3 day's but still I didn't receive any amount of my bank account.

                                        Now I have second issue On 11th December my friend send me 500/-Rs from the Google tez application
                                        but my paytm Bank account credit only says 455/-Rs same problem is again happening still in they said we will resolve this issue within the next 3 days and still I'm waiting

                                        Dear team please help me out of this problem!!
