I had made paytm payment of 3000 on 13 october at 5.30 pm but payment was declined due to some technical issues has been declined and amount is not reffunded to my wallet account kindly resolve it and reffund my wallet balance

        As i had payed the electricity bill (Wbsedcl) on 13.10.2017, the total procedure was fulfilled by me as company required but the confirmation message of payment didn't came from electricity department. I was shocked when seen the amount was deducted from my account and after that no any response got from their end. Request you to kindly refund my total amount.

          My order with order no. [protected] containing "cadbury dairy milk party special combo of (12g×30 units)" and "cadbury dairy milk party special combo of (23g×15 units)" placed on 3rd oct 2017 is not been delivered yet... The delivery date was 11th oct 2017 but still my products are not yet shipped... I have contacted the paytm customer care executives but i am not getting proper assistance from them... No proper information is being provided to me... They are not delivering the order nor they are giving me my refund..             I had placed an order for pepper spray yesterday then i had cancelled the order yesterday itself and opt for refund... I didn't get refund till now... Am not able to speak to customer care because it always tell busy busy i have been trying from morning... Pls tell me when will i get refund... Respond to customer is your responsibility i tried to call all numbers of paytm but even one number is working.

              Someone has misused my credit card and has used a sum of rupees 9, 000 for transaction to paytm. I request you to take my complaint & take action on the following. I have received a message for transactions that i have not made. I do not have a paytm account. Then how can you allow someone to use my credit card for their paytm account. Please help in getting back my money.

                I don, t want this order [protected] kindly cancel this order and refund my money i dont want any replacement... Kindly refund my money else i hv to take legal action..
                I order a wd disk from paytm but received not actually what they said then i requested for reverse pick they have arranged that now they are giving replacement that already in track with order id [protected] i don, t want this as i want refund of my amount because i already ordered different 1

                  Item pick up is canceled by courier partner. Because pack was open since it was not fitting the door. Installation people confirmed that the product i received is damaged one. I am frustrated with the paytm service. Please take the item and refund amount as soon as possible. Courier service people delivered item to second floor. But not ready-to take back the product. Please respond to this complaint.
                  Don't cheat customers like this by delivering the damaged item and not accepting pickup.
                  For item related things you can contact installation people who attended this item. Based on their suggestion i am returning this item.

                  I have to buy new one. Paytm and couyrier people are delaying my return pickup and refund.
                  Courier pick up people are ready to deliver item (Waching machine) to 2nd floor. But not ready to pick up the same item from 2nd floor.
                  Waching machine pack was opened while shifting to 2nd floor. Waching machine was wet from inside whern they delivered only. When i asked installation people they told, to check motor they will initially run with water. But the item was dameaged both from inside and outside. So they asked to return. Package itself was not good.
                  But these courier people rejected to take back item because of these reasons. But there is no issue from our side.
                  And i am going to raise a complaint in consumer court if this is not resoved. Cheating customer who trusted paytm. Very bad.

                    My name is jagadeesh, i booked two
                    Maxxlite s10 bluetooth speaker wireless speaker portable speaker with memory card & usb support (Assorted)
                    {order no.[protected]}..
                    In that first i recieved 1 out of 2 on and i found its not good as expected.. I request return, and successfully returned that received product... Mean while i want to cancel second one also before recieving, so requested cancel from my account but these paytm people keep on sending messages such that somebody is gng to come for pickup!! How a person is able to retun without recieving any product
                    ??
                    Just now i met paytm man just outside who come for pick up, i told him all story.. He said that i dont know anything i have two options 1) should put pickup cancl 2) used by customer. I told him like what you are doing yar i did'nt recieved any product so far...
                    Please rectify this problem as soon as possible.

                    now onwards if any of my friends is gng to book any product on PAYTM i will simply make them not to use PAYTM at all...

                      I had ordered a Type c cable on 25.09.16 and was expected to be delivered by 10.10.16... which is yet pending. Have also uploaded my concern on 11.10.16, and yet to receive any revert... the customer care no also dnt work..

                        Paytm ने एक ऑफर निकला था जिसमे 1 rupee में काफी सामान बुक हो रहा थे. मेने उसमे से 1 सैमसंग samsung 215.9cm (85) 4k (Ultra hd) smart led tv बुक किया जिसका प्राइज 777000 है और panasonic 165.1 cm (65) 4k (Ultra hd) smart led tv th-65dx700d जिसका मार्किट प्राइज 165000 है और samsung a5 2016 edition (Black) मोबाइल फ़ोन जिसका मार्के प्राइज 17000 के करीब है और lenovo a1000 8 gb (Onyx black) बुक किया जिसका मार्किट प्राइज 8000 क करीब है. बुक किया ये सब सामान बुक हो गए थे मेरे अकाउंट में से इसके पैसे बी काट गए थे. इनकी delivery date 1 october थी लेकिन ये समान मेर घर देलेवेर नई हुआ. पेटम ने इन सब ऑफर्स की जानकारी न्यूज़ में और न्यूज़ पेपर में बी दी थी. मेने आर्डर देने से पहले paytm customer care से भी बात की थी की कोई हिड्डेर चार्जेज या ये ऑफर्स सही है. तो उन्होंने कहा ये सही है और कोई हिडन चार्जेस नहीं है. लेकिन ये सारी बातें झूठी निकली और इनमे से कोई भी सामान नहीं आया.

                          Kindly revert back as soon as possible.

                              I send rs.499 from my no.[protected] to no. [protected] successfully on 13/10/2017. But after successfully transferring money i was supposed to get a transaction id. But unfortunately i didn't got any. I need to send that transaction id and that is why i am really in need of that, please help me out here. If you can, then please send me the transaction id to my number it will be of real help.

                                I have requested paytm to revert the amount sent wrongly to [protected].
                                And after it was sent i called to that number to revert me back money and it was not picked and request made through paytm app to send money which was declined. I am completely helpless as i transferred amount from paytm wallet not from bank.. No chance of stopping transaction from bank. Paytm needs to be active and get my money back from that person. No person has right to use the amount which was placed in his account wrongfully. It's illegal.
                                Paytm need to respond and got t my money back.
                                I am disappointed as i got no reply yet. It's an issue to be dealt early.

                                Transaction details: which need to be cancelled and amount to be reverted.

                                Total amount was rs 15000. Its type of fraud happen to me about airport job which they provide me but from last 2weeks they did not answer my call and cell phone was switch off as well
                                Please looking to my complain cuz, i think it's big scam they doing to each n everyone.

                                      I order an item from paytm and due to some problem i cancel that item they are showing that they have refunded my money but i don't get my money till now in my bank account and they don't have any number from where i can directly contact i am contacting from available number but they are not responding properly from that number.
                                      When i contacting through number then they ask me transaction id when i put that id they reply id is incorrect.
