      I have purchased one dinner set through online on paytm e commerce app on[protected]. Order number of product is [protected]. Cost of product is rs. 1599. I have transfer the entire amount to paytm through credit card. I have one gift voucher of rs. 500 which was valid upto[protected]. To claim the gift voucher, i have purchase this dinner set and paytm have given cash back of rs 500 in reimbursement of gift voucher.
      Paytm informed on site that product will be delivered on[protected] and also provided blue dart awb number for tracking.
      I have not received the product so on dated[protected]. Therefore, complained to paytm through help and support section that my order of dinner set still not delivered and your service is very bad.
      After the complained, it is surprised to know from blue dart that paytm has directed to blue dart for returning of product.
      On dated[protected], i have again complained to paytm regarding why paytm has cancelled my order when i have not cancelled the order of dinner set. On my complained, paytm on dated[protected] replied that the delivery of your order has been delayed by blue dart surface and has been escalated for speedy delivery on priority. Out team are working to get this order delivered swiftly.
      I have again informed to paytm that your story is different and blue dart said that paytm directed for cancellation of product.
      I am surprised to see that paytm has returned rs.1099 in my account and cancelled the product without any direction from customers side.
      In view of above i am submitting that
      1) when i have given rs.1599 then why rs. 1099 returned to account. What happened to my gift voucher of rs. 500. Therefore rs. 500 also transferred to my account as i have lost opportunity to utilized the gift voucher.
      2) i have purchased dinner set to gift to friend on festival. Now i have lost image and demanded compensation of rs. 5000.
      3) as product already reached to my city ghaziabad and cancelled by paytm mall only because of saying that your service is very bad. Therefore penalty of. Rs. 10000 must be imposed on paytm for such arrogance action

        Paytm bank deduct my wallet balance, and show pending kyc ...so where is the amount .I don't know..I want my amount back in to my wallet fast.in passbook show my amount pending status.my amount is 4544.i don't need any saving bank account in paytm.no help from paytm fastly

            On 5 oct2017 my uncle sent me money 500/-rs, that time i didnt had paytm account. After some time i made account on paytm but i didnt received money in my account and balance is deducted from his account. My uncle contacted customer care ..they replied that receiver has to complain about it. I hv wallet txn id . I want my money.

              Sir,
              I ankit verma (Sender), transfer 1880rs against transaction id [protected] from [protected] to [protected] on 07/10/2017. But still amount is not credited in reciever a/c and not refunded in sender a/c. After making numerous calls to paytm for complaint.
              No response recieved from transaction about this transaction
              Please help.

                      I received a damaged tommy hilfiger watch with a lot of scratches on its metallic chain. I received the watch with no price tag attached but i shared all the pictures of the watch, bill with barcode and the package in which it came with the customer care team.
                      I requested for my refund and also i requested the seller 'the watch co" to be blacklisted. It has been 20 days i have been taking the follow up and haven't been responded to. I would rate paytm as the worst online retailer amongst all.

                      I shared the screenshots of the order as been asked in the mail. I enquired about the status and still no response has been obtained from your end. You people are big time fraud. I am calling on the customer care number but nobody is picking up my call. Learn from Amazon. How well Amazon takes care of its customers' grievances! And here nobody gives a damn about my money that is to be refunded. 6500 is less according to you? I want my money back. Else I will continue lodging complaints until you guys get your brains in place. Disgusting! It's been a month since I have been asking for my money. No replies. No picking up calls. I hope you all shall see the downfall soon. I so pray for it. Eating our hard earned money. Have some shame!

                        On 11th oct amount got deducted from wallet rs 1283.in same day i have booked train tickets from paytm wallet rs 694 for this also amount got deducted from wallet but did not get the tickets. I have logged irctc but there is tickets for these 2 issue i have completed to customer care but they are not responding me. Now total is 1283+694=1977 so please solve this problem asap.

                          I was trying to place an order at paytm using LAPTOP 15 coupon code the payment had a trouble from the end of paytm during which the offer period ended and then suddenly the order failed.

                          Upon raising this issue to paytm support through my help and twitter they responded to my ticket to place order with existing coupon code and assured to credit the difference 6% which sums upto 5879INR back post the return period of offer expired.

                          Trusting them I waited and post a month now till now they havent credited my difference cashback nor would reply to me on this query on social media or nor on the ticket no matter how many times i escalate.

                          Another great issue is they shipped me a laptop which has its warranty expired upon notifying them they said it would be extended in a month and now they arent replying for it as well.

                          Kindly if someone know a way to solve this out, please help.

                              Dear sir/madam,

                              I had ordered an mobile phone oppo a37 from paytm on 26th sep 2017 by my sbi credit card and product having order id : [protected], the product is not shipped by paytm on dispatch due date i. E 29th sep 2017, hence i had cancelled order from my end as not shipped by paytm.

                              Now my payment is stucked in paytm and even i had paid my credit card bill as it was already due and i had following up with paytm from last 10days, but paytm customer care is pathethic they are closing my case by marking as duplicate case and providing case id : 39534811 which is still not resolved and not even reflecting in open issue section.

                              My refund is still not received from last 10days my amount is stucked and paytm customer care is not reverting they are least bothered to revert me why my refund is not made and even i had posted on there official twitter handler but they are not reverting me.

                              Please look in to this matter and revert me on [protected].

                                My order no:[protected]. We have placed 2 articles, recieved order with labelled as 2 articles but inside it was only one article present. So we returned the order but got refund for only one article which we received and no money was refunded for the article that we didn't recieve but money was prepaid. We raised complain by calling customer care but no use. Still we didn't get refund and whenever we try to call them we are not able to reach them...!!!

                                This is clear case of cheating...!!! Be careful when you order anything in paytm going forward...!!!
                                I tried recharging my metro card(Delhi) rs1000/- and rs 500/- but it failed now after 3 months i get a restore money of Rs975/- and rs 487/- respectively where are my rs 25/- and Rs 13/- respectively?
