My order no. - [protected]. Train ticket cancellation rupees not coming in my paytm passbook. My paytm mob no. [protected]. My refundebl amount is
₹ 475. According ur paytm care person. But not coming my paytm passbook. Some day a go, password create by me. But i miss old password. So now i m new created. They r run now. All workings is happen now. But problem is not coming refunde money 475 rupees. So, u please guide me

Updated by [email protected] From bhaskar dubey, - today six days ago ticket cancellation​ but not refund rupees now. What happen just i wait now. Already u know my paytm order no. So please help me. Whenever solve this problem. Need refund money. So please u help me. My paytm order no.[protected]. Prblome created after chenge new password. But i meny meny time i chege password that time but always good working by paytm wallet. Only this time problem happen. So do something for or me. And refund.

    Hi,
    I have lost my mobile number and unable to get it again.

    I am tired of waiting on the phone calling paytm customer care, i have written email and lodged complaint as guided but nothing was happened so far. My account still has money inside it but its locked for soooo looooong.

    I am still able to login to my paytm registered email:
    kkanth.[protected]@gmail.com.

    Kindly let me change my mobile number or let me login without requiring otp code send to my lost mobile number.

      I have Paid my electricity Bill through Paytm with 'FLMY' promo code .according to this 50% Cashback should be created in my wallet but till the time i didn't get this amount .
      for your information my payment is successfully completed with RS 2103/- at 03.011.2017 08:28PM.

      Please look into this matter and solve the issue at the earliest possible

        I want to know my refund status. Transaction id is [protected] and [protected].
        I paid online dated 28th oct 2017 for shopping under the application club factory. My bank account was debited with rs. 590, but transaction was failed.
        I havent got the refund of same yet.

        Kindly look into the issue and help in resolving asap.

Recharge amount is 399 but 1₹ deducted from my wallet its means I have played 398 ₹ from netbanking this amount is deducted from my account but not recharge my number so please take necessary action.             The money from my account was got deducted unusually without my concern though i didnt did any recharge.

            The money was got deducted 5 times. First time they deducted on on 04-oct-17 with the description of "paytmnoidain-04/10/17 22:44:50" and cheque no. Is "[protected]""

            And few days later they deducted (On 5-oct-2017)"356.00rs and 558.00rs"there cheque number is"[protected]"and"[protected]"with the description of"recharge_paytm_paytmmumbaiin-05/10/17"

            And again few days later the same amount of money (On 07-nov-2017)"356.00 and 558.00"was got cut on[protected] with the description of"visa pos tr 05/10/2017 recharge_paytm_"and surprising was this time there cheque number is"[protected]".

            So i want my all the money should be refunded to my bank account.

              With regards to my paytm wallet, ([protected]) i transferred rs - 4998.46/- to my bank account on[protected]:22:30 pm but the same is not reflecting in my bank account and the paytm cash txn id [protected], kindly look in to the issue and add back my money to my paytm wallet.

              If i don't get any resolution before[protected], i will spam on social media for sure.

                I had complained previously on 19th october 2017 (Reference no.:[protected] on the same issue, but i am scared the issue has yet not been resolved. My order no. [protected]. Has been delivered on 2nd nov, 2017, but i have yet not received my paytm cashback of 4000 inr. Last time i was told by anand that the cashback would come soon after the delivery status on the app shows as delivered. Have messaged twice on paytm help and called a number of times on paytm help line but the issue is yet not resolved. Please assist me in getting my cashback asap.

                I have been following up with paytm since 19th Oct for the same issue for some 15 times on all the social networking websites...but paytm has turned a deaf ear to all my issues.

                      I ordered leather jacket order no [protected] but still i didn't received the ordered item but in app its showing already delivered even didnt get delivery confirmation mail nor get any call from delivery person. Never expect this from paytm had an bad experience past 3 years am using paytm lost faith on paytm. Raised a query 42225892 still no update pleased help us to resolve this issue.

                        I recently made bus reservation tickets from tadepalligudem to hyd it didn't allow me to select sr nagar bus stop and same repeatedly happened and you are again taking extar money from us are you playing with us or what, ridiculous website which i have seen for and yesterday who said to take my 121 money for bus did i select that i kept it for my personal use you guys have made the charges yourself, when i checked morning my paytm is of 0 balance and cashback is of 50 but i have selected it for 150

                          The have got the delivery from dealer (Jhaveri auto) on 18-oct-2017, but till date i have not received cashback in my account.

                          Please find attached order details. Kindly let me know when can i get cashback of rs. 2, 500/-. The dealer has already charged rs. 500/- for this cashback offer.

                              Its tatkal ticket...
