    Sir yesterday i made an transaction by using paytm wallet account but money deducted from my paytm wallet but it shows in pending from last few hours onwards, this transaction is not done and i don't get any message from my bank also. So many times i tried to contact to paytm customercare no one replied, so please refund my money as early as possible to my paytm wallet

          Some one using my debit card and performing transactions from a long time with out my knowledge. Yesterday i noticed it in my bank statement that there are many transactions on paytm name, can you guys help me with this by providing on what purpose it is made and from which account it has done and its details.

            Respected sir/mam

            I had ordered two memory cards i. E. One is sony 64gb and other is kingston 64gb on 10th october 2017 my order id is [protected]. I give payment through online debit card.
            I get delivery on 15 th october 2017 when i open the parsel in that parsel one samsung memory card was present and that was not ordered by me and when i approval for return then delivery boy should also not get return this product. When i complent about in paytm app they does not give any reply to me. So that paytm website is doing fraud with me.
            So, respected sir/mam please help me about that problem. And help me as soon as possible.

              Hi, my name is umesh. I transferred money from my wallet to my friend's bank account on 16th october 2017. Amount is debited from my paytm but its still showing in pending. When i'm trying to contact paytm help but couldn't reach out. I'm totally pissed of with this paytm customer service. I'm seriously frustrated. I want that money to be transacted as soon as possible...

                  I has recharged rs.349/- through paytm app on 14/10/2017 evening by mistake to [protected] number instead of [protected] bsnl number
                  I noticed my fault and complained to paytm team, but their response is not satisfactory, they asked me to talk with bsnl team and they were not responsible for that recharge. I waited for 2 days. But still they have not responded
                  Please reimburse my amount

                        On Friday I was trying to make an order of the medication on 1mg.com and in the payment section I tried to pay via Paytm but unfortunately, the order got declined and the amount of Rs. 611.6 got deducted from my bank account but the order which got declined is not showing in the order section of 1mg and nither in the order section of Paytm.

                        This is the transaction remark that shows in my bank account: VIN/PAYTM /[protected]/0 for the payment I made to 1mg via Paytm

                        I cant see the payment information in My order in any one of the above accounts in Paytm

                        When I mail Paytm in [protected]@paytm.com it says try Help & Support and if I click on help and support I need to have an order ID but it didn't generate.

                        Its been 48 hrs, I haven't received my money yet

                        Please help me get back my money.

                            This is regarding my order for cashew nuts with paytm., which has been delivered in bits and pieces form. They have became pieces n powder by the time of delivery, which i brought into the notice of customer care on 06.10.2017 for return request.
                            With query reference no: 40424983, they have responded by saying they are attending the problem.
                            But there is no response even after a week. So i furthur brought the issue to there notice on 13.10.2017, for which they have not even responded.
                            I have been a loyal customer to paytm from so many years. But i have been treated so badly and that hurts.
                            Every penny i earn is important to me & i have every right to spend it on the items which are 100% worth. I here by request you to refund my money by taking ur inferior product delivered.

                                My name is haris. Yesterday (15 oct, 2017 1:58 pm) i have placed an order in paytm for "lg 22mp68vq-p 55.88 cm (22) led monitor", order no: [protected].

                                I have already requested for cancel through the paytm mall app yesterday (15-oct-2017) itself. The order was not dispatched and was in packed status at the time of cancelling.

                                But the status is still "cancellation pending" even after 24 hrs. (16-oct-2017 7.00 pm)

                                Please help me regarding this.

                                Please cancel my order and refund my money.

                                I was adding money to my paytm wallet from my syndicate bank . But somehow transaction was failed and money go deducted from my account.
                                it's been more than a month, but till date i have not recieved any response or refund.

                                Please check and let us know what more information is needed to get this asap fixed..

                                    Tryin to contact customer support since a week now... No reply from their side.. Query no 40412363...

                                    They said they will pickup the damaged product... Despite repeated msgs no reply from their side... Sent an email which was replied as... Kindly complain over paytm app...

                                    This is badly disappointing and frustating... That you send a broken ketchup bottle and just dont apologise for it neither refund nor replace it..

                                        I do see two fraud with my sbi account,. Has been deducted with below transaction details where as i have not use my card any where for this kind of transaction. Sbi need to investigate this kind of transaction where as the card details are not shared by anybody, how the customer will trust the government fanancial body rbi need to instigate this issue against of sbi bank
