I ordered macbook pro at a price of rs 57798/- on 20/09/17, order no-
[protected], but i cancelled and requested for the refund, the order and the money on your end should have been refunded by now but it is not. I called paytm customer care also but there is no response. Is this the customer satisfaction you provide. It's been more then 3 weeks and there is action taken by paytm. I dont want money in bank. Refund my money to paytm wallet asap.

    I created account of my wife on paytm and transferred some money on her account. She forgot password. Paytm has given the number to call and type 1 to retrieve the password. That is only one number for their more than 50lac users.. What type of solution is this. Who have suggested this solution. Totally nonsense. Since last 2 days we are trying that number and always busy. Paytm has blocked the account also.

    Is this the way paytm working. Paytm ha s blocked the money and no. Solution to get it back.
    Don't go for paytm. If you forgot your password. No. Solution to get it back.

      This is to inform you that on 11 oct.2017 their was thee cusomer purches icecream from my shop and the made paytm payment Rs. 75/-, Rs. 175/- and Rs. 180/- Total transaction was Rs. 430/- but on 12 Oct.2017 we got mail from your company shows that total amount of settlement of Rs. 244.97 . we have not recd. Rs. 180/- transaction settlement. please do the needful immediately.

            Sir i have added 7500 from my a/c to wallet and after dat i hav transferred 5000 to my another bank account. Payment was no successful and the amount has been deducted frm my wallet. Again i have added cash to my wallet. It was showing successfully added to my wallet but its showing zero balance. Kindly resolve my issues. I am just fed up with this. Now i am having no money available with me. I have to make my tickets and all. I don't know why this has happend. Paytm was always working properly. But this time i am very much upset with it. Plz try to understand my problem. I was always having a goodname of paytm in my mind. I suggested many peoples to use that. But now it has happen to me. Please don't create neagativity in the mind of your valuable paytm customers. I hope u will understand my problem. Resolve it soon.

              I order the laptop of asus x541ua-dm1358t from patym on 23 aug 2017 whose order id was order no. [protected] and it was shown that the product would be delivered to me by 1 sept 2017. As the product was sent by xpressbees courier services whose tracking no was[protected]. I track the courier and found out that the product has reached the my destination on 27 but the product was not delivered to me. So i personally called the courier partner that why the product is not being delivered to me as it has reached my destination. They said that the product was damage due to rain and so we would not be able deliver the product. So please contact the customer care of patym and when i contacted the customer care of patym they say that how the courier says that the product is damage. So again and again contact both of them and said that i want the product at any cost & if the product is damage replace it and please provide me. After 2 -3 times complains and also gone to the hub to enquire about the product the after many complaints the courier dept said that we are enquiring about the product that how the product has been damage in the rain and we handle this case to our investigation team and your problem will be resolved by 24-48 hrs. And i have received the message from patym that you will receive your product will be deliver to you by 3rd sept.


              I have not received the product and so again when i call to the patym customer care they said that you will receive the product and your problem will be resolved we have mail to our courier partner xpressbees. And in the morning i receive the message that you we have initiated your refund and it could take upto 7 working days to credit the amount to your account. I called many times and said that i want to talk to your senior customer service representative so solve my problem and resolve my issue but mostly tell my senior is not present or he is busy and always disconnect the calls from your end after a long hold and even while you pick the call you always says that my voice is audible to you and my voice is audible to you twice and disconnect the calls even if the voice is audible to you.

              Now coming to the point i had order the product on emi as you already knows and bank will take the interest as well as the processing fees for that. So who would pay the interest to the bank and why you have cancel the product without my knowledge as i mentioned many times in mail said to you that i want the product at any cost and it the product is damage i want the replacement not the fund. I request to cancel my refund request and provide me the product or else i have launch a complain regarding the fraud done by the patym for the loss which i have suffered like the interest charged by the the bank and the mantle tension and stress as well as the time which has been wasted after this issue. Who is responsible for the interest that is charged by the bank that is rs 1303 why would i suffer for the loss. Please check the details of the interest charge by the bank and provide me my money. My personal request is never buy anything from patym because this is the case with lots of you.

                In this regard i continuously contact the help line number [protected] but no response they are cheating
                In this regard i request your good self please rectify the discrepancies and credit the amount to my account at the earliest

                        I am trying to reset my password by calling at the given number, However, the number is busy from last 2 days.Very disappointed with the app. I have a money in the wallet. Please resolve the issue ASAP as this is very annoying. Also, allow fb, Google login which was very convenient.

                            I am unable to reset my password since i have forgotten it. I have tried the forgot password button but it has asked to dial a number and press 1 to request a reset password mail. I have tried this step more than 10 times and im still unable to reset it. I also presume that the account may be blocked. But i tried the steps to be done too but that isn't working either. I really need to use my paytm account urgently.

Transaction failed while paying mobile bill.. Now my money is not in wallet and not in account.. I try their customer care number it is always busy.. There is no proper response..                                     Its very unfortunate to know that you have been going through such problems during this festive season.

                                    As far as your problem with your refund is concerned, since your problems are still unanswered and they haven't responded satisfactorily to you, you can always file a consumer suit against the service providers / sellers / dealers for providing defective goods or deficient services. This suit shall be filed after giving them a prior notice at the district consumer forum (if the valuation of the suit is below 20 Lakhs).

                                      When i tried reaching customer care for the query that i have paid bill to wromg wrong number.i was told to go into help option and register query reuqest igs been 4 days and still there is no response from paytm team.the amount is 470 and was added to [protected] instead of [protected]. I have raised 1st complaint on 08.10.2017.
