I have purchased one dinner set through online on paytm e commerce app on[protected]. Order number of product is [protected]. Cost of product is rs. 1599. I have transfer the entire amount to paytm through credit card. I have one gift voucher of rs. 500 which was valid upto[protected]. To claim the gift voucher, i have purchase this dinner set and paytm have given cash back of rs 500 in reimbursement of gift voucher.
Paytm informed on site that product will be delivered on[protected] and also provided blue dart awb number for tracking.
I have not received the product so on dated[protected]. Therefore, complained to paytm through help and support section that my order of dinner set still not delivered and your service is very bad.
After the complained, it is surprised to know from blue dart that paytm has directed to blue dart for returning of product.
On dated[protected], i have again complained to paytm regarding why paytm has cancelled my order when i have not cancelled the order of dinner set. On my complained, paytm on dated[protected] replied that the delivery of your order has been delayed by blue dart surface and has been escalated for speedy delivery on priority. Out team are working to get this order delivered swiftly.
I have again informed to paytm that your story is different and blue dart said that paytm directed for cancellation of product.
I am surprised to see that paytm has returned rs.1099 in my account and cancelled the product without any direction from customers side.
In view of above i am submitting that
1) when i have given rs.1599 then why rs. 1099 returned to account. What happened to my gift voucher of rs. 500. Therefore rs. 500 also transferred to my account as i have lost opportunity to utilized the gift voucher.
2) i have purchased dinner set to gift to friend on festival. Now i have lost image and demanded compensation of rs. 5000.
3) as product already reached to my city ghaziabad and cancelled by paytm mall only because of saying that your service is very bad. Therefore penalty of. Rs. 10000 must be imposed on paytm for such arrogance action
