Item pick up is canceled by courier partner. Because pack was open since it was not fitting the door. Installation people confirmed that the product i received is damaged one. I am frustrated with the paytm service. Please take the item and refund amount as soon as possible. Courier service people delivered item to second floor. But not ready-to take back the product. Please respond to this complaint.
Don't cheat customers like this by delivering the damaged item and not accepting pickup.
For item related things you can contact installation people who attended this item. Based on their suggestion i am returning this item.
I have to buy new one. Paytm and couyrier people are delaying my return pickup and refund.
Courier pick up people are ready to deliver item (Waching machine) to 2nd floor. But not ready to pick up the same item from 2nd floor.
Waching machine pack was opened while shifting to 2nd floor. Waching machine was wet from inside whern they delivered only. When i asked installation people they told, to check motor they will initially run with water. But the item was dameaged both from inside and outside. So they asked to return. Package itself was not good.
But these courier people rejected to take back item because of these reasons. But there is no issue from our side.
And i am going to raise a complaint in consumer court if this is not resoved. Cheating customer who trusted paytm. Very bad.
HOW MANY DAYS IT WILL TAKE A PERSON TO WHETHER PRODUCT IS RECIEVED OR NOT??
A BLOODY ONE PHONE CALL IZ SUFFICE...
Its not a matter of money its matter BELIEF on your company...
now onwards if any of my friends is gng to book any product on PAYTM i will simply make them not to use PAYTM at all...
