I transfer money from wallet to my a/c bank from paytm, money get deducted from wallet but not received in my a/c, unable to contact customer care also. When i send mail to paytm customer care they are saying that called or email to ur bank. There are no option to contact paytm except via email. From 2 days i m trying to contact paytm customer via call but can't find it. Very disappointed by paytm. I was always use paytm for recharge nd shopping but no onward i not gone a use this app. I need my money back.

I recharged through my paytm account [protected] on my mobile number [protected] of amount 399 on 15/10/17 by 10.50 am. My transaction declined but i didn't get my refund.

I am trying to contact the customer care on[protected] given on contact us in paytm app but i can't able to reach since it is saying please check the number.

I have order a rs 48000 worth mobile phone from "paytmmall.com" #[protected]. This product was supposed to be dispatched on 10th october and delivered by 12th october 2017.
After 5 days of delay, this product is still not dispatched and "paytm" executives are clueless regarding the status. There is no sense of responsibility for the issue and no help from call-center.

I have called multiple times and updated the complaints to highest escalation team (Complaint id#[protected] and all i get to hear is "we are working on this".

This is very frustrating and sad, please help to get this problem resolved.

I had order 2 saree on 24th sept, bt i still didn't receive my ordered product.. And in paytm it's showing the order has been delivered on 30th sept.. I have mailed n evn called paytm customer support and explained tht i still dnt receive product.. Bt i'm not getting proper response. It has been 20 days and this issue is not yet solved.. I'm completely have negative thought abt this paytm nw... I have tried many times via help desk on app.. Bt evn their no response

I transferred money from my wallet to my friend's bank account on 28th of septenber... It said that the transaction was successful but my friend didn't receive at all.. Bank authorities said that no money was received... I'm trying to contact paytm help but i couldn't.. I'm totally pissed of with this paytm customer service... All my balance went off cause of that... I'm seriously frustrated to the core... I want that money to be transacted as soon as possible

I want paytm to block his account and refund me my money
The guy should be punished and sent to jail for cheating innocent peoples

This issue is regarding my online purchase of macbook whose order no is
[protected]. I had applied for 12k cashback while placing this order but i have not received it yet. I was expecting to receive it after the delivery. I am putting this email now as 24 hours have passes since delivery.
Please do the needful so that i receive the cashback at the earliest.

First of all, i want to say customer service of paytm is pathetic. I have complained many times but they never care to send even a simple reply. I have placed many order in september 2017, and a few of them were canceled and refund were initiated but i never got any of them till date. The following refund related smses were received from your paytm.

We cant contact with paytm costumer care due to all no. Are busy and under maintenance. Rohit singh mobile no. [protected].

I had received one lavie wedges from paytm.But unfortunately the size does not fit fitted on me so I returned it them on 30th September. Through paytm, I have got a mail and a sms for refunded my return item on 30th September. Till today, I have not recieved my amount.

Please refer my consumer complaints id 1729921 dated 08/10/2017 under which i had filed on line consumer complaint regarding cheating me since 16/09/2017 for erroneous cancellation of my ticket by paytm on 16/09/2017 from that day i had requested them to arranged me alternate ticket upto 27/09/2017. They always gave consoled me that they are giving top priority on my request but did nothing at last i was compelled to arranged ticket at madgoan at eleven hours. Base on my complaints they refunded after deduction of cancellation charge on 11/010/2017. Because of paytm mismanagement my entire tour to gao gone in vain and they giving me mental agony and financial hardship since then. Therefore for over come from this mental agony/financial hardship i want financial compensation rs.200000.00 (Rupees two lacs only) and the amount may be credited to in my sbi account.

Recently i was shopping on paytm mall where i got a cashback offer from paytm named "buymoresavemore" in which they offered attractive cashback. I opted that coupon but then the site shown that is offer is valid only for minimum 10 nos. Of goods purchased.

I forcefully increased the purchase qnty. And ordered more then 10 items to get this cashback. I paid all amount in advance and my order number is : [protected].

Now after 7 days, some of goods has delivered and rest is in transit but i have received 0 cashback. I inquired with customer care, they just replied me that coupon was not applied at the time of final payment. I have applied the coupon code and because of coupon code qnty. Restriction, i purchased more items to qualify in the cashback, but now paytm is not accepting there own promise.

Due to all this bad experience, i tried to cancel the order because it is only 6 days i have made order & still more than half of items in in transit, not received but paytm site is not allowing me to return the order. I have mailed there customer care but they close my call without resolving it. Also there phone line customer care is out of order/not working at all.

It feel like cheated because we rely on paytm, paid them advance, extra shopping for qualifying cashback offer and now they deny their own commitment. Paytm is neither giving me cashback money, nor accepting return order request. Paytm customer care response is so pathetic, without solving my problem, they forcefully close the case.

I ordered "lg 360 l double door refrigerator gl-i402rpzy" from paytm mall on 6th october - order# [protected]. Payment was made through credit card (With emi). The promised delivery date was 18th, with dispatch due by 9th october.
The order status was updated to 'packed' on 6th iself; however, there has been no progress since. Paytm hasn't provided me with any concrete information and are now simply unreachable.

I tried messaging through the app. I tried calling them up. But, i haven't received any response to the emails and their phone support is now unavailable. A few days back i had succeeded in reaching them and had received two reference numbers: 40320826 and 40308977.

It's amazing that while they're busy tweeting promotions and responding to customers with recharge issues, they've ignored a transaction work almost 40k.
