Yesterday ie 9.11.2017 i tried to recharge my idea number [protected] with an amount of ₹348 at 7: 55 pm the recharge is shown to be successful but i have not got my number recharged.
My ₹348 is deducted and i have not got recharged. I talked to idea customer care too but they say to talk to u r regarding this grievance of mine.
Please solve this issue.

I have ordered a shirt for rs. 708 with order number #[protected]. I received the item and i have returned it to the vendor. I received rs. 260 as cashback. They have refunded the remaining money rs.448 to my paytm wallet with transaction id - paytm cash txn id #[protected] on 20/10/2017. Then i requested to send the money to bank. Then the money is deducted from my paytm wallet with (Wallet txn id) paytm cash txn id #[protected] on 20/10/2017, but not added to the bank. The wallet statement it self says, that was a failure transaction. Still they have not restore the money to my paytm wallet nor to my bank account so far.

I have sent 10 messages to the customer care and i am trying to contact the customer care executive to get the refund amount. But i could not contact an executive directly. Every time i am getting recorded voice messages only. There is no toll free customer care number also. Everytime we have to pay for getting recorded voice messages. Poor customer care service.

Hello sir i am allready using your paytm app... But first time banking trasction for used paytm.. 7300 rs paytm bank money transaction 210rs all india any banking app any social app not trasction charged then charged only 6rs any amount 100 to 10000rs but you 1000 ra 29rs 5000rs paytm charged 120ra and 3000rs paytm charged 80rs i promise you all life you paytm app not used this no [protected] i 210 rs very bad paytm very bad paytm

Yesterday around 9am, i was do the transaction of 10000 rs becuase i want to add money in my paytm wallet but the amount is already deduct from my account but still i did not received my amount in paytm wallet i have already do the complaint i have no of complaint[protected] and i already complaint to customer care to your bank but they dont want to take any action regarding my complaint how much time to get my amount i am in trouble i hope you understnd all the situation please revert back

I tried ordering dominos pizza online but using paytm wallet as payment mode and did the payment from paytm through net banking option money is deducted from my hdfc account and got payment confirmation message from paytm but my order at dominos failed when checked with dominos outlet they confirmed that they dint receive any order request and asked to check with paytm customer care i couldnt contact to talk to paytm cc so raising my concern here. Plz look into the issue and arrange for a refund

I was using paytm since long, but now a days paytm is breaking the trust,
1) at the time of recharge paytm doesn't having relavant schemes ideas, they are showing only some of the schemes and not having complete idea.
2). Paytm is giving promocodes/schmes of lakhpati, bumper etc but all the such things are fake, it is like only showing on the website. As me and many of my freinds using this promocodes but not become winner any time. So guys as paytm is going to higher it is loosed trust of mine and may people.

I want to say that Paytm is very bad company which is not giving a good service to there customers and not giving a solution or answer by their money has been deducted from their account I want to case a file against your company because they are taking advantage that the customers are not taking this problem seriously

, i have recharged for my jio no [protected], the transaction failed and amount of rs 469 was creditet to my paytm wallet, but when i have transferred 469 rs on 8 nov at 9:56 pm to my bank account from paytm wallet, money is deducted from wallet but not reflecting in bank account

My brother sent me a cash to a number of mine which i didnt have an paytm account but it was shown that the transaction was successful so i created an account on that number but there was no cash which he sent so please find solution and help me it was shown as the payment was and successful and i also orocided you the teansaction id

I cancelled paytm order no.[protected] on 04-oct-17 before product being shipped..Till i didn't get my refund amount to my credit card or paytm wallet..i sent a mail to paytm care..still i did n't get response also

I ripped by a man (name -Hacke) on 3 November, he ripped 350 rs paytm

Today i made a recharge in my jio data card of ₹399 in which it was showing that validity of this recharge will be for 84 days but when my money was gone i got only 70 days of internet and i got cheated and now i want my money back. Paytm is fooling their costumers they are showing something on their data card recharge but giving less days internet.

Sir, order karte hain processing me rahata hai custumer care phone lagate hain paytm id is not registered re create id with in 16 days old wallet amont 0 complain already submit through email, facebook and paytm id. But not response to all custumer care number. Qwery number 42367916 not solved. Paytm custumer care not talking face to face. All custumer care number fake.

I filled petrol at 31 october 8.18 pm 2017 at jaipur petrol pump. Paytm offering 100% cashback on 31st oct 2017 between 6-9 pm in jaipur only. I followed all terms and conditions but my cashback of 100 rs not received as promised by paytm. I used scan qr code first time to fill petrol. I also complaint in help section of paytm but customer care representative didn't respond it. Please solve my problem as soon as possible.

Dear consumer,
I'm anurag from lucknow (U. P) i ordered a pair of shoe on 11 oct'2017 from paytm. And today's date is 9 nov'2017 still i have not received the shoe and now they don't allow me to cancel the order nor they are telling me the delivery date of shoe.
I complainted many times on there help & suppport even they are not responding.
Now i'm not able to get my money back nor they are providing me the shoes.
Now what i do i don't understand??

When i am contacting paytm there are saying its done from our side pending with operator but the operator is telling we dont have any information regardibg recharge of 499/- its been 2 days have been gone for this situation help me out please

I ordered food using paytm and the money was deducted now its been 4 days there is no refund on my transaction! I spoke to people i ordered food from they said you will have to speak to paytm! We cannot speak to paytm as there is no customer service number all it gives is normal help that you can find on the app itself, please sort this out as quickly as you can as i am kinda out of patience

I had ordered for a playboy edt (Perfume) and i received a fake and unsealed edt. Paytm doesn't allow me to return the product because this item is non-returnable, i have asked paytm to provide me a genuine playboy edt and take this fake one back or refund the amount i have paid for this edt but my complaint is being ignored by team paytm. It's a fraudulent activity by paytm or the seller. I want an appropriate resolution for this issue.
